I was in need of a tune up because I messed with the higher and lower limits and had no idea how to fix it. I called around to see who had availability and who didn't charge an arm and leg. I started this review on the day of the service but forgot to post it! I have two bicycles that needed maintenance, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service Hitch provided. First, I called and he answered right away. I know not all business can do that, but when I'm looking to schedule something if I don't connect with the person within a reasonable timeframe, or if their voicemail message sounds unprofessional, I move on because I think it's an indication of the level of their customer service. After connecting with him and describing what I thought I needed, he asked that I send picture so the quote would be as accurate as possible. After that we agreed on a day and time and he showed up promptly. He took his time with my bikes and when done I could tell he was really pleased that I was pleased. He gave me some riding pointers, recommendations on new helmets, and installed a new seat for me. My E-bike started acting funny the last couple months and this time is turned off while riding . I thought it was my battery but it wasn't . I called Hitch to ask if he could come to my house to tune up two spin bikes and a vintage mountain bike. He did a tune up on one of the spin bikes and replaced the chain, lubed the bearings and made sure it was good to go. He looked at the other spin bike and told me that it was in great shape and he wouldn't need to tune it up. He tuned up my 1987 Fisher bike, replaced the shifters, dried out grips, all the cables, and replaced a battery for the odometer. He was prompt, efficient, kind and honest.
