The stain was barely noticeable, but when I tried the tide pen, it made this huge waterlike mark that was huge and bled through to the other side. Instead of 2 barely noticeable stains, I now had 4 huge watermark stains. Dropped off my dress and it was ready in time for my event this week. When I picked up the dress, it looked brand new. I had to exchange my original dress for a larger size so the the woman at this establishment could take fabric out since she said she couldn't add any to the original size I got. Fast forward to the time of getting it tailored. I was charged $115, and the dress was still too big on me. I was in a time crunch and couldn't explore other options or dispute the lack of quality of work, but I spent way too much for a job not well done. She said she couldn't take out more fabric because of the style of dress, but when I went to the wedding (swimming in the dress, mind you) I ran into a seamstress that was invited who ended up pinning my dress in the back and saying how easy of a fix it would have been. On top of it all, tailored outfits can only be paid in cash. I live in Georgia and had to fly in for the wedding and pick up my dress, and honestly forgot about this policy, but it doesn't really make sense since there is a sign that clear says "major credit cards accepted". She kindly took my card, but I could tell it was an issue. I don't think I'll be back- I definitely paid a lot for for adjustments that weren't made and excuses for not doing the work.

My wife had her wedding dress altered here for our wedding and then dry cleaned afterwards. Yang was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.

When I returned them, I was told I'd get a refund, but it never came through until I submitted a request myself. To be fair, they probably do well with clothing--they did clean my blankets nicely--but I don't think they're equipped to handle stuffed animals. If you're bringing in specialty or sentimental items, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
