Hitman Plumbing - One of The Best Plumbers in Town Five years ago, Ryan, Hitman Plumbing helped my elderly mother to convert a bathtub into a shower and showed great kindness. A few weeks ago, Ryan provided his expertise to our 94 year old neighbour in the same building to do a similar conversion. Ryan was professional and completed the job in a very diligent manner. The job was very well-done and Ryan provided precautionary ideas to make the shower secure and safe. Our elderly neighbour and her family were very pleased and thankful to Ryan. At the same time, we decided to move our 92 year old mother-in-law to live with us so that we could take care of her and walk together with her through her last journey in life. One of the obstacles was to add an additional bathroom with a shower. We consulted Ryan, Hitman Plumbing and the work was begun promptly. Unexpectedly, our elderly was in and out of the hospital and passed away a week ago. Ryan was extremely patient, encouraging us to take the first priority to care and support our family. We were really grateful for his patience, understanding and empathy. From the planning till the job was completed, Ryan added on extra-hours and efforts, ran back & forth to buy supplies, providing excellent expertise. After months of struggling with our plumbers that couldn't get our shower working correctly, we decided to change plumbers. Hitman did a great job of keeping in touch and showing up when they said they would. They came, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the correct part. This is on top of doing the finishing on two bathrooms on the same day. They had all the tools and materials they needed with them. Later that week they came back on the same day that the part arrived and quickly fixed the shower that the previous plumbers were incapable of fixing over many attempts. Very responsive, very efficient, friendly, good rate, job well done. While I managed to contain a leak myself, which meant that I didn't have an emergency per se, Hitman were able to get a technician to me remarkably quickly. He came, he got right to it, he got the job done. Not a complicated job, but not one I wanted to attempt myself either. While working at the kitchen sink I noticed water flowing out from under my kitchen sink......panicked I called several plumbing companies no one was available until the following week. I spoke with Ryan from Hitman Plumbing and he came to my rescue and replaced my kitchen tap, same day service. Ryan called me from the supplier and spoke with me to ensure that I would be happy with the kitchen tap he selected and was at my home within an hour. Ryan and his helper were the only plumbers I could find to come out late on a Sunday and with a lower quote than the others' weekday rates. I had a blocked drain and it was getting a little old after a week of trying to solve it myself. The came in the window of time they said they would. We had Bobby as our technician. He was humble, polite and an all around great guy. What I got done: toilet seal replacement. Ryan fixed a shower drain leak which had stained the kitchen ceiling. He was the only plumber to answer when I made phone calls on a Sunday evening, and he made time to come and fix the leak the very next day, as well as a bathroom sink plug. He did a great job and left things clean and tidy. He was also pleasant (our cats loved him, even the one who is usually very shy!) and I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber. read more

I have an older style faucet that was leaking; he tried to find a replacement but when I told him I really wanted to keep the original, he went to work and repaired it and it works perfectly.
