When I tried to call them I got a nice lady in INDIA who did not seem to get my English. My mom used this same line and again nothing but mix ups and bungled luggage, extra fee's and delays. They never did resolve the issue and we ended up scrapping the losses. I would NEVER recommend this company. They have No interest in customer service. I think they actually want to go bankrupt. The front desk told us it was probably good luck because the Temple Econo Lodge is notorious for bed bugs. I plan to file a complaint with the State Attorney General regarding our treatment by Choice Hotel Group.

The limo was ten minutes late to arrive and the driver, who was an older woman, stated that the limo's alternator that ran the A/C and lights in the back of the limo went out. It was like a sauna in there! She stated that they brought their "party bus" following behind because they weren't sure the limo wouldn't break down on the way to the venue. So instead of my son and his new bride arriving in an elegant limo to the reception like I had booked, they arrive in a party bus that looked and sounded like it was falling apart, with a "stripper pole" in the middle, driven by a guy in overalls with his dog in his lap!! We had no plan B since we trusted they would uphold their end of the deal. The limo itself was not that elegant either. The paint was scratched and faded as were the seats inside. The kicker was the female driver told me that we were getting a deal since the party bus costs more to rent than the limo! She said she wouldn't charge us more for the party bus even though she could! DEFINITELY NOT A Touch of Class! There was NOTHING classy about any of it! SO disappointing and SO unprofessional!!!!

He picked me up in Llano and drove me about 40 minutes to Marble Falls where I had a U-Haul truck waiting, pointing out cool landmarks and places of interest along the way. We arrived at my destination in Marble Falls, only for me to discover that my U-Haul reservation had fallen through. I made some calls to find another option nearby, and Eugene was kind enough to wait around and stay in the area just in case I needed to go somewhere else. Sure enough, I needed another ride, and he was kind enough to provide it at no extra cost. Eugene is a great guy and the only person you should call for a ride when you're in the area - he will save your bacon like he saved mine!

They gave me a deal cause it was last minute but they told me because of that I had to pay them upfront in CASH APP. I should have known better but they said they've been in business 30 years and they needed that cause it was discounted. So it made sense to me. I paid them $300 upfront. All of us were gonna pitch in for it. They CANCELLED on me 10 minutes before they were supposed to pick up. They didnt even provide a different vehicle or any other option. They said they would refund my money immediately. They didnt. And now they are ghosting my calls and texts and nobody is getting back to me. Turns out I looked deeper into they have scammed several people. They are representing Georgetown as their "local limo" service. Mistakes happen and I am understanding but as a business owner you always take care of the customer when problems happen or at least pick up their calls. I feel so burned.

It took him about an hour to answer my phone call. When I finally get to talk to him, he tells me that they don't refund the money but that he would talk to his manager who won't be in the office until next week and then they would return my call. No phone at all and we are already in January and I went on the website and nowhere does it say anything about no refund on cancellation. I can't believe this company literally took my money and did not even give me any service I got scammed big time. I should of read the reviews first I can't believe that these people could actually do this but I would never recommend this company to anyone. He sends me the text I told him I'm making sure I have the right bus station he sent me the photo. I had to use this cab service 4 times in the last week and I am very disappointed. First off, the…read morevehicles were filthy! The drivers were eating in their vehicles and had trash in the seats. The vehicles were not safe. The back seat bench actually lifted up when I sat down (I'm petite) and looked like it was not connected and was just cushion. The drivers were smoking in the vehicles prior to picking me up. I left the cab smelling like cigarettes and I don't even smoke. The fare was $3.00 before we even drove away. I needed a ride that was 3 minutes away (couldn't walk because of surgery) and it cost me $5.50 but when I was dropped off a couple miles further the day before that was only $7.00! On average it took anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes just to get picked up. I was seriously disappointed. Not representative of a good company. Not clean, not punctual, pricey for the distances, and they have drivers who are not familiar with some of the public places like hospitals and clinics. If anything they should know those locations.
