Great customer service. The guy was very helpful going over the drinks and adding toppings. We got brown sugar, milk tea and watermelon refresher. I also got the acai bowl with blueberries, bananas and peanut butter drizzle. Very cute place with boba, ice cream, shaved ice, frappe, smoothies and so much more. They even have the World cup game going on their tv. read more

The have done a great job with interior decorating, and the gentleman working there is so hard working. There was only one person working while I was there and he was super nice to everyone. These drinks were very solid! I tried the strawberry coconut one and you definitely get both flavors. I ordered the taro milk tea and they did it perfectly, I like it less sweet and I loved it. This place has lots of potential. We came in because of the variety of drinks that they offer. Was not greeted or welcomed. Guy at register was sitting on his phone and glanced at us but didn't say anything. We checked the menu then had some questions. He was helpful. As we walked into the shop to grab a seat we couldn't help notice that our shoes were sticking to the floor. They were so filthy and grimy like no one has ever cleaned. Same applies to to tables and chairs. The back area says VIP with nice table and chairs but they have a bunch of boxes everywhere. Total lack of organization and cleanliness. My niece ordered a strawberry coconut drink and she enjoyed it. However, I don't think I'd return to this establishment. I really hope they make easy improvements to improve their service. read more

Upon entry, it was the ambiance that hit me immediately. Beautiful and lit up. The service was beautiful as well. You're treated like you're wanted there. Not only are the drinks colorful to the taste buds but the decor is colorful and tasteful to the eye. I was very impressed with what they call their VIP Lounge. Gorgeous and comfortable chairs. The music was awesome and at a level that makes it comfortable to enjoy a companion and your drink. The cups are simple yet elegant that the drinks come in. Parking can be limited if packed. Baba Boba is more than just boba, they have teas, smoothies, coffee, pastries and more. I stayed safe and ordered a Thai tea with boba, less sugar and light ice. The Thai tea was amazing; I really didn't care for the boba because I like my boba a little more firm than Baba offered. You can order at the kiosk or at the counter. Prices are reasonable. The person that helped me was nice and made recommendations and explained some of the drinks since it was my first time. The inside is a little dark but cozy, there are tables and chairs inside and a nice sized parking lot. read more

Ahmad & Ayman were working the counter for the evening and the customer service was great. Super friendly, helpful and funny. They were playing the games and even had my boyfriend and I try a drink on the house. This is my new study spot with having comfy chairs and accessible outlets for laptops and phones. I normally only drink coffee once a day, but I came here three times in one day, and every visit was amazing. Their Banana Matcha is hands down the best I've ever had, and the Espresso Tonic with real fruit purée is just as good. The croissant and bagel were both delicious and generously filled. The space is huge, with plenty of tables and couches, making it perfect for working or just relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they're open from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, which is almost unheard of for a coffee shop. Now whenever I'm in the area, I can't help but stop by. One of my favorite coffee shops in LA.

The coffee is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and tucked away from the hustle, and you can tell they care about every detail. One thing many people may not realize is that their brioche buns are so good they're featured at other popular neighborhood restaurants. Great food. Great coffee. Great people.
