Love the service department...always did what promised never a problem told my car wouldn't be done on time

I called in to see if the dealership had a loaner i could use because my Subaru engine was damaged not sure if needed replaced they assured me that they had a loaner so great i will get the car towed to them i called the day of to make sure they still had a loaner and again they reassured me they did so i spent over $100 to get the vehicle towed to them to LOOK at it as other dealerships didn't feel comfortable because it is a Subaru well i got to the dealership and waited for a very long time even was leap frogged by a pretty girl behind so after almost an hour and a half they tell me they don't have a loaner there was a recall on one in which i understand and the one they were going to give me was fine at night but seriously the excuse i got was i don't know if an animal got the wires overnight but the brakes don't work seriously the exact words well so no loaner and more runaround i was told they did me a favor and were squeezing my car in when infact the exact words were we will get to it when we can hence the loaner. again all i wanted was them to crank it up and confirm the engine was bad or not so in the meantime my phone breaks so i put my sim into my wife's phone and gathered my messages saying they are going to charge a $35 storage fee per day and so i called today to ask how much i owed and he told me $211!! for what?? all i wanted was for them to look at it and start it up and tell me if that noise was in fact the rods which would signify a bad engine and they keep saying oh we did nothing wrong no apologies no taking ownership just plain bad customer service will never do business with them again if i want a Subaru i will go to Jacksonville or Greenville and the sad thing is i spoke with sales and they did nothing wrong Wayne is awesome and he was trying to get me in a car so maybe i just might work with sales but service is horrible read more

She helped me throughout the whole process and is willing to help you out in any way she can. The service was very thorough and professional during purchasing. When I had an issue with a vehicle I had purchased, I was able to speak with Ted, the manager. They did the right thing and took care of the issue to ensure I had a good experience. My aunt just purchased a new Subaru from this location and I went with her. All the employees were patient, professional, and helpful. I particularly want to shout out Ariele who did the test drive with her; she was knowledgeable and went through each feature in the car where my aunt had questions. Vinny worked with her up until the day she picked up the car; he was very knowledgeable and helpful about getting the exact car (features, model, design, color, etc.) that she wanted. We were leasing a 2017 Subaru Forester and we were going way over our maximum mileage. We had driven if from San Diego to North Carolina due to a PCS. Thankfully, we found Jason at Riverside Subaru. After talking about trading up to a 2020 Forester on a new lease, my wife and I decided we wanted by to buy. We went in and ran the numbers and I was shocked at how much they undersold the competition. We walked away and went to Toyota to look at some RAV4's and they were no match to the quality we found in the Subaru. Honestly, I am in awe of how great a deal we got. This car is amazing and has so many features -the eyesight steers the car on cruise control, Apple play and navigation... the list goes on - not to mention, it's stunning. We went with the dark gray exterior and black interior. It's a premium and came with more amenities than I could have hoped for. Including a fully stocked cargo hold and rubber floor mats for every compartment. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you Jason and thank you Subaru. Don't ever take your RV to them they'll tell you oh yeah we can fix it even if it's an older model our guy has 20 years experience and then they'll get your $500 and tell you that everything in the world is wrong with it, it's a rip-off place if I ever saw one read more
