This review is pending for a long time. I live in Estuary for a long time…read more Pros: Proximity to NYC: This place is so close to NYC with amazing bus services during the morning and evening commute. So, it takes 15 - 20 minutes to be in Port Authority if there are no traffic jam on the tunnel. Sometimes buses are busy and there is a long queue, but 3 or 4 buses come at a time and clear the queue. This building has amazing NYC views and views from some of the apartments are breath taking. Apartments: The layouts of the apartment are good with adequate closet space as well as all apartments have good natural light. And the apartments have the best appliances, especially building 3 which is new compared to other buildings. And to top it off, there is Whole Foods next door. Facilities: There are 3 gyms and they are mostly empty. All of them have the needed equipment. The only thing missing in 3 gyms is the Free Motion Smith Machine, but that is not going to be there in any of the apartment gyms. The best part if you are working from home is you can get the party room open if they are available during the week days. And there is a kid's play room which is so big with lot of toys. To top it of there is a children's park next to the apartment. People: The people in the complex are very friendly and understanding. They smile and have a small chat, which is hard to see in the NJ area. We had a baby and I asked so many questions to many residents here and they all helped us with the perfect answers. Most of the residents are couple or just starting family. Maintenance: This apartment complex maintenance team is the best. All the issues are fixed within minutes the issues are raised. The team goes beyond their ways to make sure we are satisfied. We have raised a number of requests but they just come and fix them. All the hallways are really clean and tidy all the time. Concierge Desk: The concierge desk makes sure all the package requests are taken care properly. They also take other minor requests and every time you go to pick the packages; they are always welcoming with their smiling faces. Leasing Office: Everyone in the leasing office is friendly. They make sure all the issues are addressed properly. They organize so many events in the complex so as to make a friendly community. I have moved at least 7 times in the apartment complex with crazy requests and they always make sure that moves happen in the schedule I want. I know all the staff work here very hard to make sure that we live in one of the greatest apartment complex. Cons: Even though this place is so close to Hoboken, going there takes at least 30 minutes as there is always traffic as well as finding a parking is so hard. Even though it is so close to Manhattan, there is nothing near by. Yes, all the restaurants near are mediocre and you will get tired within a week or two. After a month, NYC & Hoboken seems very very far to go for a dinner and you feel like you live in a suburb and just order in Uber Eats.

I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you need a real estate broker who is not only dedicated and sharp but truly cares about his clients as human beings, look no further than Craig Paulson!

He spent a whole day with the girls on a search for the perfect apartment and neighborhood. They truly found it In the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The rental process was not easy but Craig stuck with it and did a ton of work behind the scenes to secure the property. The girls are so happy and so are the parents. Craig also made their day of apartment hunting super fun for them complete with a ride through the streets and park on City Bikes. I highly recommend Craig for any of your real estate needs.

The people who staff the 24-hour attended lobby are always friendly, helpful and quick with retrieving packages from the (well-organized) package room. The HOA board members have open ears for any and all ideas for the building, which really makes a difference in creating a cohesive community, along with having courteous neighbors. The units here are spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful finishes. Oh, and one of the best parts? Every unit has its own balcony! Eastern-facing apartments have sweeping views of the New York City skyline AND the Hudson River. Could you ask for anything better? Well, there's more: A well-equipped fitness center, an extra large playroom for children, and a huge lounge with seating, kitchen and billiards table. Oh, and a giant outdoor terrace, complete with grills, tables and chairs for summer BBQing! Wanna get across the river to NYC? No worries there, either. Cross the street and you have your choice of NJ Transit buses, as well as privately run buses, zipping by nearly every minute to take you to Port Authority in 10 minutes. Perfect for those of us who commute to the city for work -- and for pleasure on the weekends! I'm so glad we moved to Union City and chose The Thread as our first home. We've loved every second of it!

We never received the renewal notice until a member of the management office "checked in" to see if we had made a decision. For a 12 month lease, we were offered a 45% increase. Eventually, we negotiated to an 18% increase for 15 months. This was about 13% higher than any renewal we had received prior. Since then, our neighbors have received renewal offers of 30% which the city assisted in negotiating down to 15% (2.5 times the CPI most reasonable renewals are compared against). Here's a story for anyone curious: https://www.tapinto.net/towns/hoboken/sections/real-estate/articles/bhalla-hoboken-residents-call-on-bozzuto-group-ceo-to-reconsider-rent-hikes In addition, the management office has become unhinged. They are rude to residents and staff members in the building. They have no sense of empathy or compassion for anyone, let alone the community they serve. When these concerns have been brought to Bozzuto at large, they have done nothing to help. In short, or TLDR, I wouldn't recommend living here. The pool is great, the gym is fine, but nothing is worth the expense of living in a constant state of disappointment.

Upon terminating our lease we saw that our apartment was on the website $600 cheaper for a 18 month lease??!
