What the heck are you talking about? I'm older then him and have been working on cars for nearly 40 years and I had no idea what he was talking about. His comment to her was moronic.

The two workers at this location were the rudest autozone employees I have ever had to deal with…read more They acted as if I was inconveniencing them and when I asked for a specific part, he took 20 seconds at most to try to look it up. I then went outside, looked it up from the autozone website, went back inside and gave this particular employee the part number and he acted as if he was annoyed with me. Very unknowledgeable, quick to dismiss customers and extremely rude. I have been a loyal autozone employee for many years. Nothing but good experiences with many different locations but I will never go back to that location again. There is another autozone location on the other end of town and I highly recommend you go there. Get any parts that you need from this location and get it shipped to another location.

It is the beginning of August and I have been to the store twice since the mask mandate for…read morebusinesses. The first time I let it pass but was in again and no worker is wearing a mask. They don't ask customers to wear masks. Several customers came in without one and not told to put one on. It is currently a state mandate and it's being ignored at the risk of customers. I will not be going there again.

I flooded it trying to start it in the 15-degree weather, called them back and they sent a truck right over for a jump start. I drove to their Michigan Ave shop and left it there a few hours.
