After doing my research we decided to go with Good Life and I am so glad we did they made the process very easy. Malissa Martinez was my onboarding point of contact and I have to say she was very attentive, responsive and professional. She answered all my questions and kept me informed the next steps in the process. Emails came in daily with the updates that had been completed at my home in order to be put on the market. After that my property managment team consisted of Andrei Lechert- Kelly, Gerald Medalla and CJ Flores. Again, more professionalism with this team. Once the property was ready and we agreed on the rental price my home was listed on a Wednesday and by that weekend, Saturday, we have the home rented. It's been 5 months and I have no complaints. They have really taken care of everything and I haven't had to worry about a thing since. Highly recommend Good Life. 10 outta 10.

We first reported rat activity outside the property in May 2026. Good Life canceled that request as "Not maintenance issue." A second rodent request was also canceled. By July, we had specifically reported holes around the rear deck and asked whether conditions at the property were contributing to the problem. On July 31, a rat ran through our kitchen, and the pest-control technician found evidence of rodent activity in multiple kitchen areas. Good Life acknowledged that the owner is typically responsible for structural conditions allowing pests to enter. It also told us that it had received a report from Thrasher Pest Control and that the owner was reviewing it. Nevertheless, the response continued to focus primarily on trapping and monitoring while permanent exclusion work remained unresolved. Good Life later admitted that Thrasher had advised it that entry points needed to be accessed and sealed beneath the rear deck. When our dishwasher was eventually removed for repair, we discovered extensive apparent rodent droppings and debris concealed underneath it. We photographed the condition. The air-conditioning experience was similarly unacceptable. We submitted the repair request on July 22 during significant summer heat and reported indoor temperatures exceeding 85 degrees. The system was not repaired until September 3--43 elapsed days later. We purchased a window air conditioner and fans because the provided system remained unusable. This was not a matter of submitting a request and allowing management a reasonable opportunity to respond. We repeatedly had to send emails, seek updates, contact vendors ourselves, preserve records, and challenge inconsistent explanations before meaningful progress occurred. A Regional Manager eventually apologized for the "frustrating timeline," but an apology after months of preventable disruption does not restore the sleep, comfort, time, and peaceful use of the home that we lost. Good Life markets itself as providing proactive maintenance, attentive tenant communication, and stress-free property management. Our documented experience was the opposite. Based on how it handled serious rodent-entry conditions, a prolonged A/C outage, appliance problems, and communication throughout the process, we cannot recommend Good Life to either tenants or property owners.

I want to preface my review by saying I've been a long-term renter for many years. I've maintained…read morepositive relationships with previous property management companies, several of which have provided letters of rec on my behalf at move-out. I've always left my homes in excellent condition, hired professional cleaners, and consistently received my full deposit back. With that being said, my experience with Liberty Property Management has been deeply DISAPPOINTING. We moved into an older condo they managed, and while it was generally fine, it was far from pristine. The carpets were noticeably stained, and one bedroom smelled of smoke. Although the unit had been freshly painted and the community amenities were great, the underlying condition of the home was not perfect as they claimed. The problems that arose were not from the property itself but from Liberty's conduct. Throughout our tenancy, there were repeated instances of inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Conversations we had about rent increases or the condition of the property at move-out were contradicted later. On more than one occasion, staff claimed I had "misheard" or even suggested I was lying! I always requested clarification and would have gladly addressed any concerns had they been presented honestly. Instead, they chose to dispute the condition of a condo we left cleaner than how it was delivered to us. Although we lived in the condo for four years and were on month-to-month terms after the first year, Liberty repeatedly pressured us to sign a new one-year lease despite being told multiple times that we wished to remain month-to-month. Liberty places no value on tenant loyalty or long-term tenancy. Their approach felt like a series of attempts to nickel-and-dime us for issues that clearly fell under normal wear and tear. It came across as a pure money grab, with little regard for professionalism or fairness. They focused on charging for items that fall clearly under normal wear and tear, rather than assessing the unit's condition in a fair and reasonable manner. The expectations were unusually rigid in all my years! I can see other former tenants have reported similar difficulties during the move-out process, noting charges for minor or inconsequential issues that shouldn't warrant deductions. I have real concerns that the company is not complying with the legal standards for security deposit handling. There were also several occasions where we submitted service requests that were ignored or never followed through on, making basic maintenance unnecessarily difficult. Overall, working with Liberty was a constant source of frustration. A property management company should be transparent, consistent, and respectful of its tenants!

Kristen came highly recommended to us, yet we still interviewed her alongside two other highly reviewed agents. We have bought and sold multiple houses and know that getting an outstanding realtor is everything. In the interview, Kristen stood out. She came prepared, was extremely competent with her knowledge of the area and market, was quick on her feet, was an excellent listener, and was immediately able to understand and tailor her advice to our needs and preferences. In the home searching process she was extremely organized, detail oriented, and completely on top of things. She set up video calls for us to tour homes and patiently answered all of our questions during the process. In the ups and downs of searching, she was supportive and understanding and never pressured us into buying any particular house or making a quick decision. When under contract, she was in constant communication, always advocating for us. She and Todd were incredible in their ability to quickly set up all of inspections given their vast networks of contractors and contacts, and also helped in the transition post-closing. They went above and beyond in every sense of the word and we are so fortunate to have been able to buy the house of our dreams working with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Ten stars!!!
