They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. I am writing this review to express concerns over the ethics of this business and it's owners. My…read morefamily has been harassed for 2 years by the people that live next door. The adult male that lives in the home hates dogs and has created multiple incidents yelling over the fence at my dog and attempting to record into my yard with cell phones. The wife joined in as well as the son, they seem to be very angry people and I know the family has had police at their house on several occasions. They have made multiple false police reports stating the dog is dangerous - he is not, he is actually a trained therapy dog. A lot of the issue stems from the fact that we put up a fence for our dog and the neighbors became angry because they love to plant bushes and trees extending over the property line. It has been two years of harassment as a result, it has become untenable to enjoy our yard. My family has been followed by these neighbors, recorded with their phones, bombarded with comments, intimidated with stares standing in place glaring over the fence. The son has even camped out in his yard all night on two occasions and so much more. I am working with the local police department and have contacted an attorney regarding a harassment charge. The "neighbors" had previously installed a camera on the eve of their house and trained it into my yard. They recently accused my husband of hacking into their camera, so I can only assume it stopped working for some reason. I saw the van for "Komputery" at this house and asked the workers if they were installing cameras. They said yes, so I let them know this family has a history of recording directly into my yard and engaging in harassment. I let them know that I have daughters who have been made to feel creeped on, uncomfortable, and have had their privacy violated with the constant recording. The workers from "Komputery" laughed at my request to keep the camera out of my yard and the concerns I expressed over having privacy violated. The men continued to work and laugh with the neighbor as they spoke Polish between each other. After the rude and aggressive behavior I witnessed from this company, I would highly recommend any potential customer thinks twice about hiring them. The installers / owners understood completely the situation they were participating in and did not care. I am all for people putting up cameras for home security, but when such cameras are used with intent to capture imagery of a neighbors to harass, intimidate, and terrorize, a computer / camera company should think hard about how their work product is being misused. Avoid at all costs.
