I am going with 5 stars here! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good service. I stayed here a total of 3 nights/4 days at this location. I had two nights in Room 505 and then booked an additional night here in room 634. Rooms were a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. Sturdy and functional furnishings. Rooms had microwave, full size ironing board, minifridge, and direct TV. Slept well all three nights. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was OK, only did one morning. The hotel was sold out all nights as there were so many kids there for a DC school trip. Other than jam packed elevators and the noise of excited kids it wasn't bad. The hotel staff appeared to do an amazing job with being at full capacity and balancing the guest activities and conference spaces. I read some of the reviews prior to booking here and I found my stay to be great. As a diamond member I travel a lot and I was more than pleased with my stay. I did lose my air pods while traveling so if the hotel finds them in one of the rooms and reads this, send them my way please. I called and spoke to the front desk but this was totally a me thing and not on the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if out in the Green Belt or College Park, Maryland area. read more

The room was filthy! My husband and I drove nearly 3 hours to attend our friend's wedding. We had to spend an HOUR cleaning our room!! We had housekeeping, the housekeeping supervisor and the general manager change the linens and blankets, vacuum, give us new towels and we had to have the air conditioning cover cleaned and changed. My husband and I wiped down the bed, it was BLACK with dirt. The room Smelled like a kennel, the coffee maker was covered in dust ...we drove so long and not being familiar with the area and getting ready for the wedding didn't have time to search for a nearby hotel. The hotel staff said to us, "we are under renovation", and asked if we'd like to, "change our own sheets". We have to clean our room, you want us to change the sheets too!!?? After speaking to the General Manager John, he asked, "do you want a refund", we explained we drove nearly 3 hours to attend the wedding and don't have time to find another hotel so he comped us one days stay. Once we "finally" settled in, we turned the television on to find out it didn't work, this was LITERALLY THE WORST hotel experience we've ever had! DO NOT STAY HERE..... read more

I must have stayed in Benjamin Franklin's old room. Bed squeaks louder than a mouse with his nuts caught in a glue trap. Currently having to straddle the middle of this king sized antique so I don't roll onto the filthy floor. Dude at the front register. Stay off your cellphone while dealing with customers, and please come change out my hairy towels. So.... To summarize.... This place is just like the rest of DC and Baltimore. Edit: I know it's not just my bed that is squeaky. I am now forced to listen to the squeaky sounds of passionate love making above my head. Right when I walked in the hotel I was engulfed with the smell of curry. It was so strong that it made me nauseous. The manager literally said maybe 2 words during check in. Walk to my room and the key card doesn't work. Go back downstairs where I have to wait 20 minutes before they tell me they aren't able to program new key cards. She escorted me to me room and when I opened the door I basically just walked back downstairs and checked out. Stains every where and a comforting water damage on the ceiling above the bed. But, turned around & attempted to charge her nearly $30 for a drink. So DISGUSTING and someone from Hilton needs to come observe her Theft! Also, the same DIRTY chic is making food, due to Lack of f Kitchen Staff & not washing her hands. Everyone is not from a "3rd World Country" like her & needs to learn to treat "Everyone" with respect. She also went to the bar & told the white people what my wife & her discussed. Pretty noisy hotel as far as people talking in the halls. The 2nd night we came back to a notice on the door that the water line was being worked on and there would be no water that night into the following morning. Went to take a shower and the drain is completely clogged and it doesn't drain at all. Small outdated tv with barely any channels. Fine for the price but would never stay here again. Editing to add that their shop is currently closed / under construction so if you want snacks or drinks I'd hit up a 711 or something nearby. They also don't have hot breakfast because their kitchen is closed and the pool is also closed. read more

I'm generally pretty tough on hotels because I've been lucky enough to stay in REAL 5-Star places because of Wifey's job. We stayed here at the Hilton Garden Inn on a weeknight before heading to UMD for a college tour and it's a nice place. Nothing fancy...but they seem to have gotten it right. Our room was clean, but simple. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but they didn't seem to be 'old'...just not firm. The AC worked just fine (I like it cold in my room) and was just loud enough to act as white noise. Bathroom was clean and they provide Neutrogena products. Towels were your general hotel towels, nothing fancy. The water pressure wasn't great, but I've dealt with much worse. The TV worked fine and they get a big PLUS for having the TV guide on the screen so you don't have to flip through the channels trying to figure out what to watch. The breakfast buffet was ok. Coffee was good, my son's waffle was good, egg options were just ok (bland) with three types (plain scrambled, an egg white and spinach mix, and a scramble with veggies), but the meat wasn't great-crisp bacon and decent sausage but it tasted oily. Overall not a bad stay. However, too pricey...way too much for one night here read more

Terrible hotel. We made our reservations for two families month or so ahead of time we got here and it's been a cluster since. They put a $400 incidence hold on your card. No receipts when you pay. They do not take cash probably too hard for front staff to count. They started to charge our card we held the room with when we told them that wasn't the card we were paying with. Front of motel staff had attitudes as pleasant as hemorrhoids. You would imagine for what you pay friendly staff and clean rooms. Not what you get here . Also they had some reception until 2am that music was so loud it was rattling our room door. We had to be up at 6 am for a meeting with Senator in D.C. we were very unhappy and unimpressed. Rooms with mold, stains, and other great surprises await you. Also hot tub wasn't hot. If you stay at this shit hole may the odds forever be in your favor. Don't say you weren't warned. The overcharged breakfast not worth it better off eating down the road. Definitely won't be staying here again any trip back any time soon this will definitely be a hotel I avoid and let other know to avoid. read more

James has a long history with this particular HGI. Back in the day before Yelp and smart phones I spent considerable time in the Washington DC area doing service work and testing. Before you were able to pick up a phone and bring up a Google map getting around DC as a visitor was def not easy. There were no smart phones with which to make hotel reservations on the fly, no way to make convenient changes in a timely fashion. What was needed was a regular place to stay that had highway access and wasn't so far out of the District that you were trapped more than usual on the Beltway. Thankfully at some point I was turned on to this HGI which had just opened. Greenbelt is perfect for where I needed to be for work in Maryland and DC, as there is not only easy access to 495 but the Washington-Baltimore parkway, I95, 355 and 270. Food and places to eat and shop are just down the road on 193. When first going to this property EVERYTHING was new and being Hilton it was top notch. Alas that was then and this is our mid Covid now. They have restricted entrance to the front doors, you can walk out any door but only enter through the front. The lobby is torn up as there was construction happening pre-Covid but has been halted because of that. The pool is green and exercise room is closed and no hot food is being served. Breakfast is a bag of so-so stuff and the entire time I was there (a week) I never saw ANY housekeeping staff, despite a sign saying your room would be cleaned after 4 days of your stay (not true. I was there longer than four days and never got my room cleaned). In fact it seems only about 4 people in total are working there. For a Hilton property it was pretty shocking and depressing. Covid has taken a toll on a number of businesses in terms of employees not being able to work. The rooms haven't aged well, the mattresses I think haven't been changed since the decade I last stayed here and I had to make my own bed when I arrived. Sheets and blankets were on the unmade bed. WIFI is still decent, TV has actually gotten better. The water pressure is still good and the ice machines work. Fortunately the price was reduced from what it would normally be but I still didn't feel I got my money's worth. Most of the employees that were working are still pretty competent and friendly but in the current environment they can only do so much. Covid is killing the hospitality business in all ways so I hope this property can last. Occupancy was less than 25% the entire time I was there, something I NEVER see at a Hilton property. read more

They only had one room available that was facing a night club that's open till 2 AM so I had to ask if there was a way for them to turn the music down a bit and then I have a TV with no remote control. Definitely not a great hotel. And on top of that the water has been running for five minutes and it is on the hottest setting and still cold for a shower! read more

Excellent customer service! Booked this hotel via Tickets at Work and prepaid. Upon check out, I was charged again on my credit card. It was determined that Tickets at Work did not send over the virtual credit card to Hilton. After many phone calls and emails over a course of almost a month with Tickets at Work, I finally called Hilton and reached TIFFANY. She was very patient as I explained what had happened and even stayed on the line while Tickers at Work put us on hold and later dropped off. Tiffany made my problem, her problem, and after only 1 hour and some phone calls, refunded my money! I can't thank you enough Tiffany! Courteous and knowledgeable, can't beat that! Run down and most of the staff was unpleasant/ rude/unorganized. Barely anyone around at the front desk to help. We stayed at this hotel with a large group. The hotel didn't honor our contract initially. They tried to charge us for meeting space and breakfast.. both were complimentary in our contract! -tv channels rarely work -breakfast vouchers weren't printed out -breakfast was out of stock and no one was around to restock/serve -understaffed Probably good for a one night stay but if you require other services I would recommend a different hotel read more

I had to stay here for a month for work. My room was spacious, with a king bed, sitting area, microwave, good sized fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The staff was wonderful and I got to know many of them while I was there. The restaurant had amazing food - try the smothered chicken! Gigi at the bar was a hoot and we had some great conversations. The one minor complaint is that room service was usually not done until 4 pm or later. But I would go out for a walk at Lake Artemesia, do my laundry (the laundry room was only $1.00 each for the washer and dryer), or go shopping or get takeout for dinner. I have to say that I was impressed that there was a nice little hotel like this tucked away in this area of Greenbelt. There are actually many choices if you decide to stay at a hotel in this area but I am very satisfied with my choice of staying here. Use technology to your advantage. A day before your check in you usually get a notice that you can electronically check in via an app or the old way of using a computer. This gives you a choice of rooms at the rate you picked and even sometimes allows you to choose a larger room. Excellent way of avoiding those rooms next to the elevator. I have used this e-check in at multiple Hilton locations with no problem. Parking was a bit packed as many people were staying here or there was overflow from the other hotels. There are signs saying for hotel guests only but who is actually checking every license plate out there and besides they never asked for mines in the first place. Still I managed to find decent parking. Upon entering the lobby it is very nice and people were enjoying wine and other adult beverages that can be purchased at the bar located in the hotel. If you want there is a TGiF within walking distance to wet your whistle. The lobby was very clean and well kept which leads me to think that maybe this hotel was remodeled recently. I just went to the front desk with my name and all was ready for me and it is a plus that I got my little bag of goodies (water, snacks) for being a HHonors member. Rooms were very clean and overall the hotel was very quiet leading to a good night's rest and relaxing stay. Besides TGiF that is within walking distance and the availability of food in the hotel you will need a ride to get to other destinations in the area. The Greenbelt Station servicing MARC and the DC Metro is a very nearby to take you to various destinations. read more

I am a Hilton Diamond member (have been for a decade). I stay in a lot of Hilton properties around the country - including frequently in Hilton Garden Inns. This one is well below average. In general the Hilton Garden Inn line is showing its age and is starting to lag newer brands. This one is ahead of the degradation curve. Last trip my co-worker was bitten by some insect in the middle of the night. They had no other rooms so he slept in the lobby. They made no effort to help or relocate him. I now inspect the bed with sheets off before I unpack. I have not experience bugs here personally. The hotel shows significant wear and tear. It needs to be better maintained. This evening when I checked in (probably for the last time) the greeting was non-existent. Typically I receive 2 bottles of water at check-in. When I went out for dinner, I asked about the water. The person at the desk shrugged and "said we don't have any". No apology. No nothing. I will say that the breakfast servers are very nice. Definitely the best let if staying here. The choices in this area are limited but I am likely going to try a different hotel next time business brings me here. read more

I would describe this particular hotel as adequate. It is located close to the Baltimore Washington International Parkway and to the Beltway. Check-in was fast and the staff is friendly and efficient. The room wasn't the cleanest room I've ever been in and the furnishings seem a bit dated. The window mounted air conditioner was Extremely Loud and made it very difficult for me to sleep. If I were to use this hotel again I would bring earplugs. Typically when using the Hilton brand I prefer the Hampton Inn because of the free breakfast. Breakfast here at the Hilton Garden Inn runs about $14 a person. The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive and featured omelettes made to order, waffles, fresh fruit and a hot bar as well as numerous fruit juices. Unfortunately while I was waiting to toast an English muffin I noted roaches running around on the table underneath the toaster and Waffle machine. I figure if the roaches are that bold in broad daylight then the rest of this place must be pretty dirty and crawling with roaches. The closest Hampton Inn had no rooms available so instead I chose the Garden Inn because I'm a Hilton Honors member. I did get a pretty good rate for being a member. If you're interested in a hotel with a free breakfast there is a Residence Inn right next to the Hilton Garden Inn that has decent reviews. read more

The Hilton Garden Inn offers a reasonable compromise between a full-service hotel and a Residence Inn sort of place. The rooms are average size with furniture that is a bit more contemporary than what is found at most hotels, but the place still has a slight budget feel due to architectural surfaces that are otherwise quite plain. The bathroom in my room was a simple cube with one corner devoted to the shower area (no tub, just a shower curtain and a ridge on the floor sets it apart from the rest of the room). Another corner hosts a small counter/sink and the toilet in the third. This is functional bathroom arrangement, but does feel very institutional. There is a small restaurant in the lobby that serves food that is actually quite good at prices that are remarkably reasonable for a hotel. Room service is available, but only in the evening. You also have a microwave and a small fridge in your room and a shop in the lobby that sells snacks and microwaveable meals, which provides another fast and cheap food option. One really unique feature is the high-def wide-screen TVs in the guestrooms, although I failed to find any high-def programming to put it to good use. The one big negative during my stay here was that it took a good 10 minutes to get water hot enough to shower in. It starts off barely-warm and suddenly gets reasonably hot after 10 minutes. I don't know if the water circulation system was out of order, or if this is just a problem on the first floor where I was staying, but it definitely knocked a star off my rating. read more

Well, what a difference 6 months make. The hotel has had some major upgrades. The old CRT tube TVs are now gone, and replaced by high def flat screens with fast remote controls. Ah, so nice now. Also, the beds have been improved and are super comfy. Has dial setting for soft to hard in firmness rating. WiFi is operational as well as an ethernet cable for very high speed internet. No down time this visit. Service is very polite and front desk staff is super polite and helpful. Breakfast in the am is full buffett, and also a chef will make any omelet dish you like. Has pool and workout room. Now a very good value for the money. Recommended for sure at this time. read more

Now, the front area looks great but the rooms... when I first walked into room 224 I got a whiff of something I can't explain but it was putrid and stale. You could tell the carpets, furniture, curtains and bedding were holding alot of history. I mean the furniture had weird stains. Just retire it already im sure its been around for decades. This room is not updated by any stretch of the imagination. I was even afraid to hold the phone to call and complain. Ick. This is 2016, why would anyone want leave their home to stay in a place like this? I'm even surprised at the amount of 4 and 5 stars this hotel has received on Yelp. I have always liked Hilton Garden Inn hotels. They have good quality at a good price point. The staff was very nice and professional. The location was in a nice area near a park and had a restaurant next to the hotel along with more restaurants a short drive away. If I stay in that part of Maryland or DC area again, I'll choose this hotel. read more

First, our room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check out time. One of the clerks rudely told us to have a seat that it would be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it was nor ready, so she asked another clerk if they could just give us a ready room that was similar. Of course they did. Couldn't that have been done in the first place? The room had some dingy areas and the batteries in the remote was dead. I kept having this feeling like I shouldn't touch anything. Mystery stains here. Caked up dirt there. The next morning, the rude clerk was at the counter when we went to check out. We went to the other clerk. Once she looked into the computer to see that it was her buddy who checked us in, she became surly and stand offish as well. She had an excuse for everything: The other clerk was rude, because she was training. The room wasn't ready because the housekeeping staff was new. (The entire staff). Just ridiculous excuses and no apologies. We asked to speak to the manager. Supposedly he wasn't there. We were given the card of the assistant manager to call on Tuesday. We called corporate right after we left. They said the manager would call us back within 72 hours. The moderator of the Hilton facebook page said the same thing. That was Sunday and we still haven't heard from the manager. The moderator of the Hilton page offered my husband a free nights stay at any Hilton Garden Inn location. He declined the offer, because it isn't about the money. It's about disrespect. We paid our money like everyone else. We deserve polite and courteous service. read more

We had our 2014 Lawson Family Reunion here and the location was great. It was right next to fridays which made meals and drinks convenient, offered a great rate with breakfast included for all. We had our banquet here and Chassis and Marilyn were GREAT. My family was a little difficult at times, but they did not let it get to them. The chef even brought out "grow your own herbs" and activity kits for the kids to color on at breakfast. overall it was a great experience and they were able to work with our budget and we had no complaints. an event in greenbelt was iffy, but i am glad we chose this hotel because they made it a one stop shop for excellence. read more

I selected this hotel to celebrate my son's 11th birthday party because I am a Hilton Honors member it has a pool, nice sized suites, and the cook to order breakfast here is awesome! However, my experience from my stay on 11/3/12 was a NIGHTMARE. We reserved a suite and I invited some of my son's friends ages (11&12) to swim at the indoor pool and sleepover. However, we received 2 calls from the front desk with complaints about the noise from the room under ours. At about 1am, the kids were winding down and were on the way to sleep and we received another call from the front desk saying the security was on the way up to our room and asking us to EVACUATE the premises!!!! I informed them that we would leave in about an hour once all parents have returned to get their kids. Then we were told we couldn't wait in the room and that we needed to wait in the lobby. We brought the kids down to the lobby. At this point it was about 2a in the morning. The kids were falling asleep in the lobby while waiting to be picked up. We were then asked how long we would be because they don't want the kids sleeping in the lobby. They threatened to put me and about 5 kids out of the hotel in about 40 degree weather. I'm sure fox 5 would've loved to come get coverage of that! There was an african american male, very light skinned, front desk agent by the name of Mike (he refused to provide his last name) that was extremely rude and did not make eye contact with me at all when we were trying to get information to file a complaint. Crazy part about it is that they charged my card for the stay. I am now in the process of pursuing a refund. I will never return to this location. read more

I will say this. Driving up to the establishment, I got a very nice first impression. It was clean and safe looking. When I walked in, it was very beautiful with bright and modern decorations and furniture. Our room was very nice and spacious. We got the king bed with whirlpool suite and it it probably the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Nice amenities like fridge, keurig coffee maker, microwave, 32" TV, ergonomic desk chair and king bed. I won't say it's the most comfy king bed I've slept on in a hotel but it's not bad at all. Nice large pillows as well on it. The bathroom was large with granite countertops, nice large whirlpool tub and stand up shower. Very clean looking room. The hotel has a 24 hour business center, indoor pool with hot tub and nice seating areas outside with modern outdoor furniture. We didn't use those though. Now here is the bad which is why I couldn't give them 5 stars. My boyfriend arrived before me at 3:30pm. Check in is at 3. His room wasn't ready! He waited until 5:30 to relax in our room and had to sit in the lobby bored waiting. The front desk gentleman was nice but said he'd give him free breakfasts for our 2 night stay but bf already paid for them so I'll have to go straighten that out. He tried the whirlpool while waiting for me to arrive and the jets didn't work. We tried again when I arrived and I ended up having to call the front desk. They sent 2 maintenance men who couldn't get it to work. So they moved us to another room with whirlpool at 10pm. We were quite irritated, tired and just wanted to relax. When I called for this to happen, the front desk person that night was rude on the phone. For paying $172 plus tax per night, we expect better customer service. The 2nd room's whirlpool did work but the jets aren't as strong as we thought. Still relaxing though. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had all kinds of foods like scrambled eggs, bacon, corn beef hash, sausages, spinach quiche, French toast, many juices, nice coffee and tea bar, fruits, yogurts, oatmeal, cereal, you name it. It was all delicious and the breakfast attendant was very kind and helpful. Overall, the establishment is very aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The hotel listed online and said they were sold out, alas I still called to beg for a room as I found out the hotel I was staying at had bed bugs.....which I found out a little too late. I won't get into that. But upon arriving at 1 am the woman at the front desk sympathized and was able to give me a room at a fair price being so last minute. Sorry to disappoint, but this hotel is going down hill. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and have witnessed the downslide. The service, while friendly, is just not up to standard. The rooms do not have the adjustable beds, so if you are expecting them beware. The bar service is sufficiently under whelming at best; the selection is not good and they had no seltzer or club soda. Finally, no receipt under the door, and I get with the green thing places are not doing that anymore, but then you get an email with your receipt. Nope, and I am a Diamond Hilton member and it is in my profile. I had to call to get the receipt emailed and I still have not gotten it. Next time I am in this area I will stay elsewhere. read more

Very decent hotel. Good for business trip. What pushed me from 4 to 5 stars is I typically use the "do not disturb" sign when staying in a hotel. Most hotels then politely ignore you. Hilton Garden Inn did not disturb me but did discreetly leave a fresh towel and soap in a plastic bag and hung it from the door knob. They logically assumed I may be busy yet I may also want a fresh towel. Nice touch! read more

Very ordinary garden inn. Staff was pleasant enough, room was adequate. Location is at an intersection of several major roads. The breakfast was ordinary for a Garden Inn, and the bar is all but non-existant. Room was booked by a client, I'd look for something else, just no redeeming things about this hotel. read more

The appearance of the hotel is very nice - Lobby appears to be pretty, clean and welcoming. The rooms were average, but clean so that is where our happiness comes to a complete halt. We had reservations for quite a few rooms for our family coming from out of town. We had physically come to the hotel weeks prior to our stay to provide the credit card information and make reservations. We had our confirmation numbers, however we are greeted at the front desk by one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the hospitality field. She was a younger woman with a name of/similar to "Sana". Even though we had our confirmations along with proof that we had previously provided a credit card for all of the rooms, she proceeded to treat us as if we didn't know what we were talking about and she was not afraid to show that she was obviously irked that she had to go through the "inconvenience" of finding so many rooms on one floor to accommodate our party. After waiting for entirely too long, we ended up not even getting the room types that we had previously reserved weeks prior and nothing was done by the young woman nor the operations manager Joseph to make up for the blatant neglect on their part or even apologize. Alright, fast forward the attitude, we all get to our rooms. The rooms are ordinary, however one room needed a replacement of sheets. We call down to the front desk to request sheets and the first thing we are asked is "Why?" and in a very snappy voice. We explain why, and then are told that housekeeping had called out sick that evening so we would not be able to get replacement sheets. Assuming that we would be able to receive the sheets if we went and got them ourselves, we go down to the front desk in order to make this request easier to fulfill. We once again are asked "Why?" with a HEAP of attitude and are even told "Didn't I just talk to you? I can't leave the desk to get you sheets." Please take notice that this is after another front desk employee offered to go get us the sheets THREE times, but the young woman "Sana" told him he was off the clock so he needed to leave. The operations manager Joseph comes out from the back adding additional attitude to the situation asking us why we needed the sheets because "People walk out the doors with their sheets". That did offend us as they were trying to say that we would steal their sheets! It even got to a point where they were plain out ignoring us, trying to get us to leave the front desk. I'll save the additional rude words that were given to us by "Sana" and Joseph, as I feel you get the picture. An hour later after sitting in the lobby waiting for these two to realize how simple of a request we were asking, we did receive sheets by the operations manager, Joseph. I might add that instead of pillowcases, they gave us whole pillows, which I felt was a bit of sarcasm. I thought people that work in hotels and in the hospitality fiend in general were supposed to be friendly and accommodating and these two, Joseph and "Sana" were just the opposite. Our family spent well over $2,000 for our weekend stay and we will absolutely NEVER bring our business to this hotel again. Oh, and I must add that the breakfast was terrible. The servers and chefs were polite, and the rooms were not bad, which are the only reasons why I would not vote this hotel as terrible. read more

We've been coming to this hotel for years and never had a problem with it. Best part about it is the convenience between Baltimore, DC, Annapolis, etc. However, Last time we went, we booked 2 smoking rooms online. When we checked in, we were told there was only 1 smoking room available. Fine. We took 1 smoking room and I non-smoking room. Not a prob. Fast forward 2 weeks and I'm checking my credit card activity. I see a $250 charge from the hotel (in addition to the cost of the rooms). I call the hotel and was told it was a penalty for smoking in a non-smoking room. I told both people I spoke to that I was given a smoking room. They told me I must have been hearing things when I checked in because the hotel has been smoke free since August 2012. No joke. The dude told me I was "hearing things". Meanwhile, on the website there are smoking rooms available. I've been thinking about this for a couple of weeks and I'm really starting to feel like this is done on purpose. Offer me a smoking room, penalize me for smoking in it and then hope I never notice the charge on my statement? When I do notice it, give me a nonsense response and tell me there's nothing that can be done? Really? Unfortunately, I think this might be how they do business. Sad to say because I did like the convenience of the place. So, if you go, check your credit card activity a couple of days after you leave to make sure they're not playing games with you. read more

This Hilton Garden Inn is exceptional. We head to MD every so often to visit my sister in law, and we usually choose this HGI location for convenience and cleanliness, which it always is. Last night, we heard a very loud alarm that persisted for about 10 minutes, and we didn't sleep. Jim, the manager onsite, was concerned, professional and kind, and made our stay complete by offering to comp it in consideration of the inconvenience.
