Several of the tasks we agreed on were simply not completed, even though everything was clearly discussed and documented in our WhatsApp conversations. I had to remind them about basic things like emptying the trash cans. The bed was not properly made either. They simply threw the blanket on top and left it looking messy. What upset me the most was their complete lack of care when it came to hygiene. They left dirty cleaning rags behind, including one placed directly on top of my bathroom face towel. They also put my dog's dirty blanket on top of my baby's clean clothes. I have a seven-month-old baby, so seeing dirty items placed on clean clothes and bedding was genuinely upsetting and disgusting. Several things around the house were moved and not returned to their proper places. It felt like they were carelessly throwing things around instead of treating my home and belongings with respect. They were also not friendly or considerate. The individuals who come into your home truly matter. Some cleaners take pride in their work and understand that they are working in someone's personal space. Others seem to rush through the job without caring about the mess or discomfort they leave behind. Sadly, that is exactly how this experience felt. I paid Almost $200 for three people to clean for only 1.5 hours, so I expected much better service and at least basic care for my home and belongings.
