So so so thankful for insurance and for Texas Quality Collision Center. Over $7,000 dollars worth of repairs and 28 days of being without a vehicle, my car was returned to me so beautiful and sparkly clean. Like it was brand new! I mean, I guess most of the outside was brand new, but I was still pleasantly surprised at how amazing it looked. Tammy is the woman who runs this place, and she does a fantastic job. It might not look that way when you first arrive because it's incredibly tiny and pretty messy, but seriously, Tammy will make sure you're taken care of. To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home.
