Cleanliness is basically what you'd expect from an Asian Supermarket. Best thing about this market is the 62 Noodle street, which is a really overdue review on my end Was trying to buy some items when we noticed it rang up as more expensive than what we saw. Cashier basically told us the price scanned is what it is and don't look at the tag saying we saw the wrong items tagged and barcode. She basically told us she can't do anything since that's what it scans as. I'm pretty sure I checked the tag so we went back grabbed the tag and brought it up. The barcodes matched so we escalated to someone more knowledgeable since the cashier didn't want to do anything. After 5-10 mins someone finally came up and said that's the price on the tag and they had to honor it. Took a lot of effort and basically the blamed corporate/headquarters for changing the prices and them not updating their tags. Not sure how that makes sense, but that's their reasoning. So be careful and aware of prices here

It was nice to see certain items that I had not seen in so long. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but whichever way you look, there's something for everyone. Goods are a bit pricier than most, but not many places sell goods directly from Taiwan. As others mentioned, it was very clean and have a good selection. There are plenty of parking near the store, especially since Big Lots has closed years ago.

It's been ages since I visited Taiwan but I do remember all the good food! The shop is tidy and they manage to pack a lot of items in here while still making it feel uncluttered. Some items they had for sale when I was here were various high grade oolong teas, the Taiwanese version of Otter Pops, pineapple cakes and soy sauce. They have a frozen section in addition to their shelf stable foods with items such as fish and various dumplings. While the cashier spoke both Mandarin and English, the person giving out samples of oolong teas only spoke Mandarin (In hindsight I should have asked if she spoke Taiwanese too). I'd love to come back next time I'm in the area to get more goodies for myself and as gifts.

I was in elementary school at that time so it's been 20+ years. I hope that the years past were warm and kind to him. Now with all of that nostalgia aside, this is a solid Asian market. Plenty of parking and it's off of the busy Nogales. Perfect place to get decorations or other celebratory goods when it's Lunar New Year and when it's not, it's a solid place to get dry goods (snacks, teas, cooking ingredients, dried herbs and medicinal items, etc.). They have fresh foods like produce and fruit too. As well as sauces, dishware, cooking pots and pans, and much more. It's definitely older than the one near the Costco, but I enjoy the warm ambient and nostalgic, busy vibes here.

If I had to pick one, I would recommend coming to this location to better your chance of finding what you're looking for. As I have said with the other T.S. Emporium location, I love coming here for ingredients and herbs that are not typically available at a regular Chinese supermarket. I've been looking for the Double Parrot brand of sago and this T.S. Emporium carries it! I find that this brand makes the best quality of sago so I'll always come back here when I run out.

Some nice looking little platters such as seafood, cooked vegetables with yam paste, some really nice looking salads for only $4.99 with edadame/beans (looks really healthy), the salmon eggs on chirashi bowls and sushi look Huge! I didn't get anything ready made, but might drive here for lunch sometime, lmao Good selection of different miso, some crafted miso as well. They have Organic Tofu for $1.99, and also packs of 3 nattos for $1.79-$1.99 We also got some umeboshi, which Cindy helped me find. Both of the staff I was talking to treated me kindly and were friendly! Also got Warabi Mochi Matcha - Must get! It's so addicting, the mochi is more jello like and so good + refreshing! The mugwort rice cake with red bean paste was also good, but I may reconsider getting this again, just not as good as the Warabi Mochi Matcha! Also picked up a Shimanoka Shiso - not sure how to use this yet, but very excited to have on bread or as a topping on rice. They have a good selection of ice cream, some cute utensils/pots/bowls section, as well as a small medicinal section. Really loved perusing this store, will probably be back since I realized I'm out of miso lol

Immediately greeted with their deals, one of which was a deal on my favorite coconut water, so we were off to a good start. This place was about 1/3rd of a typical Costco, but all Asian centric products. Produce selection was vast and appreciated. Snack game was on point. So many sauces, and in sizes you never see at a grocery store, so that was amazing. The thing that threw us off was the meat quality. Again, selection was vast, but we found the meat looked sad and old. This is somewhere between a 3 and 4 star, but a 4 star felt too generous due to the meat quality, or lack there of.
