My husband and I book an Air BnB in Omaha, AR for a weekend trip originally. It was a 4 hour drive, and we showed up to a disaster, the toilet was right next to the bed (nothing like pictured). At 1am we were tired and didn't know the area. We called Hilton Promenade and spoke with Heather H., and I cannot say how thankful we are for her! We wanted a washer and dryer and a little kitchen like an Airbnb would have, but I didn't have expectations of this at a hotel. After our call with Heather H. inquiring on availability, she had sent someone to make sure that the type of room we wanted was available, (we were happy just to have a bed at this point), and it even has a spa tub! The hotel has been remodeled with the nicest finishes, and has that extremely clean feeling that you want. The convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer unit in the room we're staying in makes me never want to use AirBnB again! At 2am we rolled into the hotel and were greeted by Heather H., who went out of her way to help us get settled quickly (she even helped load the rolling cart!) You never see that type of customer service anymore. 15/10. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We extended our one night stay to 3. i pick hotels that have pelotons. The peloton seat was stripped and i couldn't adjust it. George, an EOD came in and needed a tool he didn't have with him. He told me I could go use the Peloton in the Hilton across the street. When I came back, the bike was fixed and adjusted to where I needed it!! I will be using it tomorrow!!! read more

When visiting Branson I typically stay at Big Cedar, but this was a shorter trip and I've always eyed this location when visiting The Landing. This is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and up to date, the views are wonderful and service was outstanding. You can exit the building and are within walking distance of every inch of The Landing! There is also a little historic area of Branson right across the street. There was some light construction going on when we arrived and you could hardly notice! Can't wait to return! read more

The Hilton Promenade was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were fairly large and the bathrooms were nice and clean. It would have been nice if there was coffee readily available onsite but there are lots of coffee available nearby. I am used to breakfast being served onsite as well but we were given "coupons" for breakfast across the street at the Hilton Convention Center. The "wait staff" were the most snobbish ppl I have ever encountered. It's a shame really because everyone else we meet during our stay in Branson were the nicest ppl I have ever meet. read more

Diamond members get upgraded from what ever you book which we booked a Jr Suite. The next level was a condo which we were happy to take. Very nice and especially if you have a family and want to cook. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked if needed. If we were there longer maybe. They have breakfast across the street in the other Hilton location Convention Center. Breakfast was standard buffet or order off menu. Food was good and staff friendly. We stayed three nights and never used housecleaning as we weren't in our rooms much other than to sleep and showier. Liked location. Lots of shops and entertainment comes alive at night. Everything closed down at 11:00. We were fortunate enough to see the Water show upon our arrival. We were never around after that so only got one night of the fountain show. Really fun. read more

Extremely disappointed in this Hilton stay. It went from bad to worse. The room was not what I believed I was reserving and the restaurant was one of the worst I've ever experienced- anywhere. Hilton's response was not what I expected which made it even worse! The Hotel restaurant is across the street and up a small incline. For the elderly people we were hosting and intending to celebrate them and their life was pitiful. This was one of the worst experiences with Hilton I've ever had. I believed that I was reserving two room using points. At check out, I was told that only one room was reserved with points! I used a significant amount of points for that!?!?!?? I was treated NO different than any other guest staying at the hotel. Professionalism, class, style, tac, detailed throughout! There was no bus parking on site, HOWEVER there was 2 large parking lots WITH plenty of lights and security a short walk away! NOT only that, Hilton provides shuttle via white SUBURBAN suv for bus chartered drivers! Nothing less than lavish stay! Super large drying towels, no ordinary shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, heavy a$$ glasses for in room cocktails, fancy thermostat that told separate temperature in the bathroom AND bedroom...BRIGHT vanity light in the bathroom! Overall, the hotel is very nice, but check in was completely unacceptable. We arrived slightly before 2pm to ask if our room was ready and the front desk said not yet but "guaranteed ready by 4pm" (exact quoue). So we go eat a late lunch and come back at 4:15. The line was very long and customers weren't happy because they were all being told that room wasn't ready yet. When you pay north of $250 per night for a room and $15 for parking, shouldn't you expect AT LEAST the same level of service that you'd get at Super 8 for less than half the cost (and free parking)? That said you can't find a betterlocation, the pool/hot tub are very nice, and extremely comfortable beds to sleep in. The experience would have been perfect if we'd not been humiliated dragging all our luggage to the lobby thinking our room would be ready. read more

Stayed there for 1 night (Monday after Labor Day). We had no reservation but there was no problem at all. Cheryl was able to get us a balcony suite with 2 queen beds (room 215). The view was amazing and the balcony was huge! The room was super nice with a big bathroom. There is also a real closet in the room. Loved the desk that came apart to make a little dining area possible. Beds were amazingly comfortable. This is my new "go to" hotel chain. read more

The room was beautiful. Be aware that you have to cross the side street to get to the north tower where the room is so if it's bad weather, you're crossing in that. We had high winds and cold. Love the balcony. Had to call and ask for bedding for the sofa bc there was none stocked initially in the room. Valet parking was great. Wished we could have gotten our own rolling cart when leaving but was told you have to get a bellman to do that which slows you down and makes you tip. We already tipped often for valet services over three days. Valets were very friendly. Pretty sure there was mold on the grout on one wall in the shower although the bathroom is beautiful. The toilet seat needs replacing. Breakfast across the street is not ideal. Lobby is beautiful. Desk staff ranged from friendly to neutral. read more

When I saw others only give this hotel 3 stars, I totally agreed. The location is its best asset. The valets are always friendly but that's their job. Breakfast is available, but down the street in another Hilton location. Not-the-greatest coffee is in the room, but most walk down the street to Starbucks for a $5 coffee. Asked the front desk attendant to send someone to the room to fix the tub plunger and pump on the body wash... 24 hours later and not corrected. Housekeeping changes the towels, makes the bed, restocks the coffee but doesn't complete these tasks until late in the afternoon when one wants back in their room to prepare for dinner. read more

Beautiful condo, comfy bed, perfect location for outings. Downfall was only one roll of toilet paper and two sets of towels for a 3night/4day stay. This could've been customized/tailored more to our specific reservation. outdoor patio was spacious, there wasn't a cover for the drizzle days we had or the sun beating down on us while trying to enjoy the outdoors. The second tower requires you to walk outside from the first tower and cross a walkway, little inconvenience for bad weather. Also a little bit more of a hike for the parking garage. It's the little things that made it just ehhhhh... It's a bit pricey for it not to be perfect! Also you have to cross a busy street to get to yet another Hilton hotel for breakfast. I can't vouch for the price, as I was here on business, so didn't pay attention. FYI, if you're a light sleeper, make sure to request a room AWAY from the Street. If it's Christmas time, your room should also be far from the Christmas tree outside. It's a great tree, but it too is loud. read more

I want to give five stars again but to be truthful on a review I cannot. Location is awesome, there is no better location in Branson than here, park in the parking deck and no need to leave unless you want to. Customer service at this hotel is hands down the best of all the locations I have been to. Pool is great, lobby clean. There are two towers here, North and South, some don't like that and it is a bit of a hike from the lobby but I enjoy the separation and the south tower is connect to a great Irish Pub. You must use your room key to access the door and then also the elevator so it's secure Our room was great, loved the layout and the beds were very comfortable and the patio was excellent for sitting out and relaxing watching the foot traffic below. The negative, was there were dirty dishes, food in the sink, under the pullout sofa was dirty and had trash and old food and the hot water for some reason would not last long so we did not get to enjoy the tub or take long showers. But to the hotels credit they immediately turned these issues over to the proper departments to fix when I notified them. When In Branson this is my only choice to go, hopefully next time I will be on Golf status and be able to comment on their breakfast options read more

Excellent location, nice large condo adult rooms with appliances in the kitchen and washer and dryer in the room. The bathroom was AMAZING...why can't I have a huge walk in shower and a large hot tub in my bathroom at home? The views are great, we will probably request a fountain view next time, but I love the patios overlooking the Landing. It was beautiful and fun people-watching. We tend to stay at condos or air B&Bs when we travel and was glad to see this location as we usually stay in homes/condos in Hollister. I love this location as I can walk to one of over a dozen restaurants at any time or do a little shopping with my kiddos. I was especially happy that room service came in each day even though this is a condo! It was nice not having to wash my own towels each day. The reason I did not give the full 5 stars is due to our keys NEVER working. Every single time we tried to get into the building, or the elevator to get to our rooms the keys would not work. It was not just me, throughout the week many other guests complained as well. I had to walk back across the Landing and across the entire hotel to get to the other side where the lobby is located, 5 times in 2 days to get my key reprogrammed. This was pretty infuriating as each time I went back to my room I was pretty exhausted from a long day and was not wanting to go on a long unnecessary jaunt to get my key constantly reprogrammed. After day 3 I just found out that if you keep trying your key 15-20 times it will eventually work. So if you have the Patience to keep trying a few dozen times outside, then another few dozen in the elevator and then again at your room door, you will eventually gain access. We will be back....just hoping they fix this glitch before then. read more

Had an issue with their hotel across the street and got moved. They could care less. I am a Diamond member and had the most awful check in experience. Almost like "Anna" was annoyed that I was even there to check in. Valet was the only person to person experience that was good. Pool across the street had a kid walk up to snack bar to buy string cheese and the bartender said "get a parent, I'm not your babysitter, kid"... both properties need a total overhaul. They apparently cater to the local trash as was obvious by non hotel guests hanging at the pool. Total joke of hospitality. Room was clean though. That and valet was a plus. Never would I take a family here. Stay elsewhere. read more

What an amazing stay. We got a king room with the fountain view. I can't express how great this room was (room 417). With the fountain view, Christmas music and the fire and water show it was awesome. It was our anniversary so they went above and beyond by having rose petals and roses on the bed with swans set up in a heart. Phenomenal service by Hilton as always. Love being a Hilton Honors member. Super close to shopping, dinner, drinks, music and fun. read more

Good location. We asked for a balcony room when booking over the phone & did not receive that. Asked if we could get a discount for not getting the room we requested & the counter gal was very snippy & rude about it. Basically made it to be our fault. Gave us the wrong room number, thank goodness we looked at the app before going in or we would've lugged all the suitcases to the wrong floor before realizing it was the wrong room. The room was nice. Walk-in shower was great & the hotel is conveniently located. Getting from the parking garage to the motel isn't the most convenient thing. It was clean & smelled nice. I would stay here again, but recommend triple checking what room you're getting when you book even if it's by phone & get the persons name you speak with. read more

So. First the pros. We ended up here after an Airbnb debacle so we arrived flustered and freaked out. The valet Scottie was amazing and helpful. I was comped valet parking because of the state of our arrival. Basically sleeping kids and stressed mom. I was traveling alone with my kids. Our room was perfect. We got a 1 bedroom condo. It was great! Awesome location. Cons: do not forget chargers, there is no access to any technology. Or an ATM. ATM was down all weekend. The bar Big Whiskey was ok. Slow service. Applebees type food. Overnight I realized I needed my phone charger from my car and asked the valet to please grab my car so I could charge my phone as there were no chargers, not even in the office center. He was pretty disgruntled which I get but then have chargers. Overall decent stay, perfect location. read more

A good hotel here on the landing. The location is nice due to the access to the landing and Main Street. The pool and hot tub are nice. We do have a problem with the pillows which seem to be extremely miniature these days in certain hotels. The forced bellhop was a bit much. Please allow your customers the option of using a baggage cart without some kind of strong arm mandatory tipping. I can carry my own bags thanks! read more

Where to start. First we were called by the hotel two hours before our arrival to ask us to upgrade to one king bedroom rather than the two queen room we had booked months ago. We respectfully declined as there were three of us staying in the room so we needed the two beds. Having killed a couple hours at dinner so we could meet our 4pm check in time and we are told that the cleaning wasn't done yet because they RAN OUT OF CLEANING SUPPLIES....really? You called us four hours earlier wanting us to change rooms???? Then she offers for us to come back in an hour or so and she would comp our two days of parking in the garage. Really? We had to play 'where's waldo' with our room as it was literally behind three different doors in the corner of the hotel. The keys cards were finicky. The bathroom literally had 3 towels and no floor mat in front of the shower. The shower had a direct spray that shot in one spot so wasn't an all over spray. The hair dryer was purchased at the Dollar Tree and couldn't blow a feather off the table. We ordered extra towels and ice (as there is no ice machine or vending at the Promenade) and was told would be delivered from the Hilton across the street, waited an hour and nothing, then we left. It was there when we returned. You couldn't find coffee in the Promenade. They had a shoddy machine in the room. To swim or have breakfast, you had to go across the street to the Hilton Convention Ctr and get a keycard from the front desk and return it. The breakfast was 20 bucks for buffet and was awful. The bacon was limp, biscuits dry, gravy gloppy and the french toast had no sweetness at all, not even some powdered sugar on top. If you ordered off the menu, it cost just as much as the buffet. The air conditioner stopped working at all by the 2nd morning of our stay. Thankfully we were leaving that day. For the cost of staying at this place, it was subpar and that is being generous. Definitely not a five star experience you would expect for the price. read more

I have never written a review before. We picked this hotel for its location and amenities. Although I realize that the pandemic has created problems for the hotel industry, I was sorely disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff was nice, but that was the only positive. When we checked in, we were told that our room would not be cleaned during our stay, but that we could be assured that our room was clean because the rooms were sealed as they were cleaned. When we got to the room, there was no seal. The front desk later said that they had run out of seals. Since there was to be no cleaning service, we assumed that the room would have additional supplies. Uh, no! We had two towels, one coffee setup, and half a roll of toilet paper for a four day stay. We called for additional supplies which did not arrive. When questioned, we were told that maybe some other guest had taken them. From then on, we picked up towels, coffee, and toilet paper from the front desk after ordering them. No one picked up dirty towels, trash, etc. Thank goodness I brought soap and my own washcloths. I thought that I would be able to get some exercise in the fitness center. I could find no evidence that anything in the fitness center had been cleaned nor was I able to clean the treadmill when I finished because I forgot to bring my own antibacterial wipes. After that, I decided to take my chances walking outside. I did get caught in the rain one day and it was chilly in October. The hotel did not seem to be very clean. I guess cleaning staff was reduced due to the pandemic. The room price did not reflect a reduction in service. I guess Hilton's profit margin is not being impacted by the pandemic because it has been able to cut staff and keep prices high. I don't think that I will stay here again. read more

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The location was convenient to the shops and restaurants of Branson Landing, of course, but that's where the good news stops. When I stay at a Hilton, I expect a certain level of customer service and amenities. We paid a higher-than-average price in order to stay at the Landing, and we paid extra for an upgraded room. The upgrade was supposed to have a balcony as indicated by the photos AND the room description upon booking. No balcony. And even though most of the hotel was empty (we could tell because of the stickers on the doors), I think we were in the worst room possible. Our 2nd-floor windows overlooked a major intersection AND railroad tracks (see photo)! The noise throughout the night was horrible. We got no sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower was almost unusable. The coffee maker was so tiny that it only made enough coffee for one small cup. This was supposed to be an upgraded room?!? There was no cleaning service day to day or breakfast service due to COVID. I will not stay here again. I was really annoyed that we splurged to stay here and had a bad experience. There are such nice alternatives (condos, Airbnbs) in the area for less money. read more

We stopped here Christmas Eve after a family event in a local town. As we checked in, the hotel provided hot cocoa and cookies for the holiday guests. We checked in seamlessly, but were told parking was $13. We upped the funds but when we parked the gate was up. I'm unsure whether or not we even needed our key card. (I hate hotels that tack on the parking fee anyway.) Room was pretty spacious and clean and quiet. We enjoyed having a bite at Big Whiskey's which is adjoined to the hotel. The only other issue was that there was no coffee available downstairs the next morning. We were able to get some cups to go at Big Whiskey's though. I thought the price of the hotel was pretty reasonable and spot-on for a holiday night in the heart of Branson. (They really didn't seem super busy though.) read more

Was given room 201. Unfortunately it was above a bar with DJ and loud music until at least midnight. Room was also on the corner facing street and street light. So we also got to hear all the traffic as they stopped and accelerated from the stop light. The carpet was rippled around the bathroom causing a tripping hazard. The leather headboard was peeling. Not impressed for $380/night. When I asked to change rooms the only other comparable room available was the mirror room on the street corner above the restaurant and across from current room. I do not understand why the staff was transparent about the location and noisy nature of the room before giving it to me. I'd had the reservation for several weeks in advance.
