this is a Hobby Lobby light... much smaller than the rest i have been in. they carry a good assortment, but nearly the assortment or quantity of say the one in Albany. They are light staffed at check out. They would sure benefit from adding more fabric after JoAnns has closed. read more

Love Hobby Lobby! And this specific store is so large I can spent way too much time wandering the various aisles as my cart fill up! You walk in with the intent of buying a specific item fir a craft project and leave with a plethora of home decor, seasonal, craft p, baking and faux flower items. At least I do! Every. Time. The store has lots of inventory across all categories but know the seasonal stuff moves fast! Halloween items sell in August! With sales dropping during the pandemic they no longer seem to have the weekly coupons which is a bummer. I always downloaded the 40 or 50% off a regular priced item which when you are buying a aux plant for $79, it really saves you some cash. But I understand. Michael's no longer has all their coupons either. This isn't my regular store but since I was out in Sherwood and saw the sign, I had to pull over and go in And glad I did. read more

Not really sure what this store is supposed to be. Seems like a slightly upscaled Dollar Tree. I went in looking for modeling supplies and was surprised to find only one small aisle of supplies and models. There seemed to be a lot of things, but it was just kind of all over the place and I couldn't make sense of how it was organized. The checkout person seemed friendly enough, but the people working the floor diligently dodged eye contact and certainly didn't ask if I needed help. Not sure I see any reason to go back. read more

Hobby Lobby is an overwhelming, over stimulating craft store. They have SO many "sale" tags stuck everywhere I feel like they're intentional about not switching them out and that it creates misleading information for customers. I had bought no less than half the items I had because they were "40-60% off" but then "no THIS item doesn't apply" kept happening at chdck out. That's where they get you. They're a GIANT retailer and they can rip people off without a worry. Take your business somewhere locally owned, do the discount Tuesday happy hours and shop stress free. This was a HASSLE. Bottom line. And I should have left half of what I had but I had gotten it for my kids, so my bad :/ read more

A quick visit to see if there was specific item and they didn't have what I was looking for- impressed with a couple things. Usually it doesn't matter which was you enter the store but there have a one way entrance and exit section. Upon entry it leads you to stay in a specific direction with tape arrows on the floor until your past the check out area. Employees wearing masks, signs posted about what the store is doing to keep customers safe, overall clean, and well stocked and organized (the sections I did go to). The cash registers were spaced out so there were two employees at different ends of the store and customers distancing themselves. Lots of items on sale too. This hobby lobby is the worst in town. If you're a minority trying to exercise your rights in this country, please go somewhere else. As a middle Eastern man, I felt singled out because my mask wasn't on properly. Terrible customer service. Called Framing dep. for a quote on a specific size glass for $50. Went into the store few days later and they claimed the quote was a mistake and costs $60. Jeff, the "manager" that has no customer service skills could not do anything to satisfy me as I drove over 25 miles for it. I used to go to Hobby Lobby for all of my art/craft needs, they USED to have a great deal with the 50% coupon, but earlier this year not only did they take away the 50% off coupon, but they have NO coupon! So, now I go to Michael's or Joann's for my art needs, why not since they have a 25% off coupon, sometimes even higher! Hobby Lobby could at least have changed it to a 25% off coupon. Also, I get it, they are a religious company, but I only have 2 days off a week which are on weekends, Joann's and Micheal's are open on Sundays. Bye, Hobby Lobby! Long lines and when a new register finally opens up...its everyone fend for yourself. I never seen such rudeness! They need to have one line that feeds the different registers to prevent such aggression. They do have some good stuff but I will think twice before going there and make sure it's when they first open to avoid having to deal with this. read more
