This is their bread an butter, free rotations so they can find brakes that need replaced... If they had mentioned it in time, I might not have had to replace my rotors?? On our way out of town, my vehicle got in a fender bender, and Kevin swooped in and hooked up my rig like it was no big deal. His kindness and patience was much appreciated, with everything my family and I had already been through during the week. I didn't get to catch the name of the tow truck driver who drove me/my ride down into California (a 200 mile trip!) but he was a great sport, and gave me a huge hug after dropping me off. I'm very thankful for the compassion these guys showed me during a pretty stressful time in my life. Highly recommend.

I know why you are giving your rebuttal, but now on top of your terrible customer service you are a liar. I drove for 12 hours to get here towing a 20 foot container and I was tired. When I called at 1 pm, you guys blew me off rudely and didn't even allow me to ask a question but proceed to just hang up. Luckily, I found a towing company in Brookings that came all the way up here and was half the price I was quoted by your Company. This is why there are these forums, to rate businesses. Instead of being sarcastic referring to me as liar you should have accepted responsibility and apologized by saying you would be looking into this and rectifying the problem. The family and I were on a road trip from WA through Oregon and visiting the Redwoods…read more My Durango's alternator went out near Gasquet (20+ miles from Brookings) and we had no cell coverage in that area. My roadside service picked up my truck (and was bringing it to Coast) but would not pick up my family. We were stranded, unable to user Uber, and no taxi services would go out to Gasquet. When Dan at Coast Auto Center found this out he sent Gary to drive out to pick us up and bring us to the shop. He arrived within 30 minutes and brought us to Brookings. They got us in a rental SUV at a very great rate ($30 a day) and got us back on our way very quickly. Our road trip to the redwoods was saved! The customer service was outstanding, but that is not all. They knew were kind of in a jam and that we needed the Durango fairly quickly. They could have over-charged us and there is not much we could have done about it, but they did not. The repair was done within 48 hours and the price was extremely good. We highly recommend Coast Auto Center, every person we interacted with was helpful and nice and our overall experience was great. Thanks Coast!
