A BEAUTIFUL HIDDEN GEM!!! I couldn't be happier that this is my first Yelp Review! When you first pull up to this place from the outside you kind of wonder what's going on. The moment you step inside it's perfect. Ambiance is wonderful. My girlfriend and I did the 90 minutes couples massage and both the customer service and the actual massage itself were fantastic. The owner (Julianna) is really friendly as well. They do everything from nails, to massages. The owner will even create a custom package for you (so you can have multiple services done for less). Pretty sure my girlfriend will be going back this week to take advantage of that. I highly recommend you try them out. I don't think you will find a better spa in the area and the prices were very reasonable. read more

I tried to make 2 appts. with Groupon vouchers (one for me and one for my son) for a Saturday. They were booked out for 7 weeks which was fine but they said that if I wanted both appts there was an additional $25 fee. Also BEWARE, they ask you for your voucher number and then redeem it before your appt. read more

I bought two 60-minute deep tissue massages at sale price. I wanted to take my friend, but I didn't upgrade to the couples massage so I could only redeem one offer at a time. I was NOT impressed. Dry hands, no gloves... need I say more? I ended up making an appointment for the second visit right before the deal expired even though it took me two days to get an answer DURING business hours. One day someone called me back later (must have used caller-id), but by that time I was at work and didn't answer. I was disgusted that they would call my number back after having no voicemail for me to leave a message asking them to do so. I missed the second appointment. I picked up a last minute shift at work. I didn't bother to call, the appointments were at least a week out and the deal would be expired anyway. read more

My partner and I visited the area and on my birthday we had a couple massages here. The place is nice, clean and the staff friendly. Our massage was great and we even enjoyed the sauna. Saw a groupon online and decided to give them a call, found out they were right across the street from me. How lucky was I. I went in and had Ali give me a massage, and how lucky did I get. This place is a joke. Dont waste your money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The massage itself was very mediocre, but that wasnt the real issue. The problem was with the salon not wanting to use my Groupon. I had been looking around for a salon with openings for Monday (today) all weekend, because that was the only day I had off work that I could go. So I called this place, explained I found them on groupon, and asked if they had any openings for today. The manager was the one that I spoke to, and she said yes we have something at 2:00, come on in. So after our conversation I purchased the groupon since I knew there was availability and would be able to use it. She asked for my credit card number on the phone which I thought nothing of because every other massage parlor I've been to would take a small refundable deposit in case of cancellation. But after the massage and it was time to pay, the staff acted like it was a problem that I wanted to use a groupon. The manager came out from the back and started arguing with me, stating she gave me a priority booking and was doing a price match because vendors only make about 50% from their groupons. I was never told this information on the phone while booking. We went back and forth for a few minutes, with me asking her to take off the $25 charge so I could give her my groupon code and her refusing. She continually escalated the conversation, saying things like "is it because I'm Asian that you act like you couldn't understand me" which NO one brought up race until she mentioned her ethnicity. I just wanted my $25 back since I already spent $120 with them on groupon. She refused and would twist my words. I said "it would be stupid of me to buy a groupon without knowing if the salon had open slots so I called first to check" and she replied "dont call me stupid". I was clearly not referring to her. I wanted the money back and she kept diverting the conversation. after she saw I wouldn't just pay $240 instead of $120 she threatened to call the police, even though I had not been aggressive or hostile, I was just stating my point. The manager was confrontational and rude. What could have easily been a quick refund and process of the Groupon turned into a 10 minute dispute that did not get solved. I'm never going back there again and no one else should waste their time either. It defeats the purpose of going for a massage if the owner is just going to disrespect you and argue with you as you're leaving. read more

Don't waste your time with this place. Purchased a couples massage from Groupon. Before I even called Himalayan to redeem the voucher got an e-mail from Groupon to rate my "recent experience." I was shocked, I viewed my Groupon file and sure enough, my voucher had been redeemed! I called the Spa and made an appt. then explained that my voucher had already been redeemed. The person told me to copy my purchase receipt and text it to her. I said I would and then said I didn't want there to be any problems as I have read other reviews where this had happened before! The woman got really abusive with me telling me she didn't need my business and how dare I ask her such a thing since she had made the appt. I responded that I didn't mean to upset her was just wanting to make sure there was no problems. She refused my apology and said not to come for the appointment. Well, I did report this to Groupon for a full refund, and this business needs to know that regardless of how they do it in their country, in America this is considered FRAUD! Steer clear of this place! There are so many other legitimate and honest places nearby! read more

I found this place on Groupon and purchased a deal to use the salt cave. I decided to schedule a hot stone massage as well. Like the other review here I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The therapist didn't show up to the room until 5 minutes after appointment time with canned drink in hand. The hot stone warmer wasn't turned on until after she got in the room. The massage was rough, fast paced not at all relaxing like I requested, she talked the way thru, left the room to get more hot towels and to top it off ended 10 minutes early. So I got a 45 minute hot stone massage when scheduled for a 60 minute. I stayed for the salt cave session just to try to get something good from the experience. Chunks of salt were missing out of all the walls. Needless to say I won't be recommending nor going back. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. I tried for TEN DAYS to make an appointment. I called and left multiple messages, as well as emailed them directly through their website. I finally got a response email, sent more information, but never heard back. I got one voice mail from the salon. When I called back someone finally answered, but she got interrupted and said she would call back in a few minutes. She never did. Three days later, I called back only to find out they don't offer massages in the evenings (6 pm, which I had requested repeatedly in messages). If I had not purchased a Groupon I would have given up much sooner. Consider yourself warned - if the customer service is this terrible, the other services probably are too. read more
