John talks to you and gets to know your thoughts, goals and concerns. He is focused on your health and making you the best that you can be. Sometimes this means being totally supportive and sometimes this means challenging you to get the best out of you (which I consider to be totally supportive too). John is never the same tired routine. Each time I go into 302 fitness, he is ready with a workout designed for me. If you have never tried a trainer, I would encourage you to stop by 302 fitness and/or give John a call, I don't know why it took me this long to consider a trainer.
