Great follow up during the build process and explained everthing about the bikes and the car rack we bought! 3 months later, my front break was rubbing ever so slightly. "Bring it right in and we'll have a look" Tito said on the phone. Turned out to be a simple adjustment on the breaks, but then my bike got the spa treatment. He cleaned and lubed the drive Train and tweaked a few extra adjustments. He spent at least 30 minutes on the bike and no charge!! And then he said bring your other bike in for the same treatment We happily drive 40 minutes from the mountains to work with Tito if you are in the greater LA area and in the market for an E Bike. I initially just needed the seat raised and the handlebars adjusted, but it turned out the chain was incredibly loose, the tubes were probably at least 10 years old, and there were a handful of other things that needed attention. I worked with Joe, who was absolutely fantastic. He was genuinely excited about the bike and eager to help. He even brought me outside, watched how I was riding, and made adjustments on the spot. After that, we brought the bike inside so they could take a closer look and handle the bigger fixes. They really took their time to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Joe also noticed I had a women's seat on the bike, which is fine, but as a man it wasn't the best fit. I appreciated that they paid attention to details like that. They were also very mindful of my budget and made sure we didn't overspend while still getting everything safe and road ready. Ben handled the tube replacement and did a great job. It truly felt like a team effort to make sure my bike was not only running well but completely safe. They even threw in a free water bottle holder and installed it because it was hot out! I ended up grabbing the sickest Grateful Dead inspired water bottle and filled up while I was there, the ride home was so much less intense because of that. My family and I have been going to Around the Cycle for years and have bought multiple bikes from them. Every experience has been excellent. It's clear this is a tight knit group that genuinely cares about their customers. This isn't some corporate chain. It's exactly what you'd hope every neighborhood shop would be like. Anytime anyone I know needs anything bike related, I send them to Around the Cycle without hesitation. They're simply the best. I then contacted the company again because of spiders and other bugs that started coming into my house. I also had slight termite damage. I contacted Jesse again and he explained the process of tenting. Jesse set me a YouTube video of how to prepare and what to expect. I know I was a bit much with all my questions, but Jesse from Ikill pest control didn't show any frustration and answered all my questions. I had forgot To bag some things and some expensive medication before we left for fumigation, and they actually did it for me. They were a lot cheaper than a lot of other company's I inquired about and I feel like as much time as they spent talking me through this issues, they are underpaid. My wife and I got two new electric bikes to be able to ride around town and on bike trails. We rode or bikes down the Royal Oaks trail in Monrovia Duarte area and I got two flat tires and she got one flat. I called Unchained and they told me what I needed to get and have done. They picked up our bikes installed the new liners for thorns and had them back to us in one day. The customer service and their knowledge of bikes is very impressive. I will recommend to all my friends and us them exclusively for all my bicycle needs. So glad I found them. All I can say is AWESOME!! read more

I highly recommend Unchained Bicycle Garage! I took our 2 bikes in for a tune up and met the owner Mark. Mark went over exactly what he felt the bikes needed and gave me a date to pick them up. Sure enough the bikes were ready on the scheduled day and Mark once again covered all of the work they did. UBG did a great job and at a fantastic price. I've used these guys several times. Good people and very personalized service. They hunted down a derailleur warranty and got a replacement and lent me a spare until the new one comes in. Turns out it doesn't fit the Aventure 3 it only fits the 2 model. I called Aventon Support and explained my problem with no argument or not even asking the gentleman said well why don't we just go ahead and refund your money and will send you an email when we build that part...The sales was an excellent experience. The bike is absolutely awesome and their support is parallel to nome. Afte having such a problem with Aniioki another Ebike company worst experience ever but that's another story thank you Ebike, Cyclery, and Aventon support.
