I had a half dozen roofers come out for estimates and to take a look around. Rich Melo came out and he gave the most thorough inspection and identified all areas of concern. He also turned around a quote rather quickly and it was not the lowest we had, but it was the second lowest, and his professionalism and competence made us hire him over the lowest quote as we had way ore confidence in him. As I said, he identified small tears in our membrane that the lowest quoted contractor missed. Rich's crew showed up on time the day of the work, cleaned up nicely and did a good job. In fact they did the job close to a year ago. I figured to wait a bit before writing a review to make sure the new roofing repairs held up and at this point we have no concerns so they obviously have done so.
