I took my 2011 Toyota Camry in for it's 60,000 mile service, which he did along with replacing my rear struts (which were original). My car is now running better than it did when I bought it 2 years ago at 35,000 miles. Not only that, but he completed all the work in 1 day and didn't charge me for an additional $600 worth of work. Shut off the engine and while looking under the front bumper, OUT FALLS A RAT!! Sharpe Automotive was our first call. Dean Sharpe dropped everything, showed up in less than 10 minutes and explain what happened. The rat made a home in our filter housing. When we started the engine, this little guy must have been pulled into the belt. Engine cooling fan blade assembly damaged, with one blade broken and another blade cracked. The fan-clutch wiring bracket was also broken, and the fan-clutch wiring had been stretched after the broken drive belt became twisted around it. The belt tensioner was broken in half, and the drive belt was broken. Dean, somehow, drove the truck to Sharpe Automotive without power steering and had it back and fixed in less than 24 hours. Such a phenomenal experience we had to make a reel about it. Thank you Sharpe Automotive team. You performed a miracle in a moment we needed it most.
