It should have been on the table before we ordered. 3. We asked the waitress to bring us low sodium and regular soy sauce. The low sodium has a green top. But the ingredients on the bottle with the green cap showed high sodium. Obviously someone had put a green cap on a high sodium bottle. 4. When I requested to see the manager, the waitress had to look for him. He was on the patio, where I could see him. I watched him put 4 chairs on a table before he came to see me. After about a five minute wait, I spoke with him. I pointed out the discrepancy of the green soy sauce cap being on a regular soy sauce bottle. He blamed it on the Kikkoman company, saying that it was their fault that the wrong cap was on the bottle. I suggested to him that someone put the wrong cap on the bottle in his kitchen. He said that would never happened. I pointed out that everyone at our table was sixty-five and up; and that most of us are on low sodium diets. This is a safety concern. He once again blamed it on the Kikkoman company. He suggested I call the Kikkoman Company. Maybe I will. Lousy food. Lousy manager.

The wait staff are young and pleasant. Very helpful and attentive. Plenty of free parking. My first visit blessed me with two cravable dishes that frolic in my mind joyously. The Handmade Noodles w/ Ginger & Scallìon and the Shrimp Rolls. The noodles made fresh every morning were luxurious on the palate, soft and silky with a perfect amount of heat from the chili oil and a subtle fragrant flavor that wooed the senses. The small crispy Shrimp Rolls bursting with delectable flavors was so enticing. I could devour those non-stop. I also had the Tea Smoked Duck and that is the only item I did not relate to.
