The test ride was great. Louis and another salesman named Jesse answered all my questions. I'm 68 and haven't ridden a motorcycle in a long time These people were very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance guy is a retired navy chief so he really trims away the BS, and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I got a great deal and a beautiful trike, I'm happy.

There are a lot of nice, competent people here but the parts and services dept. is screwed up. The…read moremanager has not trained his employees properly. They reimbursed me some $600 on a part I had ordered. Then, when I decided to reorder the part, the employee said I didn't have to put down a deposit...but I did anyway. My mistake. When I found another Harley dealership to get the job done more quickly and gave them the go-ahead, the manager said that he couldn't give me my deposit back. (What? Then why was I told that I didn't have to put down a deposit in the first place?) He said he'd give me a gift card but he never sent me one. I wouldn't be so pissed about this if I hadn't bought my bike here just a few weeks prior. I spent quite a lot on the bike as well as upgrades to it. I left with a feeling that Caliente really only cares about making money; certainly not about making the customer happy.

Love the architecture here and the windows of the shop. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will be coming back for a Motorwear Leather jacket (that I will have tailored). I am excited knowing that I don't always have to ride all the way up to Austin, now I know a place where I can rent a motorcycle. The clothing and gear here are impressive and great quality - highly attractive.

I've had problems with the registration ever since, they…read moreapparently screwed up the paperwork with the state, and I keep getting notices of tickets which are being collected and ignored by the current owner. I've tried to get this cleared with the state, but they say something happened when it was initially, returned to BMW. It may be a one-off thing. But if you're the one, it's a hassle.
