Thibadeau Mortuary Service was a real blessing for my family in a trying situation. Several family members provided their urns at the last minute, and we were having the celebration of life in a different state than the original funeral home. We needed help quickly to accommodate family so they could get my mother's ashes before they left the area. Thibadeau took care of us at our convenience, we were able to drop off and pick up, a gentleman even helped me carry the heavy veteran's urn to my car. Not something I shop for much but when we needed a cremation service, everyone at Thibadeau was kind and helpful. There are a lot of options and upgrades if you want them but a basic package is available too. Response time was fast and the hours and location are convenient. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon but I would use TMS again and would recommend them to others in the area. read more

I will never forget the level of service, detail, quick thinking, and empathy that Thibadeau Mortuary has showed our family. We chose them as a back-up to our family member in sick health months in advance. When the day came, I could tell they were organized and helped guide us through our lack of experience. I spoke with the owner initially to sort out all of my questions and the onboarding was easy. All of the documentation and catalog was able to be viewed and signed virtually. Although at times they may have been busy with other families, I always received a call or email returned within the day. During our private viewing, I met the Director and Assistant/Mortician who was going to assist us for the the ceremony day. I learned that he had trained Caroline well and for sure, that turned out to be true. I asked many questions on religious and cultural requests, whether they could be made or received a reason why they were declined. Just so others know, 2 real candles are provided by them and you can bring as many fake candles as you'd like. On the day of, not only was our family impressed but our guests were as well. I was not aware to plan for children but Caroline went above and beyond. From initial contact through burial, I felt communication was always open to ask and get answers for the many questions I had. I mostly worked with Brian but also met Jamie Thibadeau who even remembered how mom was wearing her rings upon arrival to their property. They coordinated well with the church and cemetery.
