One of several areas to sit outside and relax.

We stayed here once during the height of the pandemic. While the hotel advertised stringent protocol, they were lax on a number of important counts. I vowed not to return until things blew over. Which brought us back to last night. The hotel is modern and comfortable. With our room on the first floor, we had easy access to a grassy -- and clean! -- dog walking area. I slept really well, the shower had good pressure, and the hotel's location suits us to a tee. Three minutes to Puerto Nuevo (a super good Mexican restaurant) and two-and-a-half minutes (!) onto the highway with a gas station en route.

Average Hilton Garden. Pet leave was not acknowledged or welcomed as a Diamond member. Treadmill and elliptical in gym are garbage which was disappointing. Pool was heated and comfortable which was nice. Didn't use the restaurant. Cracker Barrel is an easy walk next door and many other convenient restaurants at that I-81 interchange. Noon check out was helpful for working. Room was on front side and thankfully very little road noise. Everything else was simply average. Room was nice clean comfortable safe and quiet which is always most important to me.

    Layered dirt in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. That's the good news. The hotel is expensive (about 50% more than others in the area), there's damage on room walls and in the bathroom, they charge for coffee and hot chocolate in the foyer, and breakfast is $12. This hotel is set up as a destination for business employees who are going to be expensing every little thing against a per diem amount from their employer. This is not a particularly good hotel for a family trip, unless you're in a snowstorm, don't want to get back on the highway and have few options.

    Large smudge on mirror

Bathroom smelled AWFUL! I'm guessing there was mess on the floor that was wiped but not mopped up. Large drain in middle of floor just gross. I laid towels down because I didnt want to walk on the floor. Room NOT vacuumed. Found used false eyelashes on the floor by the bed when I woke up. Hopefully they were always there and didn't fall from the bed I slept in! Now wondering if the sheets were ever even changed?? Large full length mirror had a big smudge. Room old and outdated. I told the clerk at check out and showed him the photos, but he was too busy chatting on the phone. Dirtiest Hilton I have ever stayed in.

Pool was SUPER warm which I LOVED. Hotel indoor pools are usually so cold but my day still wants to go in and it's like torture. All staff was nice and helpful. They could use some updates in the bathrooms though. There was some really gross mold in a few areas (shower and sink). They have a full restaurant and the prices are actually reasonable.

The general manager Stephanie Daniels and night associate Z. Meade displayed very poor customer service practices. After my request for climate control in my room colorful metaphors and negative labeling ensued from Mr. Meade. His behavior was beyond reproach over a simple request. Following the encounter with Mr. Meade it was requested that he contact his supervisor Stephanie Daniels who continued lack of guest customer care by that I move to another room or I can leave the hotel. Details can be discussed further if necessary. The leadership and staff seem to have their origin of what the Hilton brand is and have created an environment of "this our house mentality" where they do not follow the Hilton brand nor do they represent the company well. Retraining or another line of work would be in their favor as they do not value their guest. I have stayed over 70 nights on business and pleasure with the Hilton brand exclusively and this is the worst experience that no guest should endure. I have contacted corporate, and messaged with the C.O.O., on revisiting their leadership in this establishment. Point compensation from Hilton was not necessary, these employees desire retraining of the Hilton Brand was my request..

This was delicious!!! Best salmon in a long time! I've never had Bock Choy and now I am going to start eating it now!!

Best hotel in the Bristol area! I have to travel here for business often and I stayed in the Marriott and I was not pleased. So glad this Hilton finally opened! It is beautiful! Modern decor tastefully furnished. My room looked like no one had ever stayed in it before! It was like coming home, fresh, clean and spotless!! The wait staff is so nice and friendly. The gym is awesome! They also have an indoor pool! The food is delicious as well! Get Tonya to cook your omelette! I've stayed at several Hilton's and this is the best food! That was THE BEST omelette I had ever had, seriously! Will be staying here from now on! Breakfast picture!

I failed to realize it was a part of the Tribute Portfolio and it did not miss at all! I felt the hotel was very reasonably priced and located nearby many local shops. The property was easy to find and parking was very accessible. The moment I arrived and entered into the lobby the front desk greeted me and made me feel most welcomed! They provided me with all of the details about the hotel and expressed to give them a call if I needed anything at all. I made my way up to the room and the aesthetics leading to the room were absolutely amazing. The room itself was very spacious and charming. It featured a nice cushioned chair with a record player in each room with a variety of records to choose from in the lobby. The room was very clean and also smelled very fresh! The bathroom was very spacious and up to date! Within the hotel property there was a Southern Craft BBQ spot which I also left a review for; it was really good, so you should definitely check it out! The rooftop bar is a for sure vibe. I received a complimentary hummus at the rooftop with my stay; I'm not sure if that was promotional/seasonal or a bonus gift upon checking in. The experience and stay was definitely one for the books and gives other properties a run for its money! I must express again, I am so grateful for the great team and great service!

So the hotel seemed stellar at first UNTIL I used the shower in my room. The hotel had great reviews, so I did not think I would have a problem. The front desk check in area and our room were clean & very appealing. I loved the selection of tv shows and movies on our television. We had checked in for a late night stay & just wanted to relax before we traveled out early in the morning. Everything seemed ideal until I took a shower in the morning. I noticed there was human hair from other people in the front and back of my shower area. One was a long light brown hair in the front upper area of the shower stall. One was a short black hair on upper back of the shower wall. I was mortified that housekeeping didn't notice this immediately. It made me wonder if they cleaned the bathroom at all after the former guest before us left. Despite all the wonderful amenities, the unsanitary condition of our bathroom made me dock 2 stars from a 5 star rating. It makes me want to thoroughly survey any room we get at any hotel regardless of the hotel having an excellent rating especially this hotel. Breakfast here was exceptional with many options EXCEPT they started shutting down earlier than the 10 AM closing time & there was NO COFFEE available at 9:30 AM. My husband had to wait for them to make a fresh batch. Despite the great breakfast, I got sick from something I ate on the breakfast provided there which is very rare. I never get sick from food I eat. I wanted to give a one star rating to this hotel yet I decided to be kind yet fair.

Both coffees were empty and no creamer. We had to ask for more coffee and then ask for creamer. The breakfast caused my wife to get sick, which caused us to make an additional stop to get meds. Some greats and some work to be done. Stay here on a budget but hope for the best on quality. How does the coffee run dry at 9:45am? People are still waking up still. I know that breakfast closes at 10:00am, but some set there alarms to eat something and get a coffee.

We are in a double queen suite and it is enormous. Very spacious, huge front room with the pullout couch, tons of counter space. The free breakfast had great options - waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, fruit, cereal, bagels, coffee bar. The lady at the front desk is so kind and accommodating.

It was almost 8 pm when I started looking for hotels. Everything was booked or was Motel 6 quality. We don't usually stay in Hampton Inns anymore - the chain in general has really gone downhill. Last night we really had little choice. We were greeted immediately at the front desk and had our keys a few minutes later. Upon entering our room, like is my habit, I checked the bath room to make sure it was clean. It was spotless. The room, however, had a few issues. The carpet just seemed a little "icky" - no real reason but I wasn't comfortable walking barefoot. Issue two. Our television didn't work. Finally, there was a lot of road noise. It was mostly drowned out by the rattle of the air conditioner. You might want to consider ear plugs. Breakfast is 6-10, everyday. I went down at 5:30 just to have my coffee. Breakfast was already out, the eggs and sausage steaming, the waffle maker hot and ready to go. The hotel was full yet the breakfast bar was kept full. Our room was by the elevator - avoid this room. The noise from the hall was quite distracting. When we finally settled in, it was too late to go swimming but the pool area did look nice. There are extremely overpriced snacks available for purchase in the lobby. If you have kids, keep an eye on them - a few of the $4 mini bags of Cheetos and some $3 snickers bars might just put you over your food budget for the day. There are lots of choices in Bristol. Hampton Inn may not be your best choice but it works if all you need is a place to crash while driving through.

When I arrived, I saw signs indicating no truck or RV/trailer parking. I tow a 16-foot camper with my Subaru Outback XT, so I parked temporarily and went inside to ask since I had already booked online. Sherri at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She explained that while they need all their parking spaces and can't allow camper parking in the main lot, there's an empty lot just one street over that guests sometimes use. It's covered by their cameras, and local law enforcement is aware of it. After a long day on the road, that reassurance was everything. The room was spotless -- truly immaculate. My dogs and I were very comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge, and the deep bathtub was a huge bonus. I took a long, much-needed bath and finally felt human again. The location is super convenient -- close to Walmart and lots of food options. Olive Garden, Chili's, fast food spots, and I personally went to Golden Corral, which was very close. The lobby was clean and welcoming, especially considering they were just thawing out from a recent freeze. You could tell the staff was working hard all day. What really stood out, though, was the front desk staff. Excellent customer service, yes -- but more than that, they were just kind people. After an arduous drive, this place felt safe, calm, and honestly like home, even if just for one night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
