Loved this hotel! Came for 4th of July weekend and we had a fantastic stay. We did check in/out through APP which was great and were able to get a late check out hassle free. Room was very nice and clean, amenities were great! The hotel restaurant gallery had a great hh! The empanadas were toooo good! Overall great stay, they have a mover which takes you around downtown which I thought was awesome as we were able to get dropped off at our dinner spot. Valet is mandatory about $50 a night kinda steep but it's okay. There was a couple of Karen's throughout the hotel which was expected given the area haha read more

I left my car with Towne Park valet at the Hilton West Palm Beach and got it back with visible damage to the rear bumper and hatch (plus it was covered in twigs and debris). I reported it immediately, took photos on the spot, and the valet manager even acknowledged the car had been parked near bushes -- consistent with the damage. Towne Park still denied the claim. That's the part that really matters: They had custody of the car. It came back damaged. And they took no responsibility. And neither did the hotel. I tried to resolve it directly and spent months chasing this -- and got nowhere. If you use this valet, just know: If something happens to your car, don't expect accountability. I also reached out to the hotel multiple times and got not response or accountability from the Hilton. read more

And special banks to Stephanie, at the Front desk, who was patient and beyond kind, helping me navigate the Business Center to prepare some materials for Work - I would be remiss if I didn't mention the coffee in the restaurant. Came for the holiday pop up Jingle and Mingle. When i initially made the reservation there was nothing available for 2 weeks. Finally the day comes and we go and all it is, is tables out by the pool. There is literally no one there. It seemed as if the people who were there were staying there. A guest walked up with no reservation. Makes me wonder why all the dates were booked when i made my reservation. The decorated area that you see on social media is where the bartenders are working, not where you are actually sitting. The drink was ok. Nothing spectacular. It didn't even have a fun cup. The drinks are pre made i believe. The employees were nice, but this event was a complete waste of time and money. I can only comment on the pool because we did a pool day pass. We had so much fun here on a girls trip! Arrived early in the day and grabbed a spot on two of their SUPER comfy pool lounging chairs. Around 11, a sweet poolside server came over to take our drink order and we pre-ordered food for when the kitchen opened at 11:30. Food came out delicious and hot in these cool containers with a lid to our chairs! Throughout our time lounging, the poolside server would come over and greet us and grab us whatever else we needed. She literally even brought us our drinks while we were in the pool! Did I mention they had FLOATIES?! for us to use? I feel like that's unheard of - a lot of pools don't let you bring floaties. They did offer complimentary towels. They had an outdoor bar, bathroom by the bar for use so you didn't have to go inside the hotel. Like I said- food and drinks. Poolside service. Comfy lounge chairs with umbrellas and little side tables. A MASSIVE pool that was the perfect temperature. Yard games (corn hole, ping pong, giant connect 4) And pool floaties. What more could you want?? We would 100% come back to their pool anytime!! read more

We had a late afternoon flight out of MLB airport and we took advantage of the Hilton West Palm Beach Sunday day pass for the pool. It is a beautiful property with plenty of loungers and umbrellas included for the day pass. The wait staff that took care of our section seemed to be lacking in normal customer service. He never checked back on us and we had to ring our empty plates and glasses back to the bar so the wind would fling them around. The DJ was playing EDM music the entire time and it just seemed like one very painfully long track of the same song. We ordered some food which was very good and brought to us by a kitchen staff member who told us he wanted us to have the meal as fresh as possible. We will definitely be back! read more

Stayed here for a conference and must say this was an amazing experience ! The food was delicious and the rooms were very modern and clean. The valet costs 40$ per day but you can come and go as you please. In addition, there's a free shuttle that can take you to the beach. The pool area is kept very clean and there are always fresh towels available. We tried the watermelon mocktail and it was delicious and refreshing! One more pro about this area is LOCATION. Stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach during the National Pickleball Conference and had a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was very well kept--housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything spotless and stocked without ever being intrusive. It made coming back to the room after long days at the conference feel like a real retreat. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The front desk staff went above and beyond, especially Bambi, who made sure we were checked in quickly and offered great suggestions for spots both in and around the hotel. Beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs to lay out. Pool was super clean. They also have an outdoor bar next to the pool for some adult beverages to relax. The gym was clean with plenty of equipments to use. Nice market to get snacks or coffee or some sandwiches to go. Beautiful restaurant with indoor or outdoor patio sitting to enjoy your lunch or dinner. Beautiful separate bar plus another bar near entrance for dinner relaxation. She said go to machine I didn't have my glasses on I just left. This am. I go out of the room. I go right away to say I left my key behind. Babe asked for id. I said I'm going to get coffee at Starbucks. I said I had a credit card on me. Nope. I had to wait for security for them to get my key. I never ever want to stay here again not worth the money and dealing with that horrible woman the second time. I have many places to spend five hundred a night. It won't ever be here again. Good luck with that ride lady I will also say I have traveled the world and have stayed in numerous hotels and Marriott's and hiltons and many many others. Never been harassed like this before. It was completely unnecessary what she did to me twice. She mocked me twice on the way out. lol. Terrible terrible customer service skills. The young man who checked me on very nice. A few others. Pool attendant excellent. This front desk woman. I think she thought spending my hard earned money for dice hundred a night I worked for her. I won't be back. Go anywhere. A great staff make a super hotel experience. Yes, it is expensive, but the food was worth it. I had free Wi-Fi, a cable TV, free water, delicious breakfast, and the little shuttle takes from the hotel to Worth Ave. for free if you just text. The shuttle will also take you to a pharmacy to get medicine. The shuttle can take you to the beach. Sadly, the shuttle is only allowed to go 20 miles an hour, but on a nice day in FL, it doesn't matter. The pool is nice as is the exercise room. The phone worked well. The staff gave me lots of clean towels. They put a free hairdryer in your room. Of course, if you text the concierge, he or she will solve any room issues. You can charge services to your room. I only stayed for four to five nights, but I have been there before. Santa was available for photos with the kids. read more

The good: Great location. You are close to the beach- they will give you a free shuttle ride to it, along with a beach bag/chairs. Actually, their shuttle is free for any place within 1-2 miles. They also had an airport shuttle as well. It is right across the street from City Place, which has pretty good restaurants and cute little shops. The gym is not so bad for basic cardio and a small amount of weights. There is 1 stair master, which is better than I have seen for hotel gyms, one rower, a handful of treadmills, and some Peloton style bikes. It has TRX bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, ball, mats, etc. The pool area is nice. It was large enough for the amount of guests they had. They have a cute little pool bar area too. The bathrooms come with full size toiletries and have a modern design, although a bit small. The restaurants on site are pretty good too. Mezze is nice for in-person breakfast. Their buffet has a lot of options and they can custom make your eggs as well. Servers were attentive. The Galley was great for appetizers and drinks. I would pass on the pizza if you are a pizza snob. The bad: Our shower leaked all over the floor. We had to use our shower mat and at least two full size towels to dry the floor after every shower. The water would go all the way to the door trim even with towels soaking the water up. We eventually had maintenance come fix the rubber seals, but the shower still leaked a bit from the gaps between the glass panels. The vanity light would keep dimming after 20-30 seconds. I am not sure if it was a wiring issue, but I could not reset it no matter how many times I flipped the switch. So for the ladies, a bit irritating to do your makeup. They also did not have a little vanity/magnifying mirror that is normally connected to the bathroom walls. There are no robes or disposable slippers. The closet is small. You cannot store an open, full size suitcase. The room is pretty cramped, so if you have more than one suitcase, it is going to be difficult to be able to keep your suitcase open and have room to walk around and access it without there being a tripping hazard. There is a mini fridge in the room, but it is so cold, everything you put in is freezes. They were nice enough to let me have a microwave to warm food up. I probably would not stay here again, but would definitely go for the Galley/Mezze restaurant. read more

I came here for a conference and it really is a nice hotel. The lobby is exceptional and you could just hang out here all day if you wished. I enjoy looking out at the pool and looking at the art work on the walls. My review is only based on my experience going to this conference. The employees were very helpful and the bathrooms were clean as well. I would like to come back here and stay here and have a staycation. Everything I read is positive. It is close to "The Square" where you can do shopping and also go to The Kravis Center and see a show. It is not from from Clematis St where are there are clubs and tons of restaurants. So give it a whirl. Yes, Valet only parking so just leave yourself enough time for that part if you are here with a crowd. read more

This is the most INCOMPETENT hotel I have ever experienced. I had a confirmed reservation for 2 nights at this Hilton for months, called an hour before arrival and was assured I had a room - when I arrived at check in they said "due to unfortunate circumstances" they didn't have a room for me. When I said I had just talked to someone there an hour before and they said my room was ready - the response was "sorry must have been a trainee that was misinformed." They offered a room 20 minutes away at an embassy suites. I had to be at the Hilton the next morning at 7 to work an event. So this was an incredible inconvenience. Additionally, they only offered one night at the embassy suites instead of two . The "acting manager" was new and said she couldn't offer us anything else to make up for their mismanagement. The general manager was also new, but not available. There was no attempt to make up for their screw up and the inconvenience they caused me. No comp rooms, comp meals at their restaurant . The front desk manager (Murat) had just made a decision to cancel our block of rooms when they were overbooked - even though we had reservations months earlier. He offered nothing to make up for their screw up - only one at night at a different hotel 20 min away that was incredibly inconvenient for us (especially at 10 :00 at night after a day of traveling. )This is NOT the way to run a hotel - It was a problem they created, but they did not take responsibility for it, instead making it our problem. I expected better from a Hilton. read more

Stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach for a mini getaway and it was better than expected. Beautiful pool and ambiance. The staff was friendly, we even got a free upgrade for being a Diamond member. The pool view room was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. I would recommend anyone that is planning a trip to West Palm Beach to consider this hotel. This hotel was so dirty. Booked a suite at $700. Room was dirty / couch had blood or chocolate on it. No were no face cloths/ big bottle of shampoo that others had used . Front door wouldn't open unless you slid the room key under the door( glad there was no fire) even the room service could not enter.!!! Despite living in Palm Beach County, we stayed at this Hilton since we attended the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival at the adjacent Palm Beach Convention Center and didn't want to drive after numerous wine samples. Apparently the hotel just completed a $25 million restoration and we were very impressed with the tropical inspired updates to the lobby, restaurants, and pool areas, as well as the refreshed hotel rooms. We stopped by for a drink at the Galley bar and were impressed with the extensive wine and beer lists. I appreciated the bartender informing us that the tip was included in the bill to avoid adding another tip on top of it. The check in process went smoothly and Cierra was very friendly and helpful. One negative was the hotel's help chat feature. When I asked it for the easiest way to walk to the Convention Center, it sent us out the lobby onto the main road, while we discovered on the way back that the Hilton is directly connected to the Convention Center - you don't even need to go outside. Our room met our expectations for a Hilton hotel - modern, clean, and comfortable. We recommend it for anyone attending a convention next door. read more

Loved our one night stay here! In Fl visiting family we decided to do one night to recover from the jet lag and this was the perfect place to do so! Staff was friendly, check in smooth, room simple clean, comfortable. Pool is gorgeous and work out facility is great. Walking distance to some upscale restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed planta for some vegan bites and drinks. Couple suggestions would be to add coffee to the lobby and maybe a self park option? Totally get if it's not possible in the area. Upon check in we tried to get to our room, but the card scanner in the elevator didn't work. Front desk said "Oh man, there should be, like, a sign or something...". There was not. We eventually got to our floor, oh, a broken window in the hallway, classy. Entering the room, non functional safe, no conditioner. All calls to front desk, housekeeping and concierge went to busy signals, so I called the 1-800 Hilton number and got a text number that I was able to use to get a response.
