Also, the staff are great one sided conversationalists: you can basically have an entire conversation with them with out saying a single word as they have your mouth propped open working on your teeth and its bite. I don't know how they do it all day and not run out of things to say. The office is not your typical medical office environment; it is in a historical house with great original woodwork and something new to notice at every visit. I had to ask "are you referring to today/tomorrow???" She said "today" so we settled on a 2:00 appt. Then a few hours later (3hrs before apt), something came up at work preventing me from getting him there at the scheduled time, so I called back to reschedule. When the receptionist answered, I asked, "do I speak with you concerning appointments?" (because earlier I was transferred) she (Donna) then replied "I DON'T KNOW" followed by silence........What The!! huh who does that?? We met him at the closed office and he took care of it for us. They are the type of establishment to go above and beyond when it comes to not only quality care, but also customer service. This afternoon I received a call from them telling me there was a problem with my x-rays. I had my x-rays sent to them months ago, before I even finalized the appointment. Evidently they didn't bother to even check the x-rays until literally the very last day, which means they were surely unprepared despite having had several months time. They then offered to install the braces anyways, but that they wouldn't take responsibility if something went wrong due to them not having x-rays. Obviously I found this unacceptable, since it was their responsibility to make sure everything was ready ahead of time, not mine. And their reaction was even worse - offering to let me take on improper risk due to their failure to prepare. They also offered to do Invisalign, even though it was determined early on that Invisalign wasn't right for me. Overall, I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman - someone that would say anything to get money out of me. I thought there were certain standards for health professionals. Needless to say, I was dissatisfied with all of this and complained. You know how they reacted? After the call with me, they called up my dentist and said negative things to them about me, behind my back (my dentist called me immediately to let me know). Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, petty behavior. Frankly I'm disgusted by their actions. I am still going to get my teeth straightened, but definitely not here!

My issue is that after just 2 hours from leaving this office I was in a crazy amount of pain while i was at the dentist getting fillings done, I asked if i needed a root canal because even though she numbed me I could still feel the pain .. she said no I don't need it and to stick it out we were almost done .. I have had fillings done before and they never felt like this.. I called the office and they wouldnt see me and told me to wait for my doctor to call.. I asked what do they do with emergency patients that were just seen there.. they had no idea and tried to act like what i was going through was normal... mind you I currently work in healthcare and in dental before. I asked can I be seen for them to double check the work she said no .. the dr called me after office hours and told me she can see me in the afternoon the next day.. but didnt offer any medication or what to do with this pain.. luckily i was able to contact a new office who allows emergency appointments and they said the Doctor drilled too deep the next day I went in for a root canal A2 smile called me and asked for my review ..
