Not only did Jack find me a great deal on tires (one with a rebate!), but he and his sons addressed several issues (ones that I already knew existed) that needed serious attention. To say that they went above and WAAAAAY beyond to make sure my car was fixed that day is so far understated...they even stayed late to fix these issues! There were parts they did not have in stock and Jack sent one of his sons out several times to different locations to pick up parts needed. Gave them a call and was able to come right in and get the service done. The calibration didn't last too long and before I knew it, I got the calibration paperwork i-hand and notarized. The Staff: The staff were friendly. On the phone, I explained what I needed and they gave me a quote and it was true to their word. After my calibration, they gave me the paperwork and I paid what was discussed over the phone. Everyone was nice and straight when it came down to the service and pricing.
