She was personable, positive, friendly and provided superior service. She communicated well every step of the way and set the right expectations each time. She brought several samples/swatches and left them with us to give us the chance and time to see how it looks during the day and at night. What impressed us the most was when we had minor issues on our dining room shades (it felt heavy when pulling down), Kaylee relayed the issue to the owner and the manufacturer's rep to figure it out. Brett promised the world during the sales process, but once the contract was signed, the follow-through completely disappeared. After that, everything was handed off to Casey and communication went downhill fast. Weekend availability is terrible. I purchased the shutters in November, and installation didn't happen until months later. Brett measured my windows twice, then a younger employee came out and measured again. When the third-party installers finally showed up, they had the wrong measurements. How does that even happen after three separate visits? On top of that, Casey was extremely rude and condescending. She also kept my credit card on file without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was through the roof. Also, the first photo shown on this so-called business profile (the one with the curtains) apparently doesn't even belong to them...or at least that's the impression I got when I asked Brett about it. After all the inconvenience, delays, and frustration, I honestly expected some type of discount or acknowledgment of the issues. Unfortunately, that never happened. Very disappointing experience.

He did a great job in explaining different choices for different areas in the house and took into consideration my dog who jumps at the patio sliding door. When he was done I pretty much had my mind made up on vinyl blinds on the kitchen window and patio door. With shutters in the rest of the rooms. He came back to take measurements and explain different choices on the shutters. There were a few things that I had to ponder about and Eric gave me his opinions/suggestions. It took about four months for the shutters to be ready (made overseas). I thought it was a long time but it seems to be the norm these days. I could have paid an extra $300 to have it done in a month but decided I wasn't in a hurry. The installers Johnny and Luis were super efficient and very nice. They did a great job with installation. They couldn't install the shutters on one of windows and told me Eric would be in touch. First thing the next morning I received an email from Eric apologizing saying he had made an error and he would have the shutters redone. He paid to have the shutters done in the shorter time (four weeks). Johnny and Luis came back yesterday and installed the last shutter. It took them 15 minutes. The first company I dealt with left me with more questions than answers when their rep finished his pitch.
