We were going to tell them that we needed our old battery to get the warranty credit because it was still under warranty, but before we could, the owner called my husband a m@th3r f---er and we were told to get the F off his property and he took the key ring he had put on the key and said he didn t want us even to have his Fing number anymore. My check engine light was on, and turns out they put the wrong battery in my car and it was more cranking amps than my car could handle - we returned the battery in a different vehicle and went and bought a new battery from the dealer - but the 7 minute swear-word laden rant we received over just questioning what happened with the battery spoke volumes to me - and I intend to warn others about this irrational and unstable behavior that was obviously sparked when he was getting caught trying to cheat a customer.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it.
