Not even one hour goes by and I receive an email stating the firms COO has determined they are over capacity and they will not have the capacity to take my case. I tell them that I would prefer that they handle since i've waited this long and I had been referred to them. They essentially say sorry not sorry cant do it. But I catch them in a lie because I had forgot about the first person that emailed me from their firm to set up a consultation, the very same woman I had just spoke to today called me to follow up on that email and to try and schedule me for a consultation???? Instead I got passed from junior associate to junior associate while we basically waited around for the offending company to offer it's typical "here is what we would have gave you in severance" offer... The last junior associate assigned to my case urged me to take the crappy deal almost without any changes. As the 4th lawyer on my case he simply didn't know enough to do anything but believe the ops and become buddy buddy with the other team's lawyers. When the laywers said "hey this is a great deal" he came back to me with "hey this is a great deal" despite my position in leadership and inside knowledge that it was no where near a good deal. Now I legally have nothing bad to say about my former employer and I can never even think about applying jobs at any of the companies they own across multiple industries. So... yeah... definitely not satisfied with my service.
