I remember for my grandpa funeral a long long time ago there was a manager name Tracy who was really good and was super helpful during the process. Since Tracy has been gone the quality is declining and now the business is just gear toward money making. The interior is old but clean. The viewing room is very spacious. When it time to leave and drive to the cemetery the funeral home doesn't have placard card to put into people car in case you get a ticket from going past a red light. All in all, if I had a choice I wouldn't use this funeral home but it the only one in the area that is close to the all soul cemetery.

We needed help quickly to accommodate family so they could get my mother's ashes before they left the area. Thibadeau took care of us at our convenience, we were able to drop off and pick up, a gentleman even helped me carry the heavy veteran's urn to my car. An experience that I expected to be awkward, was made comfortable by caring and respectful staff, on the phone, by email and in person. We will appreciate their kindness forever.

This cemetery is gated and is full with lush, well kemp grass. The receptionist are very eager to answer any questions you may have, in regards to your family. For instance, this place is big, and I couldn't find where my brother was. He is buried right next to my mom. The lady came out and found him for me (at the time, he was just buried and there was no plaque/headstone.) This cemetery is clean and peaceful. The landscape is beautiful.
