Hobby lobby has a real good collection of home decor items. Unfortunately I've only had bad experiences with their crappy employee's, at this location they just ignore me, Ive been there at different times of the day and it's the same treatment. Not going into the store anymore. Those kinds of crappy attitudes doesn't make me want to spend my money. It's uncomfortable to walk into a place like this. Horrible customer service!! Spent $130 on a arch and they were a pain in the ass to communicate with, everything was a "maybe" "if" I had to pay a additional $20 per "hour" they work on it because I wanted to add the additional white roses which you have to pay for separate also they were very disorganized. Twice now I have gone and waited in long lines because they don't scan anything and twice now I haven't gotten the discounted stated cos the cashier doesn't want to take the time to look through the book to verify the discount because of the long line. Great store but like others have said, bad customer service. On 6/20/19 cashier Lisa and manager (didn't get name) continued to debate the price of an item with me. I had a loose tag that fell out of my cart so didn't have proof and told them price but they said it was more and wouldn't budge. I told them I'd go find tag and come back after they wouldn't believe me. By the way I'm 6 months pregnant with a toddler, No one offered to go check for me. I returned with the tag, had to wait in line again, and then they questioned why it was loose and I said it was the only one there. Again she repeated why I couldn't bring one with a tag attached and I said all the others were missing tags. I said if you don't believe me, have an employee go check because I'm not going back again. At which point she loudly repeated to her manager the situation and the manager said to just give it to me. Seriously! I was right on the price and they not only had me do the leg work but also humiliated me in front of everyone like I was trying to cheat them! They shouldn't make up prices and should make sure their stuff is tagged and labeled! They never apologized and made me look like I was guilty. This was for an item that cost $1.99! read more

There is so much diversity to choose from. There are many departments, and the employees are very helpful. There is also many different sales going on each week or so and there is also a 40% off coupon on the app which gives you discount on a regular priced item. Happy Spending! read more

Friday I went to this Hobby Lobby It does not seem like a customer friendly place that is the vibe I got. I wanted to buy a $60.00 roll of art canvas fabric I went to the cashier to pay and their was only one cashier open but I counted 4 employees in the front just standing around . This used to be my go hobby store... Till I delt with the supervising manager, all he did was deflect my complaint. I ordered a piece of furniture which was to be in the following week, I never heard back from them so I called, and was told Not to call and inquire about my order, they would call me...
