Had a fantastic stay here. Not sure how much of it can be chalked up to my gold status, but we were upgraded to the executive level, which meant access to the free continental breakfast and hors d'oeuvres at dinnertime. We also received vouchers for breakfast each day at Shula's, which was great because the food there was only middling quality. But as long as it's free, gimme some! The beach is about a 30 minute walk away. The hotel's shuttle only leaves once an hour, so we decided to walk it each time. There is a nice walk on a boardwalk through Clam Pass park, which you can skip if you want to ride the free golf cart trolleys. The thing I was most curious about, though, was the hotel's free bicycles to borrow. I've included a picture. They are simple 3-speed cruisers, comfortable enough for an afternoon of bicycling. You are supposed to return them after 2.5 hours, but they are lenient about that. We rode down Crayton Rd and Gulf Shore Blvd, and I highly recommend it. There are good, respected bicycle lanes most of the way down, and then you can ride around the wealthy neighborhoods around Galleon and Kingstown Drives. read more

Great hotel! Shuttle service to Clam Pass Beach is very convinient! Shuttle provides guests with chairs, towels and water bottles! Even if you go in your own car, they provide you all these amenities as well. Clam Pass is free is you go in shuttle, otherwise, expect to pay $8. Clam Pass has a cafe and bathroom facility. Alcoholic beverages are served amongst other food items. The Hilton pool is clean and has a lovely stone waterfall. The pool is gorgeous at night. Plenty of lounge chairs and again , towels are nearby for guests. The lobby is grand and elegant. There is a Shulas Restaurant in the hotel. Will definetly return! read more

We were getting ready for a wedding just to get kicked out midway saying we checked out already when that never happened. Then manager had the nerve to lie on the phone saying they offered us to go back when thats never happened. And to make themselves look better tried blaming the maid and us saying we probably didn't understand her because she speaks Spanish...mind u we speak fluent Spanish. Great location. Very practiced customer service so they usually get it right. This is not a review of the hotel, but of its special event services. I attended The Bach Ensemble's 2013 annual benefit in one of the party rooms. The dinner was VERY good - Banquet fare of parm crumbled/coated chicken, but with an epicurean flair because of the smokey, crisp vegetables alongside the entree, and because of the endive in the salad. Dessert was chocolate mousse stacked with white chocolate mousse. However, the room amenities for the program were a nightmare. The headliner had to contend with the most amateurish operation, and with maddingly non-functining lights and sound. If you have a function here, make sure everything works before the event, and be sure you've got a pro as a stage manager. Also, how the heck are the benefit goers going to get primed to up their auction bids if the cash bar does stupid bar tricks? My Chivas was so watered down. I was under so little influence that I could have tallied everything in one pass of the silent auction bid sheets. And I usually can't do math in my head, even if someone told me I could win a car. Speaking of cars, valet service was the usual Naples' sprinty-quick. I don't know how those guys manage to appear so unsweaty in their Tommy Bahama style uniform shirts. Beautiful hotel, clean but 4th floor executive honor bar had some harassing waitresses always watching you sign the card. Irritated with them always watching every move you make. I came to this hotel for a conference, not the beach, and I had an overall good experience. The rooms and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and large. I also liked the seating, and the desk was the perfect size for working. The rate for July was amazing, and I felt like I had a steal of a deal on this room. I did not use many of the amenities here, but the outdoor pool was very nice. It had a stone waterfall. There were plenty of towels, and it was nice to come out and sit by the pool at night. I was shocked how reasonably priced room service was as well. The employees I passed were friendly. I never saw the beach, but the shuttle runs every hour, and the front desk said that they supply chairs and towels. The hotel was noisy with children, and it would be great if they put families on one floor and adults on another. No one wants to hear screaming kids at all hours of the day. This hotel is huge and could easily make an effort to do that. The cleanliness was really questionable, and I found a blood stained pillow on my bed. No problem, I thought- I just threw it on the floor and figured it would be replaced. For three nights, the blood stained pillow kept ending up back on my bed. It wasn't covered in blood, but they really should have pulled it off and cleaned the pillowcase. It's still 4 stars because my rate was that cheap, but if I was paying top dollar, that would have made me mad. All in all, I would come back to this Hilton if I could get the room for the price I did again. read more

Although the hotel was nice and the front desk helpful, DO NOT leave anything of value in your room. I had my wallet (stupid of me to leave it in the room) and a gold bracelet stolen while I was at breakfast. The manager looked at the key card history for opening the room and said that no one but us opened the room but someone in that facility knew how to get around that. FREE PARKING! FREE WATER BOTTLES! WONDERFUL FRONT STAFF and CLEAN ROOMS. They offer free valet with a tip. My first and second rooms were a little musty and the AC wasn't working properly. When I alerted staff they were super nice about changing my room. Everything is cleaned and sanitized. They offer hand sanitizer through out hotel and floors. Compared to other hotels in the area this was 100% not worth it at all. The Holiday Inn express in Naples was half the price and just as nice with even more amenities. We paid 300$ for a mediocre hotel just to struggle to find a parking spot and struggle to sleep because they put us in the middle of a wedding party... it's outdated and the halls and elevators reeked of marijuana.. It's also been a LONG time since I've stayed in a hotel that didn't have USB ports on most, if not every, outlet. And they charged 20$ for a usb plug. After paying 300$, I wasn't gonna pay 20$ for a usb plug to charge my phone. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because although uncomfortably chlorinated, the pool was decent. Even with that being said, We Regret staying here when there are nicer more affordable hotels in even better locations in Naples. read more

This is a wonderful hotel!! I practically live in Hilton properties every week & this is right up there with the very best. The main reason is the way I am treated by Diane the front desk supervisor. She really gets it!! Every time I arrive she makes me feel right at home with a smile, and she remembers my name!! The hotel is impeccably maintained. Very clean & beautiful. The parking in the garage below is very convenient, and it's free! I love the pool, and this hotel has one of the best hotel gyms anywhere. The location is also great with easy access to Mercato, downtown, and very close to beaches. Also making this hotel one of the best is Shula's restaurant is attached, and is AMAZING!!! The executive lounge on the 4th floor is spot on!! The ladies who staff the room are very pleasant and attentive, and the food is always fresh & delicious. Room with a view? NOT. Chances are it's a view of the other rooms, parking lot, etc. First thing to know is that this hotel is on a busy highway (route 41) and not on the Gulf of Mexico. It is not even close to the trendy area of Naples. They run a shuttle to Clam Pass beach, but do you want that? Second thing to know is that you will pay over $400/night for a suite in season (Winter) and not even get a decent breakfast. You have a key to the exclusive "executive lounge" where you can basically eat junk in the morning and other kinds of junk (cookies, etc.) in the evening with your free hot coffee or tea. Big deal! OK, so Naples is set up so that there are essentially no hotels on the beach (except Ritz Carlton - check out their prices!). Gulf - front real estate here is reserved for high rise condos and some very pricey homes. Bottom line: if I am spending over $400/night on vacation, I want a great location (room with balcony) and a real breakfast (not ala carte at Shula's). Otherwise, it might be OK to stay here one night on business. read more

Almost 2 years after onset of COVID using it as excuse for not delivering services promoted ( and paid for) is ridiculous and disappointing. CORPORATE DECISION acc to non-apologetic front staff. Saving $$$ while the hotel is fully booked and the restaurant filled has NOTHING TO DO W COVID BUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. $12 voucher as comp for missing complimentary breakfast and Happy Hour buys 2 Espresso! This property and staff are best in class! We selected this location as our venue to host our family reunion this past weekend. The Director of Sales Niccole and Manager Stephanie was there for us in every step of the planning. Even during the uncertainty of the Hurricane Dorian. They assured us the property will do all it could to assist if there was an emergency. I can't think of anything the property is lacking or missed the mark on. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The property has free shuttle service to the beach with chairs & towels. The banquet food was excellent. All the staff are professional and helpful from the bellman, front desk, chef, AV, housekeeping and banquet team all contributed to us having a successful event and wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable I'll start with that. Housekeeping eating while changing linens is gross. People leaving room service outside the door all day and not being picked up is nasty. Our room was clean though l, the lobby was clean and pool area. The pool is pretty small nothing spectacular about. In reality this hotel is overpriced at $300+ a night. Our view was a parking lot and the back of someone's business I believe. I wasn't super impressed with the restaurants food but that has nothing to do with the actual hotel. If you can get a deal on a room here for $200 go for it otherwise splurge elsewhere closer to the beach or on the beach. read more

I was looking for a beachfront hotel in southern Florida for an April vacation and found the hotels in Miami to be too pricey and a lot of the on-the-beach hotels in Naples to be the same way (plus there are few beachfront hotels in Naples anyways). What sold me on this hotel was the free shuttle with beach chairs, towels, and waters! This service was amazing (though realize they take you to the Waldorf Astoria where you take a golf cart down a long path to the actual beach). It ran every hour and the driver Laszlo was awesome when we accidentally missed the last shuttle. As a fancy-pants Diamond Hilton member we got upgraded to the Mangrove suite which had a living room, a second fridge, and two bathrooms! It was awesome for the long weekend. We also got free breakfast at Shula's each morning (the steak and eggs was awesome). Also we got access to the Executive Lounge which had amazing sushi one night we were there. Valet was very fast and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for it's location, beach service, and quality of the hotel. I'll be back for sure to try out those free bikes. read more

The location of this hotel is slightly disappointing - you can't be blamed for wanting to be closer to the beach or historic 5th Street - but it makes up for that fact in many ways. First, it offers free shuttle service to the beach. It's also not altogether far from Naples attractions if you have a car. Next, the front desk and staff epitomize hospitality, making every guest no matter his or her status feel important. The concierge lounge, with abundant hors d'oeuvre options, TV, and newspapers, is a treat. Shula's Steakhouse is right downstairs. The lobby displays a timeless elegance. The gym is big, and has much in the way of modern exercise equipment. There's a pool of decent size nearby. I've been here with my family a number of times, and do not hesitate to say it is our go-to lodging option in Naples. read more

No more no less. If there are conferences, a comparable room at another place can be double...if you can find one. Hopefully will not be your experience. I pulled day manager to quiet area outside to discuss so as not to alert other guests. Staff and day manager were great and she attempted to get comps. but next level said no. Atypical of Hilton. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and found it great from beginning to end. Our wonderful experience started with our helpful staff at reception who was very helpful since we were traveling with children and a dog. Free Wifi and parking, plus a free shuttle to the nearby beach more than made up for it's non-beachfront location. Located right on the main road, with several good restaurants and malls less than 10 minutes drive, we will definitely be back. read more

So... Second time here. Loved the room- it was clean, updated. However, this was our experience this time around. First night there: the heater didn't work and we literally froze. Woke up and the safe box wasn't working. Came back for a nap at around 2 pm and had to complain 5 times about workers' EXTREME noisiness right outside the hall. Woke up after the second night on a SUNDAY at 9 AM (!) to loud knocks and a woman yelling "HOUSEKEEPING". Really, Hilton?! HOUSEKEEPING at NINE AM on a SUNDAY?!? We had a good experience staying at the Hilton. We spent a little extra to be on the "Executive Floor", which included breakfast each morning and snacks in the afternoon. It was a decent little spread in the morning with muffins, pastries, cereal, fruit- and really good cookies in the afternoons. My sister had her wedding here, and overall it was a great experience. The ceremony was outside by the jacuzzi- they had floating candles and rose petals in it, and flowers around the area, it was really, really gorgeous. The photos are just unbelievable. Then the reception was in the ballroom- also beautifully decorated. There were some things that went wrong- like the cake. After tasting cakes and picking out exactly what they wanted, my sister and her fiance were both really excited about the amazing strawberry cake. We were ALL excited for that strawberry cake! But when they cut into it, they realized the hotel had given them chocolate cake, which neither of them like. But that's okay, nothing is going to be perfect. It was a really beautiful wedding, the Hilton did a great job with it. read more

This is just an average hotel. Overpriced for what it is, but it's just a place to sleep. Rooms were clean. The pool is pretty small but nice and clean. There's a nice exercise room as well. It is quite noisy, you can hear everything that is going on out in the hallways. read more

This review specifically is in terms of the Hilton as a location for a reception; we got married this weekend and used it's facilities for the reception. The event co-ordinator was excellent; she made sure that all the details were covered, and that our special requests were handled perfectly (eg, the wedding was offsite, but she got the hotel to provide and set up chairs for less than it would have cost to get an outside vendor to do for us.). In addition, she made sure that there were a number of "special touches," that we never even thought of (eg, the theme was "beachy," so she decorated the lobby reception area with sand and seashells on the tables). Additionally, she helped us to find vendors in various capacities (a DJ and ceremony musician). Additionally, she had an indoor back-up plan ready for us in the event of inclement weather; outdoor ceremonies in Florida run the risk of being rained out. The food was quite excellent in my opinion -- we had mahi-mahi in a lemon creme sauce and Parmesan-breaded chicken, in addition to chef-served omlettes and waffles (it was a brunch reception) -- and everyone I spoke to had the same reaction to it. All in all, if you're getting married in Naples, it was both affordable (our reception cost less than half what it would have at the Naples Grand, for example) and you get a LOT more than you pay for. read more

I have to say that I enjoyed my stay. Why only 3 stars? I did not appreciate a knock on my door at 8;30am asking me what time I was planning on checking out. SERIOUSLY?? I am checking out when I am checking out. 8:30am on a SUNDAY. And, there was no airport shuttle. I know they are not super close to the Fort Myers airport, but it would have been super helpful instead of a flat fee taxi ride of $55. Brian, at the front desk, was fantastic. I was there for my best friend's wedding and we relied on him so much to act as a go between with the person taking care of the reception. He was friendly, helpful, always smiling. We loved him. I got to visit the pool for a minute after a workout. I jumped in to cool off and just sat and enjoyed the quiet. Would I go back? Sure. read more

The hotel is decent. Rooms are standard and perhaps a little outdated (no outlets on the night table??? what is this?) as are the bathrooms. Our bathroom had some rust on the floor. It is however convenient and comfortable. Fridge in each room (we went to Whole Foods to stock up on snacks and appreciated being able to store them in the fridge). Free shuttle, water, towel and beach chair to nearby beach (where the same beach charges $8 to park). Its located down the street from the Waldorf Astoria where one can get amazing spa treatments. And its very central to 5th Ave / Old Naples and Bonita Springs. Also has free valet parking and lots of free parking right at the entrance of the hotel. It really was very convenient. We paid $180 per night and had the choice of upgrading to the concierge level for $30 additional each night - no thanks. The hotel is only 4 stories. Concierge level is on the 4th level. Always a wonderful experience at the Naples Hilton! I have visited them 4 years in a room for a conference and it has consistently been fantastic! The service that they provide for conference guests, hotel guests, and restaurant guests is all top notch. The hotel is clean, the food is good (whether it's the continental breakfast for the conference guests, the banquet dinners or the the fine dining at Shula's) and the staff is SO very helpful! Nice location ( not on the beach .... But 5 minutes far). There was a misunderstanding regarding the chairs and beach towel. When we arrived at the beach we discovered that we were supposed to bring them from the hotel.... Nooo.... That's not a service from hilton!! Also the room doors are very thin and you can hear voice and people walking in the alley. Too bad if you Don't want to wake up at 6 30 in the morning with these noises . Please do something !!!
