I was not even in the car at the time. They were not interested in anything except getting me to drop the car off for repair, regardless of what that would cost, who knows how long until insurance decides to inspect it, then they get around to fixing it. Could be weeks! Meanwhile I have no car? My insurance does not include a rental car and has a large deductible. I'm a pensioner and all I was doing was putting gas in my car when it happened and all I am asking for now is an ESTIMATE of what it would cost to repair. And they're refusing. They couldn't care less. The insurance company is recommending these clowns. It may just be this particular branch, but more heartless and uncaring is hard to imagine.
