Didn't care for the flavor or texture of their corn tortillas and the meat was also quite marginal. The rice beans and other toppings were all pretty standard. I had some fresh guacamole and it was indeed fresh although a little bright with a tad much citrus. They have no draft beer, but carry the standard Mexican and domestics well available in bottles. When I arrived to pick up the dinner, they were closed and I waited for 30 minutes. While waiting, I left numerous messages at Rocco's Italian Restaurant since the food truck is obviously owned by the restaurant. No one answered or returned any of my calls. Later in the week i did speak with Stephanie who said yes, the food truck didn't open that day as they had an event and it was their online vendor Door Dash, who took payment and we should deal with Door Dash. i just spoke with the truck operator on the phone and he talked to the owner and confirmed we would have to deal with Door Dash. Door dash is the vendor they use for online ordering and the customer should not be responsible to resolve. Really? Wouldn't it have been the correct customer service thing to do and give your loyal customer the food they ordered (and always enjoyed) Instead of telling them to try and get their money back from Door Dash? Try to retain customers instead of refusing to make things right? It just doesn't make sense to me.

The restaurant has a few tables and a bar. There is a cafeteria style setup with hot food. I don't know how the table service works, but to go, we just said we had a to go order. There is a choice of foods and sandwiches. There is a big board with a menu, but other patrons said to go by what is actually on the food bar. Someone there waiting on their food recommend the oxtail, cabbage, and cuban rice, so that's what I ordered. Oxtail - this is one of the best things I've ever had in my life. It was cooked perfectly (I assume, I have never had it before). Super tender and the fat just melts. It's over a bed of rice, which soaks up the juice. There is not a ton of meat, but it is 100% worth it. . Cabbage - I have had cabbage plenty of times, but this may have cumin, but not sure. It was also very good. If you like cabbage, you will probably like this. There were a lot of other foods to choose from, so lots of options if oxtail and cabbage are not for you. Unless we find something better, this is our go-to for Moultrie.
