While I've lived in the the Woodland Oaks Town Houses for over 20 years. Instantly after I moved in, this HOA has been hunting me with mass groups. They are directly linked to mass community crime spree's with corrupt police officers, and paying off security companies to hunt and stalk me where ever I go created huge HATE networks directed at me. At the moment, the recent security company they have hired is called City Guard, and are a lot more aggressive then the others they've paid off in the past. Allied Universal, Golden West, ADT, Security Specialists, and many other which all get on video each and every day endlessly and passive aggressively trying to provoke me to death to get reactions they can use to lock me away. In the past a Neightbor named Terrance Scroggins who was on the HOA was told to follow me from place to place threatening me or trying to blackmail me. Then the Police arrested me fabricating and reversing charges. It came out in the court room that the LAPD was contacting citizens to stalk me and telling them to be vigilantes. Of course all on court transcripts if you want to order them with the corrupt lawyers paid off. Showing the link between the HOA, Police, Security Companies, and now mass groups worldwide taking turns in anger and rage on me trying to set me up, frame me, steal all my money, and destroy every aspect of my cars, property, and person. And telling people each night to sleep in their cars waiting for me while City Guard Follows me out provoking me with the security guards and mass local groups to try to run me out from place to place since I was 5 years old believe it or not. One of their big things with the Police is, I am not allowed to take walks, go to coffee shops, pool halls, start businesses, get jobs, or according to corrupt arresting LAPD officer Sean Dinse, ever leave me house for punishment of turning 29 and finding out I've been hunted since 5 years old Recently noticing that while these are all purchased townhouses. Their is a lot of renting going out within 100 yards. Almost every place here seems rented and most all seem to know each other a little to well if you know what I mean. While I have a Brazzers person across from me who has been taking turns on me in anger and rage for years working on me after a man paid off by LAPD named Rodie Morales started taking me to strip clubs 25 yrs ago claiming I've committed some crime because I let him in my life. Needless to say, the point I am making is that while different cars keep coming and going. Tenants keep coming and going from all the places. Not like us owners. The places are being rented out. And it appears that possibly something shady is going on as to trying to steal my property. Which would make sense with all the cover up labels, defamation, libel and slander. Making HOA Organizers and anyone on the board here, hardened criminals working with illegal operations that several local police officers here are involved in. Now if you've read my other reviews. You will notice a mass terror network worldwide based around me of unheard of events daily, non stop from place to place. Well, usually these things start with people trying to steal other peoples money, property, etc, and that person finds out more then someone wants them to. While I cannot regergitate the last 20 years of half a planet networked together with my HOA orgainzation I will stick with now and Cityguard. Cityguard is working with almost every person here, and the locals to endlessly provoke me. They have groups following me to Topanga Beach on PCH networked together as they wait for me to come home. They are working with groups to follow me to coffee shops harassing me. And each time someone vandalizes my car, on the freeways, or anywhere else. Cityguard knows about it before I get home and are waiting for me. The people here and in the neighborhood if there is the slightest interaction no matter how simple and friendly, will keep crying wolf telling the security companies I did something to them. Then the security companies and City Guard will keep provoking me with them. If I go out to work on my car, They come out provoking me. If I go to take walks at night, they come out provoking me with passive aggressive packaged tactics. Then they tell communities to have people follow me provoking me. Remember this links to Lead officer Sean Dinse of Topanga Division telling me in about 2017, I'm not allowed to ever leave my house because they didn't like me taking walks at a park. or going to coffee shops, getting work done, being friendly and social and things like this that don't apply to anyone else on the planet. Even the 1 star for this HOA company which manages 4724 Kester Avenue in Sherman Oaks is a lot. Now, if you add a landlord who doesn't disclose the problems that the building had and still has as a result of lousy cotractors and cutting corners, then you really have a recipe for disaster. My husband and I resided in unit 207 for almost 3 years, only to be told that the landlord wanted to sell. After several back and forth between us, we realized that there was a huge assessment against each of the units. Our unit specifically had no drainage in the balcony, and we spent no time in there, and actually most of the time cleaning after the rains we did experience, ad it would flood. As a result, our master bedroom carpet became extremely filthy, and although we did mention that to the landlord on several occasions, neither him nor the HOA deemed it necessary to have repaired on an emergency basis. Fast forward to our move out inspection, our landlord was very surprised to see the carpet in the condition that it was in and went on to blaming everything except for the fact that the drainage issue was a cause of the dirt brought in from the flooding. He then proceeded to actually take it out of our deposit, along with a few other issues of late fees, but claiming that we were only late on our final check. Long s tory short, stay as far away from this property and this HOA as possible because you'll find out that sooner or later it all comes down to money, at least for our landlord and our unit #207, it was. Oh not to mention, how many times the elevators are down, which is surprising for a fairly new building. We have since moved out, and are taking our landlord to court for charging us for what is deemed to be normal wear and tear. read more

I have been on the board as president, VP, treasurer, of my townhouse condo association for over 20 years, quite a stretch for one's sanity! We self-managed until about 8 years ago when we decided that professional management had become a necessity. We hired another management company for several years and found that we had more expertise in the laws, financial management, maintenance and repair than that company, and their response to our issues was less than satisfactory. We moved to HOA Organizers with Neda Nehouray as our contact about 4 years ago and had immediate relief from all that we had been struggling with. Neda is extremely knowledgeable in the myriad of HOA regulations and laws, provides excellent financial and property management support, and is always responsive to emails, calls and specific project coordination. She writes excellent letters of explanation to homeowners when notifications are necessary, and can be firm while polite in requesting compliance. Most importantly, she can be counted upon to provide the guidance and support that is necessary for our total operations. I have been a condo association president for more than 20 years, far longer than any sane person should serve, with that statement in mind I want to express how satisfied I am with HOA Organizers. They are one of the most professional management companies I have experienced both as a HOA board member and also as a practicing Realtor, having sold many condos during my career. Specifically Neda and Helen, the owner and general manager respectively, are very knowledgeable of the laws governing condominiums as well as other areas specific to condo maintenance and management. They as well as their support staff are personable and attentive to all requests and very timely in responding to calls, emails and emergencies. The company is up to date with respect to technology needed to operate a modern management company. Lastly, they are firm yet respectful with regard to financial budgeting and operation funds management, one of the greatest problem areas for most HOA boards. The lack of communication and accountability from HOA Organizers and the Magnolia Place Board. I recently received messages from fellow homeowners that included a photo showing what appeared to be a major flood in one of the buildings. Despite this, there was no notification, explanation, or safety communication sent out by HOA Organizers or the Magnolia Place Board. We constantly receive emails from HOA Organizers emphasizing how much they prioritize resident safety. Unfortunately, once again, their actions do not match their words. We even just received an email from the new HOA representative, Matisun, reiterating that resident safety is important--yet still no official communication addressing the flooding photo or explaining what actually happened. Residents should not be learning about potentially serious incidents through informal messages from neighbors. When it comes to safety and property concerns, timely and transparent communication is a basic expectation. Sadly, that expectation was not met here. read more

I expected good customer service, appropriate response to requests, and timely delivery. What I received was superior customer service and professionalism, "think out of the box" mindset, immediate response to requests, and on-time delivery of every request made of Christine and the staff of HOA Organizers. They were truly representative of a team of dedicated, qualified, and detailed-orient individuals that understood the importance of my budgetary objectives. Prior to HOA Organizers taking over as the management company for our condominium complex, I had had an ongoing accounting problem with the previous management company. This problem had gone on for months and months, and was not in any way caused by me nor was it my fault. It was due to an accounting error caused by the previous management company. It seemed like the previous managers just couldn't wrap their heads around the problem and figure it out. Once HOA Organizers was in place, however, I phoned Debra Edwards in their Accounting Department and explained the problem to her. She grasped it immediately and completely solved the entire problem in less than fifteen minutes. Obviously, a lot of these reviews are by their vendors or employees - NOT by the property owners. They are absolutely incompetent. Below several issues I have had with them in just the last two weeks: Mold - they take the issue so lightly, still no resolution Unprofessional Conduct - they say we will call back before end of day - twice already this week, that follow-up call never occurred Incompetence - they do not even realize, there are no keys in the lockbox for the services people e.g. DWP to do their job There seems a general sense of "we'll get to it when we can". No sense of urgency, even with important issues like mold. I own several properties, and this is the first HOA company where I have seen such incompetence. read more

HOA Organizers is the worst company I have ever seen, and I happened to own a condo in the community they manage. They have a complete luck of respect to their customers, especially manager Helen Cook, who never misses the chance to humiliate you remind you that you have no voice or option and you`d better not bother them with your follow ups on the repair they have to do. The problem they are supposed to fix has been pending for half a year and every time I follow up they tell me to wait more and they always find a ridiculous excuse for not doing their job. I'm on the board of a small condo building in Studio City and since I've owned my unit we have been through too many management companies to count - all completely horrible - until we landed at HOA Organizers. Given our past experience we would be happy with them simply doing what they promise, but HOA and specifically Alyson, go above and beyond with everything. The response time and follow-up by Alyson is amazing and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Even our vendors comment on how amazing she is and how well she takes care of everything.
