From the moment I called, they were incredibly accommodating and got me in immediately. They spent nearly two hours attempting to repair the tire, but ultimately--out of an abundance of caution for our long drive back--they didn't feel confident the repair would hold for the full trip to Portland. Because they couldn't guarantee a safe repair, they didn't even charge me for their time. Thanks to their honesty and care, I was able to make it back to Portland safely. I called shops all over southern Oregon, no joy. I called Del Norte in Northern Ca and they were able to get the tires in the next morning. Folks, it was late in the afternoon, yet somehow they were able to get the tire in just a few (working) hours when everyone else needed several days to a week. I arrived the next morning and the tires we there as promised. In about 30 minutes I was out the door and back in business at a fair price. I couldn't be more impressed.
