She is very knowledgeable on the area and gave us a lot of interesting information. It was our first time to Wisconsin so she gave us some places to visit. The girl Sam that was there was very nice to her as well she helped her get on her horse and showed her what to do. The owner Cindy was there who checked us in was so nice to us. She even told us about treats we could buy for the horses bought three bags because my daughter loved feeding the horses. Even after the ride Cindy allowed my daughter to pet the other horses and told my daughter there names. She was wonderful with my daughter. I would give this place 5 stars. The staff , the owner and the guide they were all very professional and friendly with me and my daughter. We will definitely be back for more rides this summer. Cowboy Joe is one of the owners and you can tell how much time, love and care goes into maintaining the property. The cabin's are warm, cozy, clean and stocked with everything you could need. They even present you with homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival that were incredible! I do recommend bringing all of your food necessary for your stay because the cabin's are extremely secluded. Any businesses are about 20-30 min away and even then, what IS there is extremely limited. My husband and I were prepared for this, so it didn't detract from our stay whatsoever-I say that as an fyi for future guests. The porch with rocking chairs was our heaven so we could read and listen to the sounds of nature. We highly recommend staying here! You won't regret it!

The beds were comfy enough, and each room has a different theme (horses, under the sea, etc). It's a quick drive into town, but also great for outdoor activities. Animals are well taken care of, some of them were rescued. They have chickens, rooster, ducks, 2 pigs, dogs, goats, pony and horses. It was amazing and therapeutic at the same time. Simply walking the property with our dog was such a treat as well. It was very peaceful, we got to see all sorts of wildlife, and were able to just appreciate the beauty of the land. I can't remember the last time I've been somewhere that you don't have some form of noise pollution.
