First 8 times I called and it rang and rang till it automatically hung up!

If you want a quiet, NO BUG place to stay then don't stay here. Oh if you want them to answer the phone too don't stay here. I called 15 times and it just rang and rang till the call cut off. Imagine you have no service and call your family from the room phone to tell them where you are and then your family has an emergency, good luck getting a call on your room phone BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER! I called Marriott customer support and they tried to call them as well and no one answered. I tried to get the sister hotel next door to call and no answer. I didn't want to write a review to tell you there are bugs in room 502, but YOU WOULDN'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

Ok night of rest but restless thoughts when you see the door across the hall bagged up. Asked the front desk and they said they were renovating the room. I called BS. Only 1 room on floor 2 and 3 rooms on floor 4 next to each other. There is no way you would renovate rooms that way. More like fumigation was going on. Sorry courtyard we will never stay in another one again

The location was ideal, as it was close to shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable upon entry: not too warm and not too cold. When we needed more towels and toiletries the staff was pleasant and willing to help us. It was just one night, but we would certainly stay again. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the tub was small, the rug was a little itchy, and there were not a lot of options or access to power outlets. Two queen beds non smoking.

Great experience for a quick, one night stop. Check in was a breeze. Lobby was spacious. Bistro looked fun and the menu sounded tasty, although we didn't order anything. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Only downside, and I know this is a personal preference, but I really don't like feather pillows and of course that's what hotels feature. This one is no different. Gotta crick in my neck that won't go away. Oh well, everything else was great. Worth the $$ and will stop again next time we pass thru for our annual holiday trip.

Always loved staying here when I worked in the area but was disappointed when I arrived this time because they didn't clean their driveway/parking lot after the snow. Almost fell a few times and watched others struggle. Even sidewalks were not really cleaned off. The handicapped parking areas were not cleaned out either. Very disappointing. I get that it was unexpected but other hotels and businesses had their parking lot cleared Bistro was awesome! Love the food and the gal that worked each evening was so nice and friendly. Good food!!! You don't need to leave for dinner, eat in and relax Housekeeping staff was very friendly and always were smiling and greeted me with a smile. Clean rooms and comfy beds!!!

Beautiful campus, awesome room for the price and Billy was super cheerful and friendly even at 4:30am when we checked in. Will stay here again.

This explains why there were no suites available.

Booked a suite for us and the kids and got a single. Extremely disappointed when we checked in. After my morning run I discovered why none of suits were available. The top two floors were closed due to water and mold.

Room 526, wow! Long story short,  this is the hotel I originally wanted when I booked through hotels.com.  I allowed them to talk me into the holiday inn across the parking lot.  They said it was a better hotel for cheaper. WRONG! That place was so bad I couldn't finish my stay. I called hotels.com the next morning and demanded they get me over to the Marriot like I originally wanted.  I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazingly friendly and they took us right away instead of making us wait for the 3pm check in since we had not slept the night before. You could actually smell the clean in the room. The beds were so soft we were asleep in a matter of minutes. The shower pressure was on point as well as a seat in it which was awesome since I am partially handicapped with muscle deterioration in my back and spinal issues. I WILL absolutely go back again

Nice hotel. But get a room that is not facing the interstate. Very noisy all night long. Ugh!

Excellent service, the rooms were nice and clean, and everyone must wear masks while on the public areas!

Such an amazing place to visit with spectacular views and delicious ciders. Getting here is an…read moreadventure and you will feel as if you are driving through a random neighborhood along a gravel road, which you are, but as soon as you reach the parking lot and take a look out of your window you will see the most beautiful view. There is ample parking. Walking to the building is just a short few feet, and the building looks deceiving. Once you reach the front porch area you will have a better appreciation for this place. There's a building with a porch overhang that has lots of rocking chairs facing the mountain views, then there's poly furniture (one with an umbrella), picnic tables, a covered porch area, an indoor area, and outdoor patio area. The covered outdoor patio has protective sides for bad weather if needed, as well as 3 TVs. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Tons of seating options. They had shaded areas to help you stay cool and comfortable. They do have large heaters and fire pits which would be fantastic for a fall visit and I can only imagine the colorful views at that time of year. There are several options on tap of their coders. You can get a full pour or a flight. The flight was great so that we could try them all. They were tasty. The blood orange was our favorite! They also carry local beers, as well as a case of nonalcoholic beverages. There is a food truck with crab choices that is available for purchase (crab melt, crab pretzel, etc). The prices weren't bad at all. We didn't order anything so can't comment on the quality. They also have chips and suck inside the tap house, as well as shorts and some small merch for sale. The staff is absolutely fantastic and they are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. You can tell that not only their talent is thrown into this place, but also their whole heart. They have intentionally made this place a great place to be and they make sure that everyone feels welcomed. Not sure if you can bring in outside food or not. I did see some people with bags that had kids. Call and ask as this would be a terrific gathering place to meet people or a great place to perch with a book or a podcast/music in your ears. You could even work up on this little nature oasis. It would be a super cool place to have a party, shower, or even a wedding if it was a small one. Such a vibe here.

So if the review was on the view, alone, it is a 5-star venue. What a view! I came because my wife…read morewanted to come (not a big cider fan) so I was going to get a beer. I am not from East Tennessee so when I want an IPA it needs to have some hops and bite. They told me their IPAs were "entry level" and I would say that Michelob Ultra might beat it on flavor. I ended up getting the Blood Orange and it wasn't overly sweet, so I liked it. The service there was outstanding. I really liked my time. I wish they had better beers.

After an exhausting drive, this Motel 6 in Bristol, VA was exactly what I needed -- clean,…read morecomfortable, and staffed by genuinely kind people. When I arrived, I saw signs indicating no truck or RV/trailer parking. I tow a 16-foot camper with my Subaru Outback XT, so I parked temporarily and went inside to ask since I had already booked online. Sherri at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She explained that while they need all their parking spaces and can't allow camper parking in the main lot, there's an empty lot just one street over that guests sometimes use. It's covered by their cameras, and local law enforcement is aware of it. After a long day on the road, that reassurance was everything. The room was spotless -- truly immaculate. My dogs and I were very comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge, and the deep bathtub was a huge bonus. I took a long, much-needed bath and finally felt human again. The location is super convenient -- close to Walmart and lots of food options. Olive Garden, Chili's, fast food spots, and I personally went to Golden Corral, which was very close. The lobby was clean and welcoming, especially considering they were just thawing out from a recent freeze. You could tell the staff was working hard all day. What really stood out, though, was the front desk staff. Excellent customer service, yes -- but more than that, they were just kind people. After an arduous drive, this place felt safe, calm, and honestly like home, even if just for one night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The free Wi-Fi is excellent and easy to use. The location is close to the highway and restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly and helpful.
