They often justified their poor work by claiming Teslas are poorly built. Their communication was consistently poor, and on multiple occasions, they tried to release the car to me unfinished, saying I should "feel it out." That is their job, not mine. The car was kept for 7 months, and I still had to point out obvious issues they missed. The windshield had to be replaced twice -- each time worse than before -- and it was not flush with the roof, causing wind noise and whistling that wasn't present before. Paint wasn't buffed out, body panels were misaligned, the frunk and a headlight weren't flush, and they left dirt smudges inside near the windshield. They even broke parts of the windshield wiper assembly and didn't replace them. To make matters worse, they didn't properly tighten the front stabilizer link, which caused creaking. That should have been caught before they ever said the car was "finished." They oversell their capabilities with a smile, but the service delivered was inadequate and careless. Please don't use this shop -- I wish I hadn't.
