I felt horrible asking their CSR a gazillion questions, but he was super patient and let me know what would work for our timeline and with my concept of the project. He mocked up a digital draft of what it would look like and within a few days my wife, kids and I had matching personalized shirts and now we're thinking of getting some hoodies made. We decided to all match on my wife's birthday and had a blast showing our united front to the world. I think the kids liked the gift more than everyone else... but I can see this getting used more often than all of the alternatives. The prices were super reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. Seems that they are going back to a few years ago with terrible reviews here.

I provided to him numerous highly detailed emails about what I was looking for with my t-shirt design and they were clearly skimmed over by him as his responses back rarely matched the questions I had posed. He finally made the aforementioned phone call to me to talk about the designs and not only did he not listen to me and my needs but he constantly talked over me with his tone becoming more and more elevated and angry because I begged him to give me a second to finish a sentence so we could get on the same page. Ultimately he said "I don't think I want to do this job anymore..." which was fine because at that point I was going to suggest the same as I felt so berated. I think he believes that he is an "expert" in design and is offended if a client (who was a former graphic designer and has been working in the fashion industry for decades) has a different opinion or need.
