It was literally a week before our wedding and we needed to figure out the templates. The owner, JD, stayed up all night with me and my fiance and guided us through the process - we were incredibly stressed but felt at ease since he took his time to explain thoroughly the process and what he needed. He even allowed us to customize the backdrop, template and fonts. Heres a breakdown and scores: -Customizabilty: We were allowed to change the template, font, font colors, and even use our own backdrop. Score: 10/10 -Product: the physical photos were excellent!! We got props to use and the equipment used was modern. We even got digital copies of the photos. Score: 10/10 -Service:JD stayed up late at night letting us try different templates. They were so professional and helpful though. They came early to set up, incorporated our decorations into the backdrop, and made sure the photos turned out perfectly. I've been to other photo booths where there were either no attendants or the attendants weren't really paying attention. It makes a big difference when you have someone who knows what they're doing there. They make sure the lighting is right and the height is set up correctly. They also made sure that everyone in the photo got a photo strip. Omni also made us a nice video and provided up all the photos for download after. I would highly recommend them!

John stayed throughout our reception to oversee the fun, and he was very helpful and nice. Everyone had a lot of fun at the photobooth and the quality came out really great! My only regret was not spending more time there myself. After our wedding, we had access to the digital version of everyone's photos. They were just so cute! They gave us so many layout options to use and were able to customize everything to our taste, from the font to the size and everything else in between. What we really loved was that they provided us with multiple options to select based on our conversations so we could compare and pick the layout and background options. They replied to our emails super fast, which was very important to us. They kept the line of communication open all the way to the wedding day. We were so busy that she kept one strip from every printing for us for our keepsake, i thought that was very thoughtful. They also provide an online photo gallery about a week after your even (great turn around time)! It was so much fun to see everyone's photos from that night. The quality of the photos is amazing! The screen was very large and easy to view. It was an open photobooth which is fun for those watching and the props were surprisingly fun and good quality (not just all paper products and signs but actual props). As always, the photobooth was the hit of the wedding, truly keeps everyone entertained and gives them a little memory to take home with them. I did have some communication issues in the beginning to try to book the services and had to follow-up a few times to get the electronic versions of the pictures via facebook which added a bit of extra work on my end. Also, there wasn't much client-facing discussion between the vendor managers or the attendant so I can't speak much to the personalities of the company. Overall, it was a bit of a hail mary that could have crashed and burned but we got lucky and am happy with the results. I'm so glad I found Una Bella Ciao. Jamie, the owner, was very professional. She met with me numerous times prior to the event to make sure I was on track and we were on the same page. She came with my family to meet with the event staff at the Queen Mary and she was at my rehearsal. She was meant to just observe our rehearsal since the Queen Mary said they would run that but she ended up running that rehearsal as well. (The new guy at the QM wasn't very confident). I was thrilled with Jamie and her assistant at the day of the wedding. They blended into the party and stepped up occasionally to keep things moving along. I wasn't really aware of them which really is the point! They were working behind the scenes making sure everything was great.
