My husband and I found a home we wanted to purchase, but were unsure who to turn to for financing. The pre-qual through the bank seemed very sterile and impersonal. Our realtor recommended Scott Hill and The Hill Team and said everyone she has referred them to has been very pleased with their loan service. This is true in our case as well; our experience with The Hill Team could not have been better. Buying a home is stressful but Scott and Lisa's expertise and competence were very obvious as we engaged in the process, so we knew we were in good hands. Plus, they were very nice and genuine people, and were responsive to questions day and night. The process was fast-paced and intense at times but I think their efficiency is what makes them so good. All we had to do was provide them with information and documentation and they took care of everything. They told us that they project closing costs on the high side to avoid any surprises but they usually turn out to be much less. We prepared for the projected amount and were extremely relieved and happy when final closing costs were over $4k less than we were expecting. The phone call was to introduce himself and to let me know his number one goal above all else was to get me into the house. The Hill team did just that!
