In town for the basketball tournament for my oldest daughter and we stayed here. This particular location is close to the Iowa West Field House (less than 1/2 mile) and various restaurants as well. The rooms were clean, and there were plenty of areas to hang out. Great Staff/Great Service

Croutons

The rooms show signs of wear and tear, furniture in particular. Clean, none the less. Breakfast staff was on the ball, a bit pricey, but very generous portions. Dinner/bar; wine comes in a tiny glass.....for me, hard to enjoy. I ordered a Ceasar, no croutons (Celiacs).....the kitchen set it out loaded with croutons. I removed them (I went send my food back to a kitchen where I'm not cooking) and hoped for te best.

Don't you hate it when you get to a hotel, a brand you stay in every week across the country, and they have your reservation but nothing else about you. No honors number or profile. You spend 20 minutes checking in and giving them credit card info etc. You know, stuff a profile has in it. Once she found me her tone changed and all of a sudden I was her best friend. The hotel? Ya, well sleeper beware that this hotel is attached to a casino. So imagine the noise in the lobby and bar area as peopled treat it like a party place and hotel staff did nothing about it. So much for eating dinner here. And if you had to park in BFE because they can't control the parking lot, casino, and then they want you to walk all the way back out to your car after coming into the hotel to rest where they give you a ticket/pass to put on your dash. How inconvenient is that. Bull crap. I just walked as ll that way in rain to learn they couldn't find me in their system. Didn't liked the noise, the parking, and the fact that they lost my info despite I'm a diamond member.

This hotel has a lot of great things going for it including great dining on site, being attached to a casino, and have a great staff. The downside to this location is the parking that is dedicated to the hotel patrons. If you do not check in before 4 pm forget about a parking space in the hotel lot. You will have to park in the general parking lot a little ways away from the entrance. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is less than a year old so there are all the new comforts that one would expect. I would give it 5 stars but the parking kills it for me.

Restaurant @ The Hilton has great food, great service and great pricing! Ask for Jonathon!!

Jody from EVS was very helpful and always cheerful 2) NICE BREAKFAST - Many hotels are currently serving bagged breakfast due to Covid. This hotel breakfast is an upgrade from that for sure. Great Coffee ( available all day), juice, muffins, cereal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and cheese are a few of the items they had 3) ROOMS COMFORTABLE- WITH STORAGE- It was really nice having the closet and drawers. Beds fairly comfortable 4) GREAT LOCATION- Close to the Freeway, and a plethora of dining and shopping options ( some are within walking distance) 5) PARKING is FREE & WELL LIT- We didn't worry about our car while parked there The only opportunity for improvement is the Hot Tub, which was broken the entire time we stayed. According to other Yelp Reviews I read, it looks like this has been an issue for awhile. Hopefully this can be repaired, as it's a very nice Hot Tub. The indoor pool is also very nice, but the stairs down into the water feel a little shaky. Overall, we LOVED our stay, and would definitely return. The hotel is a very good value for the money.

It's easily accessible off the highway and has great places to get too within walking distance. Parking space is limited. Rooms are really bland and are in need of upgrades. They do have a light breakfast but it's completely bare bones amongst anything! Their breakfast included fruit and small non perishables to go and that's it! Beds though were comfy. Staff was really friendly, social and knowledgeable! They did have a pool with a hot tub which was a plus.

I've never been to prison personally, but when you close the windows and the drapes, their concrete walls inside and it seems like you're in prison they got no spoons or knives or forks. That's run very terrible. Would never ever come back here again or any my place franchisees if there are any in this country.

The location was right outside downtown Omaha (10 mins drive) with plenty of parking spots (easy parking for a U-haul towing a vehicle). It is next to the AMC theater, so more parking spots if needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a room on the 4th floor. You do hear some trucks passing on the highway occasionally, but otherwise, it was really quiet. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and pillows. A full-size fridge was provided in the room, but you'd need to bring pots, plates, and utensils if you plan on cooking. The shower pressure was strong, and everything was clean. This is a great hotel to stay at, especially given the rate per night. Breakfast is extra, but there are options to eat elsewhere around the hotel. There was also an indoor pool that we didn't get to use. I highly recommend this hotel.

Reliable hot water, plenty of light, four pillows, a TV with some premium channels, a micro kitchen, and more. There were only small signs of wear. (I was in a Studio room.) + Staff. Every staff member I encountered was amazing. The only ones that didn't go above and beyond were not directly customer-facing and deep in a task. + Room service. Omg, they actually have room service every two days or so without asking. NEUTRALs: * Breakfast. Definitely met expectations, complete with constantly restocked hot dishes and one of the waffle makers. * Snack bar / mini convenience store. Great during the day, not so great at 3am when I do not want to interact with humans; there are no vending machines on the first floor. * Location. Right next to the Mid America Center (MAC).

Plus, you can't get a menu for the their bar/food. They'll have to photocopy it for you. The menu they have displayed isn't correct and the nice shiny one is not to leave the area. Just too many minor inconveniences for me.
