The best food in Mt Juliet! Absolutely love the moose burger - I order with the kids bun because the buns a little thinner than the regular one and it's perfect for me. Fries are delicious.. turkey sandwich is amazing too but I always go back for the burger. Best of all? My kids can run around while my husband and I eat, drink and hang with friends. Great local spot. We were going to go to a chain restaurant and remembered seeing some feedback on Facebook so we decided to give it a try. Great atmosphere, great service, and the burgers tasted like burgers are supposed to, flavorful and hearty. My dad agreed. There is just something more to these than some of the chain restaurant burgers over at Providence. Everything was hot and fresh to the point where we literally had to let the fries cool down. I had the Okie Smash which had the flavor of a Krystal's on steroids with how filling this burger was. This place is really skyrocketing to its full potential. If you are looking for a family-friendly place with good food and friendly faces, this is your spot. They have a very wide variety of drinks from cocktails to beers that are rotating often. Their appetizers are delicious (I highly recommend the cheese curds or the pretzel with beer cheese!), their burgers are bomb, but its the breky sandwich on the brunch menu that truly stands out for me. The owner is great, totally willing to strike up a conversation and always open to feedback. And the bartender, Nicki, is so sweet, attentive, and amazing with our kids! They have a ton of board games, card games, and family games inside. They also have a huge yard with activities for the kids and a stage for live music. I genuinely have no idea how this place has so many good reviews about the food. Since we live ridiculously close, we ordered to go/pick up, and the food was still good when we got home. We got the pretzel, BBQ nachos, riot fries, and grilled cheese. I also ordered a Caesar salad and a kids' mac and cheese that were not given to us when we picked up the order. The chips were not very good the pulled pork was dry and lacked flavor, the riot fries were okay but not great the pretzels had zero salt on them and the beer cheese tasted like it had been in a can for two years before being heated up. Now I am reminded that it is technically just bar food, but even if I were drunk, I would be disappointed. We will definitely not be back. Spending $100+ on food for it to be this depressing sucks. I would rather go to CP between the lakes before we set foot near here again. Still shocked since we expected the opposite based on the other reviews. read more

My first visit to this place since it was redone. A lovely set up with very much a beer atmosphere to it, and they have nice little picnic tables set up outside for people to drink and relax. (dog friendly too) - was able to watch the game on the TV. - the pretzels were decent, not as good as I expected, but not bad. - The guy that helped me (missed his name) knew his beers and recommended the Dunkel, which turned out to be good. - the bbq chicken flatbread is outstanding. It tastes as good as it looks and was blown away by it. - not super busy when i went on a Thursday night - it was roughly $30-35 for everything, a little high but a nice little spot to check out. read more

Not good! My friend and I went their for lunch and asked what was their best food item which was the Moose Burger, so that is what i ordered. We were the only people in this place and that should have been a sign. The bun was cold like it had been in the fridge and it was also a bit hard. The burger itself was just OK and not a lot of flavor, and in my mind the bun is very important and this one was not good. I ordered the burger and fries and a coke and the bill was over $26 with tip. To me that is a lot of money for one burger, fries and a coke. If it had been great food, I probably would have been OK with it. You pay as you order so I would not have given a 20% tip based on the service. So here is basically what was served... we ordered and paid at the bar (again which meant we tipped at that time, tipping before you ever know what you are getting).... a server brought our bad food and nothing else. So we gave a 20% tip for really someone bringing out food only... no one check on us or asked if anything was needed. To me, this is not service. Came here on a Sunday and it was fairly busy. I think this place has a ton of potential. Love the patents of beer related item on the wall. They have authentic German tables, benches, and steins. The menu is a bit limited but I'm sure it will expand in time. They only appear to sell beer although the waiter said they are working on their wine license. They do not plan to serve liquor. It was raining while we were here, but the outside area looks nice. They have some authentic German beer on draft and in cans, as well as local craft beer. Service was great. Everyone seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and cheerful. It was kid friendly and we saw many families eating dinner. I'd recommend they change up the music as it seems out of place. Would love to see something more upbeat rather than "50's mood music." We will definitely coming back here again! read more

We stopped in for a late lunch and so glad we did. We were greeted upon arrival and had a great conversation with the team while we decided what to order. Great beer selection and the food was yummy. We tried the Moose burger (no moose were harmed in the making of the burger) and it was so good. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying a warm, spring day.
