Our living room was in need of a revamp. Rose the owner looked at a few pictures of our space. She came up with some pillows designs to update our plain basic sectional that is a dark gunmetal grey color. We loved that Rose really listened to our needs on the colors and size of the pillows. It was an amazing experience. Our curtain design did not really fit our home. She let us know what would be best and she nailed it perfectly for us. Our space has been transformed for the better. Try to stay away from This business . The owner rose seems very friendly and she is very talkative, do not let her friendly behavior fool you . We bought about $12000 worth of furniture from her and paid her around $400 for interior designing service . We were told we getting a custom order of everything for our family room . We waited about 2 months to get everything. she made sure we pay her everything in advance . The day we got our delivery we realized the sectional sofa was facing the wrong side and had less seating than what we were told in the beginning or ordered, when we asked rose she said it's the one we order which is not true and it's non refundable now, we were surprised by her rude behavior that day and later we found out that sofa set was one from her ware house inventory it had lots of wear and tear on legs and can tell its been moved around a lot. We were never told that was from her storage till that day we would have never agreed to pay that much money for a floor model. She lied to us about the whole transaction, she stopped answering our phone calls and refused to see us after that day she only did the communication via email and took her sweet time to reply to us . She is a liar, don't believe her anything she say or pay her any advance money Editing to respond the seller The txt seller sent me said custom sectional .. am attaching the picture of the text it's says custom sectional.. We were in the market for a new Kitchen Table/Chairs for over a year. We finally selected a Table and 6 chairs (Moe's Furniture). Next step was finding a Distributor of this furniture from a Store/Company who had affordable & fair pricing but, most important, who were honest and had excellent Customer Service. We were pleasantly surprised when we found Rose from Model Home Accents. Throughout the buying and delivery process, Rose was consistently professional, personable and communicative the ENTIRE time. Anymore these days, this is a rarity. It's obvious that Rose cares deeply about her customers and she absolutely knows how to treat people with care and respect. Our only regret is that we wish we would have found or known about Rose & Model Home Accents a year ago when we moved into our new home! I purchased the Michael Amini comforter set in Ivory. Rose informed me that if it wasn't available would I like to see other options. I said, "Sure". and ate text me photos. she told me to text her back option 1, option 2, and so on for the comforter sets that I liked. she told me that when she got home after 6pm she would send me a link to my email to purchase the item along with a discount. She never sent me the email. I ended up finding the set elsewhere. She called me to confirm the purchase a few days later and I informed her that I found the set elsewhere and I was no longer interested. She said WOW ! Almost as if she got offended for me not making a purchase. I ended up getting a partial refund. They said Rose had attempted to purchase another set for me without my authorization and so there was a restocking fee. I told them I only purchased the ivory comforter set which was out of stock and discontinue. I never authorized a new purchase and Rose never sent me a purchase link. Nor did I receive a receipt for a new purchase, since there was no new purchase made. She refuses to pick up my phone calls and does not transfer me over to a supervisor. She scammed me of my money. I will reach out to the bbb and every platform to make this known. I will dispute the transaction with my bank and have an attorney draft up a demand letter. When I tell you that this location has some AMAZING items, BELIEVE ME! These are not your run of the mill, Homegoods items! These are quality one of a kind decorative items. And you will not mind spending money for decor that you know is good quality and you won't see the same thing at your friends house! No matter what your taste in decor, I believe that she has something for you! Things that you didn't know you liked, she has it, and if she doesn't have it, she'll order it for you. The owner was very welcoming and friendly! She definitely has a knack for decorating. Just in the short time (1.5 hr) that I was there I could tell that she has a passion for what she does and has mastered her craft! It was not a trip in vain as I found exactly what I was looking for!
