There's a reason I have gold membership in Hilton Honors. It's the hotel chain I use when I travel! I came to this hotel for work conference, as well as two days vacation. My room had a great view of downtown Rosemont, and the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean sheets. There are plenty of electrical outlets in the room; given that I came for work this is important. There's also a little couch / divan by the window. Consistent with the quality of come to expect from Hilton, there was daily housekeeping. The conference spaces where the seminar was held, were clean, stocked with snacks, and had good acoustics. The gym, on the 10th floor, broken down into two spaces: one four cardio in the pool and the other for weights. The pool is heated and is open until 11pm. There are about 4 treadmills, and the strength section has a good mix of free weights and machines. The lobby restaurant had a good selection of Americana (think burgers & roasted chicken) as well as a really yummy green risotto and short ribs, as well as a hearty cab sab. Their penne vodka with chicken was another favorite. Remember how I mentioned I came for work? Well the USB adapter in my laptop must have not liked the turbulence on my flight and it got damaged. Well, the front desk employees were really helpful in trying to be defined another electronic store and eventually suggesting that just order it through Uber and they would hold it at the front desk. Great service there! The only improvement I would suggest is with the parking. When a friend of mine came to visit for a couple of hours, she was charged $40 by their third-party provider. It'd be nice if they had an hourly option for parking. read more

Great location, clean premises, courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Easy to get an uber from this location; keep in mind their hotel shuttle doesn't start operating until 5AM. Clean rooms (room 317) and it was very quiet, was able to sleep well and can depend on the wake-up calls set by the hotel. Love the Hilton Concierge texting feature - makes it so easy to get in touch without it feeling completely like you're just talking to a robot. read more

I stay at the Rosemont was terrible first when we went to the room TV refrigerator. Everything was unplugged and couldn't fix myself ( took the next day to fix ) second we were staying in a room and outside the window they were window cleaning the outside eighth floor. There was no notification that we're doing this and my girlfriend was naked in the room . Third Was walking in the lobby and got yelled at by one of the employees for walking on the floor that was wet ( no sign was posted ) was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Three Stars (at best) - Functional but Frustrating The hotel has a dated feel, which is immediately noticeable, though it's clear efforts have been made to maintain the property--at least on the surface. It's a large facility with extensive meeting space and plenty of rooms, making it suitable for business travel, but not necessarily a place I'd choose for a personal getaway. The staff has been accommodating, though interactions have felt more transactional than genuinely warm. Amenities are just okay overall, but the real letdown is the dining experience. First, there's no in-room dining--which feels like a major miss for a hotel of this size. The dinner restaurant had a long wait for a table, and adding to the frustration, there's a complete lack of food service from 2-4 PM. In 2025, that's hard to justify, especially for business travelers who may not have a flexible schedule. After working from my room since 6am with only coffee, I was left wondering why more convenient food options aren't available. Also worth mentioning--the beds are uncomfortably firm. Adding a pillow-top would go a long way in improving the sleep experience. There's potential here, but modern travelers expect more--especially when it comes to comfort and convenience. read more

Only stayed here one night flying in to meet my husband. The hotel itself is nice. They have a restaurant downstairs that stays open to around 10-11. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. That was my favorite part. This hotel is located by a lot of nice restaurants like Morton's. A quintessential business hotel. read more

was woken up with construction at 8:30am. when i called the front desk to ask them to stop, they offered me a voucher for coffee and to comp the tylenol i bought at the gift shop, but said they could not stop. don't understand how construction is happening during hours where some guests are obviously still sleeping. why not just start at 10:30 or 11. the funniest part is that you can hear them attempting to be quiet while they work, but unfortunately there's no quiet way to hit a nail with a hammer. read more

It was a good overnight stay. American Airlines issued us a voucher to this hotel after some sort of foreign debris was ingested into the plane's engine while it was taxiing in to our departure gate. It needed a major repair to the fan blades, and they didn't have an alternate plane available. I'm glad we decided to use it because it ended up being a 24 hour delay. The service was great. Fortunately, there was a room with a king size bed available. The room was spacious and clean. They have a Liberty Tavern and a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. There is a complimentary airport shuttle. It was all very convenient. I can't tell you much about the location other than it's near Chicago O'Hare. We were too upset about the flight delay. Exploring the area just wasn't an option for us. I didn't even take any pictures. All I can say is that Rosemont appears to be a good location. I'd stay here again if I'm ever in the same situation. read more

They don't refresh everything inside the guest room coffee station. They either forget cups or stirrers or tea.... And the usual guy that assumes someone like me is going to break into a car even though I'm carrying luggage and a laptop. Might literally be the worst hotel I've spent over $500 a night for. Do not answer the phone, no matter how you try. Do better.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare for two nights while attending the Airliners International convention, which was held at this Hilton location. We were able to get a free hotel shuttle ride from O'Hare airport to the hotel, which is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport. I am deducting one star because of the attitude of the shuttle driver. He was upset because nobody had told him about the convention and he had so many passengers to pick up from the airport. He was downright crabby, which was disconcerting at 6:00 am. Luckily, things improved greatly when we arrived at the Hilton. The front desk staff member was fantastic. Because I am a Hilton Diamond Member, she was able to check us into our room immediately. Bless her! We were so happy to drop off our suitcases and go back downstairs for breakfast. We ate all of our meals at the Liberty Tavern at the hotel. I had a generous food and beverage credit with my Hilton Honors membership, which helped keep the food costs to a reasonable amount. The Liberty Tavern was wonderful! The service was fantastic and the food portion sizes were very generous. There were other food options within walking distance of the hotel, but we did not venture out. We wanted to spend most of our time at the convention. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was upon request. The rooms had decent soundproofing, so we did not hear our neighbors. The complementary toiletries were of high quality. Very cool and convenient location Hilton hotel. A 15 min drive from O'hare, great shopping restaurants and bar area all at a decent nightly rate. Hotel seems to be one of the old but renovated ones. All modern with hints that it was an older version. Staff is great, specifically at the restaurant. I'd stay here again. read more

Came to the Hilton O'Hare on a Friday night, based on the reasonable nightly price before heading to stay downtown at another Hilton sister property from Saturday through Monday. Overall the hotel, while appearing dated was very nice and accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room with a pleasant corner view, which made everything all the better. I had some business to take of in the area, so I thought I'd try this hotel. I will say, Hilton's app is so user friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the convention center, many corporate offices and right off of the interstate - near O'Hare Airport. I had arrived shortly after 2pm. As I was entering the hotel, I had received my digital key on the phone. However, I did stop by the front desk to pick up a physical key... just incase. Stella (I believe), Guest Service Agent, is a gem... very friendly and helpful regarding the hotel. I made it up to the room, which was located on the 8th floor. The room was good size with a great comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the desk area so I could get some work done. Later in the evening, I moved over to the ever so comfortable chair with a great view of the area. Granted, the hotel is close to the airport, I didn't hear any outside noise. In the evening, I had a great conversation with Dahlia, Guest Service Agent. Another great asset to the hotel. The hotel offers several sitting areas in the lobby and outside. I wasn't able to enjoy any of the other amenities such as the fitness center or the pool or the Starbucks. Definitely, a hotel I would return to and would recommend. read more

This is a nice hotel near O'Hare. Minutes from the airport, slightly fancier than most hotels near airports. It's a bit dated but rooms are spacious and quiet despite all the air traffic. The staff was friendly and the onsite restaurant was actually quite good! They also have a Starbucks and a small convenience store at the hotel. On top of that, they have a free shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Great value for the money. read more

I was not given a credit for my daily stay on the final day...It is a daily stay credit, not nightly. I was not credited for my early departure revision. I was told it would be reduced. I called them and the front desk male could not help me and sent me over to finance department. I left a message early in the week and no one has responded. I sent a chat message today and was chatting with Banessa. Nothing was resolved and I was not given the email address of the GM and Manager as I had asked. The view was ok and the pool was amazing and different b/c they put hot water with a hot room instead of a hot room with cold water and the room was very clean when we entered but the reason I have a 4 star is b/c if you want to eat breakfast you have to pay like a restaurant so I would just go somewhere else. I was blown away by their customer service! They send you a text message asking how the room was when you check in and will answer promptly for the rest of your stay. Front desk guy was nice and waived an item from their convenience store. I had the Brussels sprouts appetizer from their restaurant and it was one of the best restaurant meals that I have had in my life. Only reason that it only gets 4 stars is that the bathtub was kinda nasty...it didn't drain and there were some hairs that weren't mine in it when I checked in. read more

I had a short stay here...2 nights. It was a decent hotel. Staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. The room I was in had a king size bed which was comfortable, but the pillows had no fluff. They were quite flat which make sleeping a bit difficult. Shower was okay. The first night there wasn't any pressure and it made a loud noise. The second night the pressure was a lot better and the noise was gone. Staff checked in frequently and were easy to get ahold of; either directly in the Hilton app or via text. I would stay here again if needed. read more

Look, it's a hotel by the airport. That's probably what you are looking for. It's near, it's clean, the staff are fine. There's a shuttle. Why two stars? Check in is SLOWWWW with no real sense of urgency no matter how long the line. And heaven help you if you need info while there's a line. You just have to get in behind the masses. bring a lunch, They charge you an additional 'resort fee'. Really it's just a way to seem cheaper on the various consolidation websites. They'll 'give' you $5 of that to spend at the snack shop but they never tell you. You have to ask. If you think your hotel is worth an additional $30 a night just man up and charge it. Don't hide behind a made up 'resort' fee. read more

I attended a family reunion stationed at the Hilton. The facilities were well maintained and attractive. And they provided an affordable group rate on the rooms with most family on the same floor. The room it self was clean and updated. The hotel is near the mall, the entertainment district, conference center and course the airport. Parking is reasonable at $15 per night, with in/out. It was a quick drive to discount shopping and places to eat. Would stay here again read more

Nice hotel...well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, great location connected to convention center and a lot of restaurants and a shopping mall. Great fitness center, food options on site. Biggest downside for me, no refrigerators in rooms. There is also no microwave in rooms, but a microwave available at front desk location. If it weren't for the lack of a refrigerator, this location would be an easy five star rating for me. 4.5/5 stars so I will round up to 5/5. I checked in here this Tuesday, I was attending the Food Safety Summit across the street. They have a skywalk connecting the hotel to the convention center which was awesome. I was very impressed with customer service upon check-in. I arrived around 1 p.m. expecting my room to not yet be ready, but they offered me a room with two double beds that was ready at that point instead of the king room I had booked. Beds don't really matter to me when traveling by myself so I took that room. After I came back downstairs, the desk concierge addressed me by name and asked if everything was fine with the room. I asked if I could have a mini fridge and he said they would send one up. They also asked for my phone number when I checked in, and texted me once a day asking how my stay was, which was appreciated. That first night I also ordered room service and it showed up within 10 to 15 minutes, which was great. The only thing I wasn't really impressed with at this hotel was the housekeeping because I never got my room cleaned... I had the do not disturb sign on for about an hour or two on Wednesday, when I was in the room, and housekeeping never came back to clean the room. A few other nitpicky things, the toilet was a little bit loud when flushing and also the bathroom has an automatic light, which is great but not so great when you are using it at 4 a.m. and want to keep the light off, lol... Breakfast is not free unless you are a Diamond Hilton member, but they do have a restaurant and a Starbucks on-site. I did notice people getting free water upon check-in but I am only at the Blue level for their rewards program, so no water for me, apparently. WiFi is free for HHonors members, also (at any level). Overall, though, I was highly impressed with this hotel. My room was large and the beds were comfortable. It could have used a few more charging outlets near the bed but I found other outlets throughout the room to use. I would definitely stay here again when attending a conference across the street. read more

Well, we attended a wedding event here. Hosts had shared the full menu in advance. I guess I was the only vegetarian here, and the "main" course was supposed to be a "pasta" with vegetables. I received the vegetables with pasta sauce. I'm pretty sure hosts aren't aware of this. If you're planning an event at Hilton Rosemont, make sure you have no vegetarians or vegans on the guest list, as all they will receive is a collection of side dishes and zucchini with canned pasta sauce. read more

We were looking for a hotel to stay the night after the Monkees concert at the Rosemont Theater. A doctors convention booked up many rooms, but we were able to get a room here. First off, they offer a bottle of water at check in. I needed it after driving a few hours to get there, and I appreciated it. You do have to pay for parking - just like any other city. Get over it, or Uber in. The hotel is clean and well kept. Our room was quite comfortable. I had to go to get a charge cord in my car - as I walked down the hall, one party had quite a do going on - but when I got back in my room - blesses silence. It's well-insulated unlike some other hotels I have stayed in where I couldn't sleep for all the noise. This is near the O'Hare airport approach corridor and you may see or hear a few airplanes. I'm a light sleeper - they didn't disturb me at all. The room was a little warm, so I turned the heat down. A big dinner probably didn't help. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The safe didn't work - it showed SER when we tried to lock it, so I suspect it needs a battery or something. It wasn't the end of the world. We just took the small valuables with us. I saw all staff members wearing masks properly. Hand sanitizer was everywhere. Summary: QUIET Comfortable bed. Good help at the front desk read more

Clean and Cozy, not much more Became a Hilton about 8 yrs ago, and still looks brand new. Lobby is fancy with lots of corners to do work. Rooms are basic. Not many extras. Gym has 4 weight machines, with terrific views of Chicago. No earphones. Pool is nice, but no hot tub. Separate gym room for treadmills and stairsteppers. Hotel is 3.2 miles from the airport, but shuttle took just under an hour to show up. Comfortable place to stay. Restaurant is nice but expensive. read more

Nice Hotel. I had always seen this hotel and never stayed and then got the chance to stay and was impressed. Used to be The Rosemont Hotel as previous hotel/owner went bust. I stayed here during Covid so most everything was closed. The bar was open but the dining room was closed. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Service was great but again hotel was like 15% occupied due to Covid. I would stay here again, rates were reasonable and great part of town. read more

It's a Hilton Garden Inn. I typically stay at the DoubleTree Schaumburg, so of course I'm stuck up about my hotels. But this was a welcome surprise. The restaurant wasn't as good as DoubleTree, and I missed my warm fattening cookie, but I really loved the rooms. Exactly the same as DT. The rates were cheaper than DT, and the gym was just as adequate. The thing that I really enjoyed: the lobby (super open, big, airy, and well decorated), and the pool area. If you have young children: this is your spot. I have family locally and they came and visited and took the littles swimming. They had SOOO much more fun in the pools and water park than at the DT. It was really impressive that the designer of the hotel thought about families like this. I'll be back, not only because I have to, but because I want to! :) read more

There were water stains on the ceiling there was paint peeling, none of the doors set flush showing it's age, the carpet was nasty, the toilet was not even attached properly to the floor. You could feel every springs in the bed and at one point I had wished I checked for bedbugs so I did not sleep under the covers. The bathroom sink bowl was cracked and the air seem to shut off by itself in the middle of the night. For $150 a night stay you would expect something better. This was one step above a local Motel six. I stayed in room 9020 just in case maintenance wants to go take a look thanks. The question to all of this was "why didn't you call down to the desk and have them move you to another room?" My answer was simple .. I was on a tight schedule heading to my mother's memorial service and had so much to do I honestly didn't have the luxury of time to do so. read more

This was an older hotel with a nice lobby and restaurant downstairs, plus a Starbucks, which was very convenient for mornings! My kids were disappointed there was no free breakfast, but they loved the pool. The room was a little outdated. The blankets on the bed were really thin and I felt a bit cold at night. There was no microwave or fridge in our room. I called the front desk because we had a bunch of stuff that needed to be refrigerated, and they delivered a (albeit beat up and dented old) fridge immediately, which was great! Need to stay at an airport hotel, but don't want to feel like you are at an airport hotel? Stay here! The Hilton Rosemont will pick you up directly at the airport, the shuttle comes about every 20 minutes so you never wait too long. The shuttle drops you off at the hotel and while only a mile or two away, you feel transported to a different area far away from the dreaded airport chaos. The streets around this hotel are totally walkable at any time of day. I walked them alone during the day and at night (10 pm) just to test them out. There are tons of highly-rated restaurants within a half mile radius and don't even get me started about how great the Fashion Outlet stores are! There's also a conference center very close by (maybe a 3 - 5 minute walk) and a significant amount of higher-end hotel chains in the area. Check in at this hotel is a breeze. The put me on a top floor and, bonus, away from elevators and exit stairwells. The room has a bit of a unique setup with a diagonal hall/entryway. Once inside, the room itself is nice with mostly updated furniture. The room had more than enough outlets (score) and a self-adjustable temperature down to the low 60s! The room was clean and it was easy to see that house keeping pays attention to detail. Also, for an airport hotel, my room was much larger and much more cozy than expected. The bathroom, again, was mostly updated with a few older touches (like a magnified mirror that was supposed to light up but didn't). The water pressure was ok, not great and the water temp didn't get quite warm enough for my liking. Minor details. The bed was super comfy and I enjoyed a lovely night sleep. Despite being so close to the airport, I never heard a single plane, which shocked me. The gym is split into two rooms with the cardio machines in one room and weights in another. You need your key to go from one room to the other, so be prepared. Both gym rooms were hot! However, I was able to adjust the temp on my own without needing to call for help. The gym wasn't busy and in the hour I spent there, I only saw one other person. I did come at what I would consider an off-time, about 4:30 pm on a Sunday. I'm not sure what it's like first thing in the morning. The gyms along with the small indoor pool are located on the tenth floor. Take note of this since there aren't a lot of signs and I walked around trying to find the location for a bit. This hotel has a great conference space and is ideal for your next meeting. I didn't love the conference food, but that might just be me. I was more than impressed with my stay here and loved that I was only a 10-minute drive to the airport. As someone who travels somewhat often, I'm putting the Hilton Rosemont on my list of hotels I would absolutely revisit. read more

Stayed here for a wedding we were attending last month. We had a group code for $89 a night for a King room that worked Fri & Sat night. We wanted to stay Thurs night as well. When I called the hotel, they were happy to help and gave me the same rate for Thursday night. Otherwise I think it would have cost around $130 for Thursday night alone. I'm a Hilton HHonors gold member so when I checked in, I asked if there were any upgrades available. I was told there wasn't a room avail all 3 nights, but they said they could give me a room with a nice view of the Sky bridge instead. I don't think it was technically an upgrade though because a friend staying for the wedding as well isn't a Hilton HHonors member and he got a room almost right next to us with the same view. I never double checked to see if they had other rooms avail online, but I figured with everyone staying for the wedding it was a long shot getting an upgrade. We stayed in room 912 (on 9th floor). The room itself was pretty standard. The king bed was comfy, but they don't use duvet covers, so the comforter kept coming out of the sheets they had covering it. This kinda grossed out the roommate since you never know how often they wash that comforter. The room came with a modest sized bathroom, sitting area and desk. Everything was pretty clean and comfy. Location wise, it was nice since we could easily walk to the Fashion outlets or the nearby plaza with restaurant and bar options. For $89 a night, it was a pretty good deal! read more

Very friendly. Nice rooms. Has a small but adequate cocktail lounge and a nice restaurant called Liberty Tavern. The conference center is large with lots of AV abilities. A Skywalk connects to the Stephens Convention Center across the street. Request a room on the east side so you can watch the planes fly to O'Hara. The night time view of the headlamps coming toward you is like a virtual game. Great location to walk to the Fashion Outlet Mall, the AMC Theater, the indoor Skydiving, restaurants and more. read more

Our airline recently switched to this hotel. Wow, I am impressed! Besides convenient to ORD, everything about this hotel is grand. From the entryway to the lobby, elevators, you name it, they did this place right. Even the front desk gal was splendid and entertaining, which at 1am made us feel welcome. My room is nice with a view of the airport. Great bed and pillows. Slept well, even with airplanes coming and going. Breakfast is good, though this damn Covid policy in Chicago is a bit overreaching. I ate in my room. I used to dread flying into ORD because of the old hotel. This Hyatt Regency just renewed my desire to fly to Chicago. Well done guys! read more
