Nice location and all the rooms seem to have a view to the Boise River (that's a cool plus). Check in and check out was easy since you can do everything mobile now. The hotel is located to a lot of food locations (walking or driving distance) making it easy when hungry. The hotel was very nice inside and out. The room had all the basics. I wish that the toiletries were a bit better but not a big deal or a deal breaker for us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

So far I have to say this is the best Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at. Once you enter your amazed at the large open lobby with warm lodge style upscale stone fireplaces and and woodworking. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are quite comfortable and recommend the river views. Evening room service is provided by the hotel via Bardenay distillery across the parking lot. Staff and front desk are great and accommodating , Brielle has been outstanding!

If I could give 10 I would. I was on a work trip for a while, and this was my stay. Starting off with the location, you are close to everything, so you can even go for a walk and get coffee or go eat. They have a Bardenay right next to the hotel as well, so food and drinks are steps away. But what really made my stay a fantastic experience was the staff there; they will go above and beyond to take care of you and accommodate your needs. I unfortunately don't remember how to spell their names, so forgive me if I make a mistake, but Dshawn, Kora, and the other 4 lovely ladies at the front desk, everyone was so nice and always helping out, so shoutout to everyone in this hotel because they're doing an amazing job!. Lastly, my favorite part about this hotel was the lobby and how spacious it is, as well as the views I had from my balcony and the trail right behind the hotel! It's perfect for families and safe for children; the number of times I saw kids enjoying time outdoors behind this hotel was so precious! I'd always go on walks every morning after having breakfast at the hotel, which was also 10/10, especially their biscuits and gravy! So again, shoutout to the kitchen members and everyone around because this place is the perfect stay!

Solid 4 star HGI in Eagle Idaho...stayed here last week for 3 days. The staff working here on any shift is super friendly and nice. The facility is really up to date and well kept and looks right over a river with walking trails. The room I had was very spacious with a separate living room at area with nice seating, a separate desk work station and king size bed. Bathroom while not spacious well appointed and super clean. I usually really like their breakfast and while good the omelet and bacon I ordered was really sloppy and the spinach tasted almost rotten. Outside of that really great place to stay.

I am a regular business traveler and I was spending a few days in the Boise area this past week. As a diamond Hilton honors member I have stayed at a lot of Hilton's. This was just average on the scale. There was nothing really wrong, but also nothing spectacular. I am a big fan of Garden Inn breakfast because you can order custom omelettes. For some reason the omelette here was not as good. Very small and thin compared to others I have had. The bed seemed a little flat also. Hilton has some of the best beds in the business and these were very average as well. The room was clean and stocked with two waters, but I didn't feel as welcome here as other places. At many Hilton properties they go above and beyond for diamond members and this just seemed very....regular. I will say the architecture and surrounding grounds were very impressive. And make sure to try the restaurant next door!

Not our usual choice for Boise area visits given we usually stay multiple nights and pick Homewood Suites (also a Hilton property) in Boise. But this week my husband and I had a whirlwind check it at 6p and check out at 8a turnaround trip to Eagle for a business transaction and we wanted a hotel nearby our morning appointment. Rates here are higher than many others in the area, including the Homewood, but we felt we got what we paid for in convenient location, sparkling staff and comfortable enough room. This would not be our first choice for an extended visit, but for a night or two we'd choose it again. CONVENIENT LOCATION Easy off and on freeway. Sits right on the Boise River at the back of the property with a 'boardwalk' public deck at back for overlooking that has both Boise Greenbelt access and access down to the river. Also Bardenay restaurant is right next door for an easy walk across the parking lot for a nosh from lunch through dinner or late night. SPARKLING STAFF From check on in the evening of our arrival to our in and out that evening through check out the next morning, the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We heard "Thank you for staying with us" several times. Very nice. Six stars! ROOMS Adequate in size. Don't know if the one we were in was typical, but it felt perhaps just a bit narrow and claustrophobic. For a night or two, works fine. More than that, we'd choose the Homewood. Nice crisp sheets and comfy pillows on the standard Hilton Garden Inn "sleep number" bed. Some room furniture, like the channel arm chair and ottoman, seemed newish. The casegoods like night tables and desk, showed wear and tear and seemed overdue for replacement in a property at this price point Bathroom space was adequate. Some rooms face the river and have private balconies. Those rooms have a higher nightly rate. River facing rooms also face the main arterial road so they will be noisier. Rooms have fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Free wifi was a tad slow...aren't we all spoiled these days. But that it is free is a good thing. EXTRAS No free breakfast here but in house breakfast service is available for $9.95 in 'cafe buffet type' set up in lobby. Free coffee service in lobby from early morning (as example 5:30a when we went for our first cup) into later evening. Good, bold Tully's coffee used. Thumbs up! THIS N THAT 1) PARKING: Ample parking in the private lot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: All public spaces seemed nicely accessible but for too heavy doors in some areas. 3) FACELIFT: Public spaces are undergoing a face-lift with recently installed, and cool I thought, new lighting, new art on walls and so on.

They have the rudest staff imaginable and it was super hard to find a room without being insulted.. would never recommend.. seriously

Upon checking in I was given a complimentary welcome bag with a couple bottled waters and a package of Milano cookies- this may not be something given to all guests, my employer who used to travel all the time has a membership with hilton and she booked my stay for me. The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious! It had 2 Queen Beds, a living room area with a couch, comfy chairs, 2 TV's, a kitchenette with just about everything you could need for cooking if you wanted to. A small coffee pot with a few coffee pods and tea and a small but decent bathroom as well as a little outside patio with chairs. It was nice being on the 4th floor as there was very minimal noise. I spent about 20 min at the pool and I had it all to myself.. and then this morning I had breakfast here. Their breakfast buffet was overall pretty great. Something for everyone's tastes! Oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, breads, cereal, a variety of spreads, juices, coffee, water, tea, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, a station where you can make your own breakfast tacos complete with jalepenos, cheese, hot sauces, salsa and a very delicious honey lime crema!!! Mmm mmm!! My only issue with breakfast was the foods that should have been hot were only somewhat warm in temperature but the flavors were good so i'm not really complaining. If I have the opportunity to stay here again, I absolutely would as it's one of the best hotel experiences i've had!

The room was way more swanky than anything we ever stay in, but even my husband commented on how nice it was, and he isn't usually impressed with hotels. You could sleep in the shower with how much space there was. The ambiance definitely matched all the things I had heard about it - very industrial meets modern in a thoughtful way. And don't sleep on Blue Collar Coffee or the rooftop bar, if even for just the view of the foothills. You can't beat the location either - it's walkable to everything but just outside the true heart of downtown where it gets busier. Recommend for a staycation night (what we did) or a splurge-y stay with friends!

Amazing service by a staff that are truly ambassadors for the brand and create an incredible atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and very inviting from the lobby to the rooms. Our room layout was wonderful and the room was loaded with amenities. It was quiet and easy to navigate. Location is central to downtown so it's really easy to walk to the nightlife after dinner. Rooftop was amazing and what a view. We also made reservations at the Supper Club and it too was incredible. Service was impeccable while not being overbearing. The food was amazing and very fairly priced. Cannot wait to go back and eat more off the menu. Overall, I cannot believe there is a better hotel to stay at in Boise. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a "staycation" at the Renegade.

In the rather large parking lot, people were out street racing and yelling, throwing traffic cones and making a lot of unwanted noise when all we wanted to do was sleep after a long day on the road. The king suite was spacious with new furniture. There was a micro refrigerator ironing board, iron, hair dryer, a new roll of Charmin professional toilet paper and Kleenex brand tissue. There wasn't a microwave in the room but one was in the dining room area on the first floor. There was a small single serve coffee maker in room with a real coffee cup and two small drinking glasses. There was a bar area on the first floor that also offered bar food. We brought a Costco pepperoni pizza which was about 10 minutes away, so I can't comment on the food or bar service. The breakfast buffet was one of best hotel buffets that we've experienced in a super long time. The breakfast staff were on their A game keeping the area clean and restocked. The outside pool and hot tub looked so inviting! Several families were enjoying the outdoor facilities Friday night. Near the back entrance and pool area, there was a nice sized small gym to work out in. They needed to restock their sanitizing wipes because it was completely empty. I meant to let the staff know, but got tied up trying to unpack and catch a few winks before hitting the road again. We definitely will stay at this hotel again, but in an even numbered room facing the back of the hotel to hopefully mitigate any street racing and weekend noises.

We were given a room on a lower floor that was not acceptable to my wife. The front desk clerk did her best in finding us a new room and finally gave us another room; this time on higher floor with a crib in it that was meant for another family. We were tired after a long day of travel. We took that room while I moved the crib to the hallway. Everyone apologized to my wife. Aside from the room assignment hiccup, I thought this was a nice property. We were given a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The bed was comfortable. The room had a nice little kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. It had a large dining table. Breakfast is served downstairs in the breakfast area with the usual Bonvoy specialties. They have an adequate gym with brand new treadmills, ellipticals and weights. The gym was equipped with towels and wipes to keep the equipment dry and clean. Drinking water was also available in the gym. Parking is plentiful and free. There were several chargers to charge my plug in hybrid minivan. Chargers were free for hotel guests. With me using gas primarily on the plug in hybrid, I wasn't sure if the charger worked the short time I plugged it in, or if I needed to download an app to my phone first before getting it to work. Even though my wife's first impression of the hotel was bad, we ended up having a good stay here.

The coffee tasted really watered down and weak not great if you actually need coffee to wake up in the morning. The biggest issue though was the water. The tap water left this really slippery, almost slimy feeling on your hands and skin that I could never get used to. We stayed there for 3 weeks, so it definitely wasn't a one-time thing. It actually got bad enough that I slipped getting out of the bathtub and hurt my wrist. My wrist was messed up for about 2 weeks afterward. When we mentioned it, they told us they had recently softened the water again, which explained a lot. Another thing people should know: if you prepay and end up needing to leave early, you may not get that prepaid money back. That was frustrating and something I wish we had known upfront. Not the worst place by any means, but definitely had some drawbacks especially for longer stays.
