It's an old tired looking hotel when it comes to the rooms. The bed was comfortable. We would stay again if we had to, but there's plenty of other options to see what's there. This hotel wasn't exciting in appearance or anything. Parking was an issue.

When visiting Branson I typically stay at Big Cedar, but this was a shorter trip and I've always eyed this location when visiting The Landing. This is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and up to date, the views are wonderful and service was outstanding. You can exit the building and are within walking distance of every inch of The Landing! There is also a little historic area of Branson right across the street. There was some light construction going on when we arrived and you could hardly notice! Can't wait to return!

Diamond members get upgraded from what ever you book which we booked a Jr Suite. The next level was a condo which we were happy to take. Very nice and especially if you have a family and want to cook. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked if needed. If we were there longer maybe. They have breakfast across the street in the other Hilton location Convention Center. Breakfast was standard buffet or order off menu. Food was good and staff friendly. We stayed three nights and never used housecleaning as we weren't in our rooms much other than to sleep and showier. Liked location. Lots of shops and entertainment comes alive at night. Everything closed down at 11:00. We were fortunate enough to see the Water show upon our arrival. We were never around after that so only got one night of the fountain show. Really fun.

Perfect spot if you're a Hilton member. Don't forget there's another Hilton across the street also. What I like about this spot they are in the area of many eateries! Upon arrival the valet guys made my check in very easy. (Don't forget to tip them!) If you are a Hilton member don't forget to download the app that shows a map of your surroundings where list of eateries, places to shop gift shops and many more!!!

Breakfast fit for Kings and Queens!

Here today! Let me start off my review by saying, THAT'S RIGHT PARIS HILTON-REUM, would you stay here?! That's what I'm talking about, I BET Hilton Hotels would NEVER lower their standards by selling ANY of their chain of Hotels to ANYONE that would tarnish their brand! Let me tell yall something, when my money gets bigger/stable, just like I only carry Dooney & Burke purses, I'll NEVER stay at anything lower than Hilton Hotels! I was treated NO different than any other guest staying at the hotel. Professionalism, class, style, tac, detailed throughout! There was no bus parking on site, HOWEVER there was 2 large parking lots WITH plenty of lights and security a short walk away! NOT only that, Hilton provides shuttle via white SUBURBAN suv for bus chartered drivers! Nothing less than lavish stay! Super large drying towels, no ordinary shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, heavy a$$ glasses for in room cocktails, fancy thermostat that told separate temperature in the bathroom AND bedroom...BRIGHT vanity light in the bathroom! BOOM! Paris show the other chains how REAL hospitality is done! 3 finger snap...up n down, puckered lips and head bob! Here Today. There Tomorrow!

Beautiful condo, comfy bed, perfect location for outings. Downfall was only one roll of toilet paper and two sets of towels for a 3night/4day stay. This could've been customized/tailored more to our specific reservation. outdoor patio was spacious, there wasn't a cover for the drizzle days we had or the sun beating down on us while trying to enjoy the outdoors. The second tower requires you to walk outside from the first tower and cross a walkway, little inconvenience for bad weather. Also a little bit more of a hike for the parking garage. It's the little things that made it just ehhhhh... It's a bit pricey for it not to be perfect! Also you have to cross a busy street to get to yet another Hilton hotel for breakfast. This was room 433 for those who want to know, not sure they are all the same.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Yes yes, it's in the name itself, but somehow I did not see this or think anything of it since it's priced like a hotel. The room was small and did not have much to offer. Bathroom is tiny and there was a single sink.......two beds, 5 people, and 1 sink with enough room for two. It literally has a two sink sinktop but with only a single one cut out. . Beds are comfortable. The water park though! NOT ATTACHED. Just on the same property. You have to walk to the pool, water park, and other included activities. It's not a really long walk but it is an inconvenience. Water park: It wasn't bad. Water was colder than I thought it should've been. My kids were shivering lol. As was I. Then we went to the "fun place" down the road and played mini golf, go carts, games, and ate pizza. All of it was fun. The mini golf was black lit so it was a lot of fun. With me being Native American, I thought it was really cool they had a portion of art with natives. Obviously I took pics with them . Honestly, it's the motel that really threw me off. And the fact all these things aren't attached. Maybe I didn't read as well as I should have, but the photos are deceiving (not to say that's the intent). For the price I paid, I wouldn't expected a nicer room. I'm not too good for motels, nor do I have anything against them, but I prefer hotels and that's what I expected from the photos and explanation. They did provide all of the activities at the "fun place" which was nice. All in all, if it wasn't for the holiday package, with all the things included, I would've been incredibly disappointed. With that being said, that place wasn't my cup of tea, but if it is for you, I would recommend.
